On a previous occasion, they got us to the airport just fine, but didn't have anyone there to pick us up, although I had made a reservation before we left, and had called them before getting on the flight to Medford. Then we were told to take us home would be $100.00! (for a 23.5 mile/21 minute ride on highway). It was cold and we were tired, so we paid the ransom. They confirmed and told us they would call 15 minutes before arrival for a 9:30 pick-up. At 9:20 we had to call them again -- no answer. They called back at 9:25 and said they were "running 15 minutes late." BS. If they were out on a run they would have given us a heads up that they were going to be late. Had to drive ourselves and eat a huge long-term airport parking fee. We had used them in May and had a great experience -- don't know what happened, but I can't imagine using them again after this.
