I utilize JC'S Taxi always they are my go to , my favorite means of transportation in Grants Pass OR , very dependable , clean , very kind and respectful , and i 'm comfortable riding with the drivers , etc. However,....... I called and booked a few rides during the night of 01/14/2022 early morning of 01/15/2022 , and got a driver that has in the past gave me attitude for no reason at all , making unnecessary rude commitments , etc . I didn't say anything back to her just payed her and went on my way. this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and is very unprofessional. read more

I had a horrible experience with a driver named Dee. She was rude. Talked to us like we were stupid. Was texting on her phone ..I am filing a complaint and with the dmv also. Wasn't Planning on wasting my time on somebody like her But the texting thing makes me feel that if she gets an accident with somebody else I would feel responsible will never use these people again read more

We asked them to pick us up for the Taste of the Rogue event. They were 30 minutes late. We told him we will drive ourselves. We will be glad to pass off the experience for the rest of our club members in Kiwanis. We were 45 minutes late but was better than waiting for them. read more

So this is the second time I've called this taxi service and both times now the taxi driver has not shown up and didn't call. I am extremely frustrated with this company yet because both times I REALLY REALLY need to get somewhere. It sucks that our town only has a few taxi services but if you are busy, you can at least say no so I can walk, instead of my make me wait over an hour (both times) and not even show up or call to say you're not showing. I wouldn't even rate it one star but I have to give it one to leave this review. If you actually need a ride or need to go somewhere, DO Not call this taxi. They will leave you hanging. read more

Just had a pleasant experience, I couldn't tell you when the last time I had a Cab/Taxi ride. I called J C Taxi here in Grants Pass and Matthew was here in less than 10 minutes. The car was clean and so was the driver (I've had friends that use cab's tell me that's not always case). If I ever need a Taxi again I will definitely call J C and ask for Matthew. read more

Seriously??? We scheduled a pick-up to go to a $150 per plate dinner here in Grants Pass that started at 5:30 pm. We asked to be picked up between 5:00-5:15 pm. At 5:25, we called and the driver said he was waiting to pick up his prescription and would then head over (???!!!). At 5:40 pm, we decided to just drive ourselves to the event. He was pulling up as we were leaving, so we told him to forget it. Thanks a lot, will NEVER use you again AND tell everyone I know about this experience. read more

I would like to say if you need a taxi service in Grants Pass, Oregon, definitely choose J.C.'s, particularly a driver named Greg. I had to return a rental truck on Sunday night and get to the Greyhound stop in about 30 minutes - the last bus of the night - to get home to Weed that night (after a terrible 6-day trip moving). I got the owner of the company on the phone & told her I was desperate. She said she would find a driver - she called me back, and said she found one named Greg. He told her to tell me "not to worry", to tell me he'd be right out there. Which he was, in about 5 minutes! He was a life saver, got me to the bus in 10 minutes - I don't know what I would have done without him. No other taxi in the area was available & I called about 5 before I lucked into J.C.'s. Besides which Greg was very polite, friendly, and SO helpful, drives a really nice clean red compact car (I think it was a Toyota), and knows the town perfectly. So thank you Greg, thank you J.C.'s - everyone should call you first! read more
