We noticed that there were picnic tables lining the lower areas for multiple birthday parties, plus they had private glass rooms off to the side for the same purpose. The process to join in on the fun includes signing a waiver and wearing their custom grip socks. The kids keep the socks when they leave. The activities centered around the trampoline theme of the place but they had activities like foam pits, dodge ball court, climbing games, jumping games, etc.. Lots to do for all ages. As a non participating parent, I was able to follow my little one around and it was fine just in my regular socks. The party included pizza and cake, then the kids could go back and play. By noon, the place was so crowded that we were glad to leave. Overall a fun activity for a few hours. I have no idea of the pricing structure. What I can comment on is the place has easy parking, it's clean, the attendants are pleasant and not overbearing but present, plus it seems it's food friendly as there are places to sit and eat (not sure if they sell snacks??). On several occasions, there were more than three kids on it at once and I only did the workers walk by in a couple of times and not say anything but when I asked if it was one person at a time, I was told they just don't want kids jumping on each other. I went to the front and let them know and I was told technically it is but she didn't really seem to care, but then she walks out talks to kids on it and then as she's walking by me, she tells me the issues been resolved and it happens again (like it's my job) to let her know. I'm busy parenting my kids so if they're not partaking in that particular obstacle that I'm not going to hang out there and police it. This is honestly the first time I've had any issues at this place, so I'm not going to give a lesser rating, but it is pretty irritating when the staff are not enforcing the rules and trying to make it sound like that's actually not one of the rules when I asked about it. Definitely make sure that you watch your kids and make sure they're safe because today that didn't seem to be much of a priority to the staff.

When I spoke to customer service they then told me it needed to be three days before the end of the month (something they never told me before that point)! On one occasion, I took my kids on a day where they were offering 50% off food and drinks. They had signs up everywhere advertising this. I was never given the discount. I followed up with them and asked why I wasn't given the discount. They claimed it was because I never asked for the discount. I spoke with a team lead about the situation and she offered to adjust the payment. However, the payment was never adjusted. I kept going back to inquire about it, and they kept saying they would fix it. It was never fixed! My girls were also upset that a group of young boys kept harassing them and were playing rough with them even when they asked them to leave them alone. The employee on the floor did nothing to help. Now they don't want to go back. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
