We have loved jumptime this winter it was a great way for the kids to burn energy this winter. We actually bought a funfull pass which made it nice, they have however changed the terms so we cant go on weekend anymore which really stinks, but our family has really enjoyed jumptime even the adults have a good time jumping and aying with the kids. We love coming here! My boys spend 2 hours jumping and they always have fun. Bathrooms are almost always dirty though.

We were visiting the area and a local family invited us to come along. The place is very clean and the pricing is affordable for kids older than 2. I would advise that kids under 2 not jump as they will most likely be walking in the kiddie area rather than jumping. The pricing for one hour for a child older than 3 was $8.50 and that was well within reason, 1-2 hours is all you really need at this place for the kids to get their energy out. You do need to have grip socks, which you are able to bring your own which is a huge plus, some places like urban air require you to use only their socks. This place is good sized and has a lot of great options for kids. I marked down slightly for cleanliness as the fountain and bathroom areas as well as the lobby where the parents sit can use a deep clean and there's water All over the hall bathroom area. As is a common theme, they can definitely use more help on the floor and from staff. A note for parents, please watch your freaking kids, if not to be personally attentive to your own kids, because other parents won't. I say this because at the dive board area, my son was bit by a child who clearly had spectrum issues. I understand completely his impulse control is something he will battle with and he didn't have bad intent. However, his 5 year old sister had to explain the situation as his parents were gifting themselves a break by the cafe engrossed in their smart phones. I'm sure his parents desperately need a break, but a place with kids and tons of stimulation isn't the place to mentally check out. So again, your kids may be angels, but others aren't and their parents couldn't care less. Other that that, the usual dodging kids the size of adults who are running full speed and trying to look out for the occasional toddler who wanders into the dodgeball area when a heated game is going. read more

We booked the Jumptime party package at the Jumptime off Franklin/Eagle in Meridian for our 2-year old daughter. The process was straightforward and efficient, and the staff provided all that was promised. Abby was our host and did an awesome job making sure the food was out on time and we were accommodated. Me and my friend came here. It was fun except their computer didn't work and you couldn't get food. They were rude and not patient. They yelled at you for literally nothing. Their staff did not look like they loved their job and wished they never had this job. They weren't doing their jobs and were lazy with everything. There was tons of things closed. I've been coming to JumpTime for years. I've used them for my own kids' birthday parties and attended many for nieces and nephews. The old location was great, but their new location is phenomenal!!! I just wish their staff and service was on par with the money they put into this place. Their lack of attentiveness to simple things such as restroom cleanliness, child safety, and cost accuracy is severely lacking. #1 - water/liquid on the bathroom floors, overflowing trashcans, urine on the seats, no toilet paper or paper towels gives me serious concern when kids are running around in their socks. #2 - party host failed to make sure that kids attending the birthday party had adequate hydration. When I approached the snack counter to inquire of the 4 teenage employees standing there if they could assist our party host as she seemed to be overwhelmed, my request was returned with a poor attitude and excuses until I insisted they get the kids some water. #3 - extreme dodgeball was unsupervised and unregulated. Grown adults throwing at full force toward other adults' heads went on for 20 minutes while toddlers and younger kids were hit and one by one, left the area in sobs. #4 - I paid $120 for 6 people to jump for 1.5 hours, then my party host was also charged for these. I asked about this at the front desk several times to clarify that we would not be double charged, and the same inept employees insisted it was fine, without once looking up the party list to verify. All in all, I have to say my overall impression of the new facility was pretty disappointing. Although the idea is there, the owner certainly doesn't care about the customer experience. read more

My kiddos love Jump Time so much! We decided to have our daughter's 7th birthday party there. As soon as we entered the building, we were told to leave because the building was closed for a work party until noon. Our party was booked from 12-2pm. We entered the building at noon and had to wait in line to get checked in. It was very frustrating as this took up 15 minutes of our party time. Everything seemed to be going fine until the kids gathered around the birthday girl to eat pizza. Our host tried cutting the pizza with a serving knife rather than a pizza cutter. She didn't realize that she was running into our cake with the server as she tried cutting the cake. I had to mention it. She forgot our two pitchers of lemonade that we had requested prior to the party. She had to run upstairs twice to bring plates. She cut the cake and then forgot forks. All the kiddos had cake on their plates but no forks to eat. She had to run back downstairs while everyone waited. My husband took over on cutting the cake. We added on another pizza because we had some unexpected guests and needed more. They nicely accommodated us but when the pizza came out, it was doughy on the bottom. Our host told us that we had to start heading out so the next group could start setting up. I asked about our cupcakes that came with the package and she asked me if I wanted her to go get them for us??? Yes please since they were included in our package. We had no time to open presents and my daughter did not get the chance to have Jump Time close down an area for our group to play which is also included in the package. Our host offered us passes to give our guests since she didn't have time to play a game with them. The passes that we were given were also to be included in the package. She made it seem that she was giving us the passes to make up for everything that had gone wrong. Complete disappointment for the price we paid. To top it off, my family members noticed our host on her cell phone from a distance. 2 hours is a short amount of time to do everything. I would recommend not holding a company event the day you have parties. We had our party at Big Als last year and the price was very comparable. They did an outstanding job. All of our guests were completely surprised at how well they did. Feeling upset that we paid close to $300 for this party. I would choose another location. read more
