I ordered a quart of their beef stew that cost $16 and there is no beef in my beef stew. Well that's not exactly true. There were two and I counted them two little tiny pieces of beef in a quart size container of beef stew I just ended up throwing the whole thing away because I'm not gonna just eat a bowl of carrots and potatoes. Actually reflecting back and looking at the bowl I don't even see any carrots and I had to add a can of peas into the soup to give it some kind of body. Very disappointing.

We also ordered a pork chop vermicelli bowl and a seafood noodle soup. The pork chop was darker than I thought but it was marinated perfectly allowing the flavors to come through. This is located in the plaza near the Boynton Mall, so it was great for my errands afterward. I stopped in around 12pm and there was no one there but the service was so welcoming and nice. I decided to order the pho with the well done eye round beef with all of the fixings. It came out pretty fast - and it looked so delicious. It was flavorful, I could not get enough of it. The beef was very tender and not rubbery at all. The addition of the fresh veggies and herbs were the chef's kiss. They provide a generous amount of broth and meat, so I was not complaining at all. I felt like they took amazing care of me and ensuring I was satisfied with my meal. This was some of the best pho I've had that left me wanting to come back very soon. Literally brought me back to life for the rest of the day. Tip: Make sure you sit outside during this South Florida winter weather to enjoy this warm bowl of pho.
