On a previous occasion, they got us to the airport just fine, but didn't have anyone there to pick us up, although I had made a reservation before we left, and had called them before getting on the flight to Medford. I won't use them again.

This company is offensive. We needed transportation from Medford airport on a very late Sunday…read morenight arrival. We waited for ~ 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. Then we were told to take us home would be $100.00! (for a 23.5 mile/21 minute ride on highway). It was cold and we were tired, so we paid the ransom. There was no meter used for the ride and likely the money was just pocketed. I would avoid this company like the plague. Very sad to take advantage of people this way :(

They confirmed and told us they would call 15 minutes before arrival for a 9:30 pick-up. At 9:20 we had to call them again -- no answer. They called back at 9:25 and said they were "running 15 minutes late." BS. If they were out on a run they would have given us a heads up that they were going to be late. Had to drive ourselves and eat a huge long-term airport parking fee. We had used them in May and had a great experience -- don't know what happened, but I can't imagine using them again after this.
