She and her friends were able to run around in the indoor jungle gym, and the adults were able to see them up top where the party spaces were hosted. The staff was really helpful with setup and takedown as well. They told my sister that we just pack up what we wanted to take, and they would clean up after us. Fun place for the kids to play! Great for birthday parties. We have been a handful of times !

Visiting from Las Vegas and we took my grandbaby to have a little fun! There were a few kids so she made some friends. Lots of tables and chairs for parents to sit and watch. They also have a few benches for other parents to wait by the jungle gym in case their kids need help. I like that they offer a variety of snacks and drinks! What a great place to let the kids get their energy out! I have a 7 and 4 year old who just ran around,climbing and testing their limits while I sat in the toddler section with my twin boys who are 1. It gets loud and busy of course but it still easy to spot your kids. We have been twice now and both times the ladies up front were super nice and helpful. Busy but still doing a great job. We took our grandkids to Planet Kid for a birthday party. We didn't know what to expect, I haven't been to a little kids party out for a while. We were very happy with the site, activities, the food, and especially the staff. Everyone had fun, including the parents and grandparents. Kids had a great time! This is a huge complex but we just did the kid planet section. Very affordable, clean and big hit with 2 and 4 year olds. The cafe was convenient and the latte was good. Loved the hand washing station by the cafe and lots of hand sanitizer. Wish they enforced the mask policy, including employees (we knew it wasn't going to be strictly enforced when we walked in and the receptionist didn't have her mask on). You guys really need an employee who monitors, and regulates who goes into the toddler area, since it's clear that the parents cannot be trusted to do so. there were kids as old as ten running rampant in there, while tiny kids are trying to play. This is not ok. When we first arrived, and were told that there was a designated area for kids two and under, I was thrilled that my two year old son would have a safe area to play with kids his same size. That was quickly thrown out the window as kids WAY older than two were coming in and out, knocking small toddlers over, and leaving the gate wide open, which is an obvious safety hazard. The parents of these older kids were nowhere to be found, or simply did not care. If you're going to have a designated toddler area, then please have someone there to enforce that ONLY toddlers and their parents are in there. read more

Indoor playground for kids. Lots to do but not very big. It can be very crowded if you have kids from 3 parties, public admissions, and parents in the playground area. They sure utilize every little space they have, the playground equipments are built corner to corner, thus it makes the area crowded. They also have food you can order while playing here. My kids (3-year old and 6-year old) love this place. They can easily play for a couple of hours. It's wonderful to have a place where parents or caretakers can sit and just watch the kiddos while trying to relax a bit. A couple of things to improve on: (1) FOOD - so horrible. Hot dogs are just sitting there for who knows how long. I wish they are more equipped to prepare food on order. After all, people are sitting there and afford to wait for the food to be prepared. And the option is very LIMITED, not to mention there is NO healthier choices. Even having pre-packed salads would be wonderful. Having some fruits or veggies with dips would be great. (2) CLEANNESS - I feel like I can smell some funk when I go in there. Bathroom can be cleaner with less unpleasant odor. I don't know if there is a way to keep the place more clean. I don't expect it to be like home environment, but there are small children playing in there. It is important to keep the place clean at their best ability. Overall, it's about 3.5 star place, and i would still go back. I just have to feed the children somewhere else before going over there and will have to tolerate the somewhat dirty and smelly environment. read more

The concessions stand had the basics you would find at most baseball fields. All was warmed in a microwave. My kids selected soft pretzels, pizza and apple sauce. Been dying to come to planet kid for a while now and decided to come today. I thought it would be slow since it's Sunday. I was so wrong. It's chaotic today and I thought the toddler section would be mellow but a bunch of older kids are running through constantly with no regard to the toddlers or infants back there. No, it's actually quite clean to perform the duties required of a soft playground. In the 3 hours I was there, I saw employees wiping off slides and rides, and saw daycare employees religiously having children use hand sanitizer and blow noses. An employee and even other parents helped solve some kid drama after my daughter got hit somewhere in the labyrinth. We are only visiting Boise for the holidays, but we've been to planet kid enough times (6!) to earn a free entry on one of their punch cards. The kids love this place, and I think it is really well done. It is a big indoor playground for kids 12m-12 years. They have a pretty big toddler section as well for kids up to 4 years, which is nice. It can be hard to find things to do for kids that young were you don't have to worry about them getting knocked over by bigger kids. My 5 year old loves to just run around in the playground, and the way it is laid out you can sit and watch them almost everywhere. Overall just a great place for younger kids. It is reasonably priced as well, $8.50 per kid and they don't charge for adults. There is a little snack bar and everything that isn't too expensive. Honestly, it is just a great place for little kids. I wish they had one of these back home! read more

I visited Planet Kid with my 16 month daughter for a friend's birthday party. I was very excited when I heard there was a two and under area where my daughter would be able to play. The facility was very nice and clean with appropriate play areas for multiple age groups. As nice as the facility was, the staff left a lot to be desired. As I mentioned, I was there for a birthday, but the reality is that nobody really seemed to be monitoring the entrance at all. There were no wristbands, no check In before entering the play area - nothing. Additionally, the two and under area was filled with kids MUCH older than two since there was nobody in the area enforcing it. We were there for an hour and nobody came to check in on the area at any time while we were there. It was a bit of a disappointment to find that they weren't upholding the age restriction considering that they generally charge an entry fee for the kids in that age group as well. read more

We take our 4 year old son here on a regular basis. He loves it! Planet Kid, if you've never been is a giant indoor jungle gym. Just off of the I84 Freeway (Cole Road), East of Costco. Perfect for ages 3 to about 10 depending on how tall (big) your kid is. Lots of climbing, crawling, slides etc.The employees are generally friendly and fun and good with the kids. They have snacks/drinks and clean bathrooms. They do have bottles of sanatizer around for you to use too. They host birthday parties in an area upstairs...only drawback is that if you are there during a birthday party and not with the party, it can be crowded at times; especially in the winter. Most parents bring a Book or Laptop and get some work done while the kids rage. It's easy to supervise because the area for parents is right next to the play area. Overall great place. They have supervised drop off nights where parents can leave the kids while they go out (Minimum age required). They also offer summer camps, swimming lessons and other good activities. I love Planet Kid. Wish they had one for Adults! Complaints would be that sometimes it gets a little hot and sweaty (read smelly) in there and it can be really crowded at times.
