As of October 29 Will be my last ride after two years riding with this company and last night was the most horrible experience I've ever had a very uncomfortable with the new driver I got picked up at 12:30 PM I got tour leaving my apartment driveway going down the road and I am disabled gone paralyzed from the waist down I got told it was going to be a 45 minute wait I told the driver I could wait at the house kept on going got to Winco The driver said he will collect the payment when he got back to Winco I went inside grab my pizza and cheese called him he told me it was gonna be another 45 minutes from the time I called him 45 minutes go by and I called to say and he told me he's going to be longer and I told him I could get a ride home sooner so it's not so hurtful on me and I haven't eaten all day and when he's around the area he can come and collect the money he threatened to call the police if I were to leave to go to Winco to get back home to take care of myself because how much pain and hungry I'm in certain to call the police of the night stay there I got left there a dish there for another hour and a half waiting did not get picked up until 202 drop me off to my house but before then called the boss waking her up complaining about me and how I was in the wrong and that if I did not want to have the ride I should've said something before hand put in the five dollars and got out of the cab down the road from my house which I would not have made back to the house because my back is going paralyzed from the waist down so I can barely make it anywhere And association I have not been treated like this by any other driver this was the worst experience and I should not have been treated like this or threaten at all especially being with the company over two years so the next day I explain and talk they decide to keep the driver and pretty much tell me if I don't like it that he gonna pick me up no more I'm not allowed night rides and if I don't like it I can fly in the cab services after two years being with somebody I get thrown away like trash very heartbroken all over because one driver because of one driver really very sad I will be switching over to Grants Pass Cab nobody deserves to be treated like this you treat people the way you want to be treated good things come your way. They were waiting for us at the airport (even with a delay) It was so easy to use them for our transportation locally too. I called this taxi company around 10 PM on a Sunday night. He told me that he could be there to pick us up in about 10 minutes. 5 minutes later he calls to ask for the address for where we are going and says it'll be about 5 more minutes. Mind you, I am literally on a street corner and as far as he knows I was a female alone (I hadn't mentioned that my husband was with me). We were both getting pretty sketched out and considering just walking to our location. Ten minutes later he still hasn't arrived so I call again and ask for an ETA. He says he is just down the road (about 5 blocks) and will be there soon. It is nearly 5 more minutes before he arrives. We literally could have walked to our location faster but were uncomfortable doing so at the time of night. We get into the van and it reeks of pot and the driver did not wear a mask, despite there being a sign on the door saying masks are required. We are thoroughly unimpressed and would not want to ride with this company again after this experience. read more
