~CASH ONLY ~ Outstanding customer service!…read more Easy to call and book an airpirt shuttle pick-up at the most ridiculous hours; nobody wants to take you to the airport at 3am. They have ALWAYS been on time both directions. I've used them for years. Only recently was I made aware that they track your flight for you and arrive earlier/later so you have NO WAIT when get off the plane exhausted. It was 11pm and we had been traveling for well over 12 hours, went through customs twice and had a spoiled screaming toddler kicking the back of my seat and a sick baby in the row behind us for a 5 hour leg of the trip. Needless to say, we were relieved when our flight landed almost an hour early. Our airport pick up was scheduled for mid-night and it's snowing outside in Medford. I was dreading having to sit in a metal chair by the window for an hour due to my previously scheduled pick-up *crap* To my surprise, we entered the airport lobby and I was ESTATIC to see Nancy standing front and center with our names on her white board! *Whoot Woot* Yes, this service tracks your flight for you and makes sure that they are there to pick-up when you are ready *5 STARS*

Pick up time was at 11:30 & Jill (the driver) was waiting in the hallway for her partner to arrive to transport this patient. The patient expressed resistance to go and I was providing emotional support when Jill came in the room and in an unfriendly manner loudly verbalized "either this patient is going to go or they aren't but I am on a short leash and have other patients to go get, I can't sit here and wait". I expressed that it was 11:37AM (7 minutes after pickup time) and totally inappropriate to behave in this way in front of the patient. I was trying to deescalate this patient and make them comfortable, and she was riling them up. Needless to say her partner didn't arrive until the patient was already on the gurney, so all of the comments were unnecessary -causing stress on both the patient and medical staff. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. My patient even told her she needed to calm down. Patients shouldn't have to tell medical transports how to behave. I called to report this behavior to the manager. Jill is both the manager and the owner. My complaint fell on deaf ears as she continued to defend herself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The person who answered asked if they didn't mind if another passenger in the taxi, he said as long as they were splitting the cost of it and the woman said no they weren't. She said it would be a half hour. She came by 30 minutes later with another passenger stating it was her friend, and still stated that my dad had to pay the entire fair. It appeared that they were trying to swindle my dad into paying for this man's ride out to Medford. The entire incident was unprofessional and unsavory. I don't recommend using this company. It was over 90 degrees out while my father waited for the service. This is unacceptable. We were having a backyard bbq and I had a few drinks and was unable to drive him back unfortunately.

Kelly, the owner, has an incredible depth of knowledge about destinations, airline policies, and all the little tricks that most people would never know. If you ever get the chance to work with him, listen closely--he knows what he's doing. Barbara is one of the kindest people you'll meet and is extremely knowledgeable about flights, hotels, and how to navigate different travel situations. Mike is incredibly reliable--even on weekends--which is rare and valuable when travel issues come up unexpectedly. What really stands out is that I consistently get tickets at the same price--or sometimes even less--than booking on my own, but with a full team I can call if anything goes wrong. That peace of mind is huge. I haven't personally worked with everyone on the team, but based on the professionalism I've experienced, I'd confidently trust Andrew, Stephanie, Susan, and Sharon as well.
