My child came home and told me the entire group was required to clean the facility walls with cleaning chemicals because some of the children were not listening. Collective punishment like this is unacceptable. I pay for my child to attend camp to learn, play, and be supervised--not to clean the business as a consequence for other children's behavior. If specific children are having behavioral issues, they should be disciplined individually. Parents should also be informed if their own child has behavior concerns. My child had done nothing wrong and should never have been included in that punishment. This incident was the final straw after previously bringing concerns to staff about my child being repeatedly picked on by another camper. Despite raising those concerns, nothing meaningful was done. I continued to give the facility multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately they did not. I was also surprised by how much of the camp appeared to be run by very young staff members with limited supervision. As a parent, I expected a safe, positive, and professionally managed environment. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning.

They also came up to the party room before the end of my party and started trying to take down the decorations and hurry us out. Very unprofessional.

They have more guards to monitor the play areas to ensure safety of players. Note: there are some age and height restrictions on the Ninja course. If the kids is younger or shorter but wants to try it. S/he musts be accompanied by an adult who will pay a 50% off ticket. I had to go in and do a bit "stunt" with my 7 year old short boy. Be prepared if you have a younger kid who wants to try it. We didn't try the food so I can't rate the quality of food. I would say this is a great party place to have a kids birthday parties and many hours of fun just on any day. Only hope they would have a few lockers and the check in area a bit bigger. Just a big thank you to the gals that were working today! They made it so much fun for my daughter. I was here a couple months back for my birthday and I had such a great time. No matter how old you are, you can never be too old for a teddy from Build a Bear. My daughter got a beautiful bear with a shirt from the Harry Potter collection. I got a Niners shirt for my Hello Kitty that I got in May. She needs a new top with football season kicking off tomorrow. I can't wait to come back to grab the same bear that my daughter got. It's really cute and I need to add it to my collection.

I've been in BAB many times and my kids can tell you that I had previously referred to BAB as a…read moremoney pit. That changed last Christmas when we purchased a Hedwig Owl for our son's girlfriend who is a Harry Potter fan. That experience changed my opinion as it was nothing short of spectacular. I returned this weekend with my mom in search of another Harry Potter experience. This time, I wanted to get the bear with the HP on the foot and dress him in a Slytherin tie and outfit if it existed for my niece in France. She's a proclaimed Harry Potter fan and a member of the House of Slytherin. I did see Hedwig and the Stag Patronus but no Bear. We strolled to the back and saw a Bear dressed in the Gryffindor sweater and robe. There were other accessories like the Slytherin tie and wand. We spoke with Kaitlynn who was super helpful and wanted to check the back and the other bins for a bear. We all three searched in the bins for one remaining bear without success. Kaitlynn then went to the back and came out empty-handed. She asked if we wanted the bear on display without the Gryffindor attire and we said, sure Kaitlynn used the Accio summoning charm to bring the bear to life with the Slytherin scarf and wand. I gave Kaitlynn a thank you and let her know that I would take a picture of my niece with her bear when we travel to France in a couple of weeks. Kaitlynn is a model employee who went over and beyond to bring joy to two older customers and while her spell casting is not Dumbledore-level, it's pretty good. Expecto Patronum!!!
