It's been a terrible experience every time we've gone. They talked me into upgrading my membership for a month and informed that as long as I canceled before the end of the month, I wouldn't be charged. I tried to cancel two days before my membership was to renew, thinking it was plenty of time. I ended up being charged for another month anyway. When I spoke to customer service they then told me it needed to be three days before the end of the month (something they never told me before that point)! On one occasion, I took my kids on a day where they were offering 50% off food and drinks. They had signs up everywhere advertising this. I was never given the discount. I followed up with them and asked why I wasn't given the discount. They claimed it was because I never asked for the discount. I spoke with a team lead about the situation and she offered to adjust the payment. However, the payment was never adjusted. I kept going back to inquire about it, and they kept saying they would fix it. It was never fixed! My girls were also upset that a group of young boys kept harassing them and were playing rough with them even when they asked them to leave them alone. The employee on the floor did nothing to help. Now they don't want to go back. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. read more

The facility is average. Kids will definitely have fun but there are better options in the area. My biggest complaint is the staff. I had an issue with one of the kids accidentally ending the locker rental before we were ready and I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to try to help me. And they didn't know what they were doing. And the other lockers I had wouldn't let me end it. I talked to 3 different people and they just kinda told well that sucks that your card is going to be charged indefinitely. Visited on 11/17/2025 at around 7:15 PM We came to SkyZone to celebrate my little sister's birthday, and the experience was honestly terrible. We asked the staff multiple times to come over and sing happy birthday something that's supposed to be part of the birthday package and they still refused. They walked around acting annoyed and clearly didn't want to be bothered. My little sister was standing there waiting, confused and embarrassed, while the staff avoided us. In the end, we had to sing it ourselves because nobody on their team could be bothered to do their job. For a place that advertises birthday parties and charges for them, this was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We definitely expected way better. The place is falling apart. Broken springs on super trains. The ninja course is completely wrecked. All platforms deflated and ropes hanging down. It is dangerous. Nets have huge holes in them. $5 for a pair of socks? What a RIP OFF!!! For that price it should be included with the admission price. After filling out the waiver and paying we went over to the snack bar. Ordered a personal pizza, pretzel bites and a lg drink. Received the pizza, and burnt pretzel bites. I asked the young guy employee, id day high school age if he could remake them for they are burnt. His reply after giving me a dirty look was "no they're not." He definitely needs some training in customer service. Luckly, another employee who happened to be in the kitchen interviened and took the burnt food and made me a fresh batch. Still had to ask for my drink. They were out of lg cups so they had to use a lg icee cup which was fine. I didnt mind. While eating not even 3 min later the food is already starting to get hard. The quality of their food is trash! I wasnt a fan of Defy either but i can honestly say since Sky Zone has taken over it has really gone done the tubes! I recommend going to Urban Air. Their food is pretty good. Always fresh everytime we've been there. And you can get an unlimited pass for all the attractions for $30. Their socks we paid a few dollars but definitely wasn't close to $5. Think ill stick going to them or a few others we've been to. Even jump Time's food is better than Sky Zone and the staff has always been real nice. Would I recommend Sky Zone to anyone? Not sure if they're under new management, but it seems to be better already. Hopefully they can keep this up. Just two weeks ago this place was an absolute dump. It really went downhill over the year. What's even worse were the workers. They spent more time screwing around behind the counter and there was zero supervision on the floor for the two hours we were there. Workers were walking back-and-forth from the front to some back area and hanging out. I seen workers spend more time taking drinks from the cooler or eating snacks from the concession stand. The amount of teenagers that came in for free was ridiculous. Friends of these workers were coming in and super rowdy with young children, jumping in the areas. The facility was super messy, and the bathrooms were even worse. Went to the bathroom today and it was still a little messy, but it wasn't as bad as it normally is lol. The hallways, locker areas, bathrooms, party room, all areas. They need way more people on cleaning and garbage duty! The party room was provided with dirty floors and a full trash with pizza box trash stacked next to it! I will let the hostess complain her terrible experience if she chooses but they essentially up her time and food order and the service was bad. It's a shame. read more

My son had his bday party here 2 weeks ago and I was so disappointed. They had 1 person working the counter to check in 2 birthday parties plus a normal Friday night. A lot of my guest had to stand in line for a large amount of time to "check in." Then half of my guest did not even receive their socks or wrist bands after checking in. The party area was filthy. Icing on the floor and Picnic tables, food crumbs all over the floor, etc. I had to set up the tables for my party because my party host (at no fault of his) was running around trying to help in the cafe and front desk because they were so under staff. I was sent a survey about my experience and voiced these concerns and asked to be contacted and I wasn't. I went to their website and filed a complaint and asked to be contacted and I wasn't. I had another son's party here when it was under "Defy" and it was 100% better! This place really needs some management help and a lesson on customer service. My child (13) and his friends (11,12) were assaulted here by other children today. He left with a bloody nose. Another with a sore private area. The staff neglected to do anything. My child asked for an ice pack for his nose, did he get one? No. I spoke with a "manager" who offered no sympathy, only excuses. She said they were understaffed that day. If you can't do the basic job at hand, close your doors. Kids shouldn't be operating establishments for kids. You had the audacity to roll your eyes at us. Absolutely disgusting, female employees hanging out in bathroom on their phones. No employees walking the floor watching the kids jumping in be zones marked employee supervision required and there was no one to be found. My husband came out of the mens restroom telling me a male employee came out of the stall in the bathroom and went straight out he did not wash his hands then he continued to go out and touch everything. This past Friday I went to this trampoline park and was forced to tip when paying for my entrance, me and all my friends bought the same package of 90 minute jumping time and they were charged 21.20$ and I was charged 23.80$, they all had a tip screen asking for a tip pop up after the workers put it in the machine, but mine didn't ask me the lady put the tip on her self and I was over charged. terrible service and one of the boys working kept walking around and cussing and letting me know how much he hated the school I went too. read more

I wish something like this existed near my hometown! So many choices to bounce, climb, swing, tricks of all sorts to be done here. I loved the variety and absolute fearless joy the folks here attack the available space. I'm such a sissy so I stuck with mostly bouncing, but it was fun to watch the people I was with so flips, round abouts, kick overs, backflips, high jumps for basketball, bouncing off walls (literally). Sad truth, I have no idea how to do a cartwheel so I attempted to learn here. I still don't know how, but I had less fear to try here since there are so many spots with soft flooring so if I fell at least it would hurt less. Overall the section to play is pretty large so even with a good amount of people there because there are plenty of spots to call your own for a few minutes before moving onto another section. Like I said I was super reserved compared to the majority of the crowd who fearlessly flip, twist, and fly around the place and I still had fun. Again, I would love to have something like this back home; it's a fun workout and a super great spot for kids and adults. We decided to book a birthday party at this location for my 6 year old son. We also have a membership for our two kids and have gone a handful of times over the past 2 months. When we wanted to book the party, the staff didn't have any idea about what the party included or anything about booking. They instructed us to go online. So we booked the party online and paid the deposit. Today, we had the party. We showed up at 2:00 like the instructions said (half hour early), and stood at the counter. The employee checking us in was scrambling to find out paperwork and initially said we would be in one of the fenced areas. We reminded him we paid for a room, and then he looked at the paperwork again and realized the mistake. He then told us the room would be available the last hour (4:30) and to return at 4:15 to start setting up. We returned at 4:15. I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes without any assistance. Multiple employees were seen in the back high-fiving, doing secret handshakes, and messing around. I made eye-contact with an employee wearing a black polo shirt, and he didn't come over to ask if I'd been helped. Finally, three employees came to the birthday counter and I asked one of them which room our party was in. He began scrambling through some crumbled up papers and said we were in room 3. All our balloons and party items were still on the cart behind the counter and hadn't been touched. At this point, it was 4:23 and the website says that the party host will handle all of the set up and clean up for the room. Nothing had been touched and I asked the employee if we could take the stuff to the room to start setting up. He gave me a blank stare and said he wasn't sure. He then walked away towards the kitchen and came back a few minutes later. He told another employee something and that employee mouthed the word "Shit" to the other employee. My assumption based on what I saw is no one had begun to set up the room. I asked if we could start setting up since we were told to start setting up 15 minutes before. His reply that we are supposed to set up 5 minutes before, even though it was the same employee who told us to come back 15 minutes before start time. So I told him I would come back in 3 minutes at 4:25. I came back to the counter at 4:30 and stood there another 5 minutes because no one was there. Then at around 4:35, they said the room was ready. We went to the room and were told the pizzas would be ready in 5 minutes and he would bring us the drinks. Pizzas didn't show up till 5 and we didn't get drinks until a few minuets before pizza. The "party host" delivered the pizzas and drinks, and provided us some candles. The candles were the only thing he did extra and seemed to actually care about. Then at 5:20, the party host asked us if we wanted to check out then and pay. 10 minutes before out scheduled hour that we were late getting to. CONCLUSION: In the end, the staff at this location is full of teenager and young adults. Many of them don't seem to care about giving the customer a good experience. Many of them care more about socializing with other employees and friends. The bathrooms were disgusting, the floors are dirty, the place is a mess. This experience SUCKED and I will never give them my money. We paid a lot of money for the top-tier birthday package and got a room with some tables. That's it. The party host sucked, the employees suck, this place sucks. The only reason this place is still in business is because they have cool trampolines and other equipment other jump places don't have. But when those places get some better equipment, DEFY will go out of business. Unless they change some things, this place will not survive. When checking out, a manager asked if I wanted to leave the party host a tip, to which I laughed. He asked about the experience and I told him many of the things I have described here. He asked if it was because they were busy and I told him we have had similar bad experiences when we have gone mid-week with the staff. They don't care. They are there to collect a paycheck and don't care about anything else than the bare minimum. I took my son to the location in Nampa Idaho. He did have fun but what was terrible is that when I signed him in the persons who worked there did not make it clear that I was joining a monthly membership. Only 6 months later I realized that my credit card was being charged $20.13/ mo. I only took my son there once in September. Had I known they were signing me up for a monthly charge I would have NEVER gone. When I explained my case and that we have not been back their answer was "Well you signed the contract so too bad." I agree that I signed the contract, but they should have workers that make it very clear that is what you are doing. I chalk this company being up there with the likes of PAYDAY LOANS, Slimy Used Car Salesmen and LOAN SHARKS! I will NEVER recommend a place like this to any family. They don't care about families or kids only money. Don't give them your money. So many little kids with free range of every price of equipment which is great if you didn't just pay $50 for your middle school kids to come burn off some energy. They were not able to play on half of the equipment due to not wanting to hurt the littles. No staff or supervision at any of the jumping stations to help supervise this. Most parents sitting on the sidelines just watching from a distance. First time ever I had my kids wanting to leave because they were not able to partake in any of the big parkour areas because of all the 3-8 year olds playing in the foam pits below!!!! Been contemplating of leaving a review but as a mother I have to plus I have bartending and restaraunt experience and when I saw what I saw I had to make this review. My daughter needed her water warm for her formula. The guy was so nice and helpful. They don't have a microwave which is what I would of liked but instead I got water from their soda machine, and ran through a keurig he said that's the only way to get hot water. I see him looking inside the cup while brewing the water out and looking back at me. He hands me the cup of warm water (it was loterally still cold water) , his hand was kinda unsure if he should hand it to me. I said thanks and walked away. I sat at the table looked at the water showed my friend. The water had what look like to me is either the soda machine isn't properly being cleaned or the Keurig hasn't been cleaned either. The water had black particles with fuss around them I'm thinking mold. Wish I had a photo but I was rushed to leave to find another source to feed my 5 month old. They have a service that brings in families with all age kids they need better acoimdations that are safe for everyone. I will never purchase anything unless I crack the seal. My new $220 Ugg boots were stolen yesterday from the cubbies that are located right next to the exit. I asked why there isn't an option to use real lockers to secure our belongings & was advised their old lockers were getting broken into and damaged, so they took them out. I was advised theft is a huge issue at this location & many other DEFY parks. There are no signs by the cubbies stating to be careful with belongings as theft is known to be an issue. It just appears once they have your money they don't care what happens to your stuff. I was basically told it is what it is. Just the apparent lack of care or concern was a turn off. Yesterday they allowed a puppy on premises and was all over the trampolines. Can you imagine how your child would have felt if they were to have fallen on that tiny little animal and injured it or if the dog got under your kids feet and injured them? Or just the fact for sanitary reasons when your kids bodies are all over the place do you want to take a chance of the animal going to the bathroom on the equipment? I am assuming the staff wasn't aware because they are more concerned with socializing with each other then doing their jobs. The employees do not monitor for rough housing, running, etc. My own kids have been mistreated/hurt by other children and so has my friend's kids. It is basically a free for all. Also, as a warning they are selling Season passes for the remainder of 2023 through 12.2024. I would be weary of purchasing as they are being bought out by Sky Zone and I could see issues arising. They are only accepting credit cards & no longer cash, so something just seems off. Lastly, my daughter was very injured there this past summer. She jumped to try to catch the Trapeze bar and was hit in the face really badly. We had to rush her to the ER. Come to find out DEFY was aware the pole that should have been there to use to pull the Trapeze bar towards you in order to grab onto was broken & they were waiting on a replacement to come in. However, the "station" was not closed down, so one wouldn't know not to try to jump to grab the bar. When a company is aware of damaged equipment especially at a place that can be so dangerous they should take the proper precautions to avoid injuries. Best birthday party ever! My son said to my husband and I. We celebrated our son's 12th birthday at this location, we got booked The Mega VIP Party package comes with pizza, sodas, a cool water bottle for 10 kids , napkins, cups, paper plates and a shirt for the birthday boy. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything, specially our host Trevyn, he kept on coming to check if we needed anything. My son and his friends had a great time and I was happy that I did have to worry about cleaning up the after party mess at my house . We just had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and the staff made us feel like VIPs the entire time. The manager helped us keep the cake cold until party time and even let us set up the room early so we could decorate the cake. I want to give a special shout-out to to Trevyn at Defy. He made sure that we all had plenty of pizza and soda for everyone at the party. All the kids had a blast and many of their parents signed up for memberships because it was such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be planning our next party there because you really get your money's worth... and my little girl was smiling ear to ear the whole day. I took my son for a birthday party today and he had fun. But and it's a big BUT.... I was treated extremely poorly! My son who is a smaller 5 year old was in the dodge ball area and there was a little boy who is taller then my son following him and chasing him and throwing the ball at most arms length at him and well I didn't think anything of it since we'll they are in the dodge ball area. We'll the other kids mom went and complained that my son pushed her son down! I was standing there watching him and she was on her phone. And my son did NOT push her son down. Well the employee told me that my son was rough housing to much, which he wasn't, and I might need to leave. My son is 5 and small! I told him that her son was throwing the ball super close and I'm not complaining. He said well she complained and I need to stop or else be thrown out! Like whhhaattt!! Umm no I can talk to her actually. And he screamed and yelled at me that I'm never allowed back ever again. I said you need to hear both sides he said no she complained and that's it. He kept screaming at me that I'm never allowed back to his park! I'm banned from his park! And kept yelling at me as I walked away with my son and I was calm shaking but calm! He literally followed me to the front and watched me leave! I should have talked to the manager then but I was shaking! So I called the manager in the car and told her everything. She told me he was newsince he was in a hot orange shirt and that they were still training him. She apologized for his actions and how wrong he was. sky zone desperately needs to be restored to its former glory. the layout is good. previously a DEFY property, neglected worse than any trampoline park weve ever visited. we were in the first group of guests. arriving just before 10am. initially i was taken with how FILTHY the place was. the bathroom was pretty gross for a space that new. hair balls and trash scattered about the entire facility. a puddle of liquid in the middle of the walk path in PLAIN SIGHT. there from the time we came in till the time we left. as we made our way through the park we continued to encounter broken, deflated, worn out components. slide was out closed. it was clear the opening and closing shifts the previous day did anything other than turn the lights on and off. $80 for 1 adult and two small children to jump for 90mins, i felt a little sore after. and not from jumping. read more
