I told Jaydin about my issue and he said he'll work to help me find just what I wanted. When he came back with my selection, along with some alternatives, Jaydin was full of information and descriptions on each shoe. Immediately Jaydin's personality came out. He has a great sense of humor. He's very personable, as well as being very professional. I ended up feeling like I made a new friend. He is one of those people you just feel privileged to know. He really knew what he was doing so I ended up with a great pair of boots that I will have for a long time. As I walked toward the exit of the store, I noticed that the original Beck's shoes was in Denmark and I'm of Danish heritage. It turns out that this whole experience was meant to be!

Before stopping at Beck's I was at Macy's - I literally had to call out, "Is anyone employed here to take my money?"... no answer - so I left. It's a wonderful feeling to actually have customer service. Selection was great, I would have like more color selection in the particular shoe I purchased but that wasn't an issue. The foot analyzing pad showed supination which was corrected by orthotic inserts which instantly made my feet feel so much better. Overall excellent, friendly, and personal service by Patrick Marks! I think she should get fired or something they need to somthing about this obscured lady working at famous foot wear. I had been to Macy's the same day and they don't have the staff to offer personal assistance like Buckle. I was frustrated after trying on 20 pairs of jeans at Macy's. I stopped at another small retail shop and didn't find what I wanted. When I walked into Buckle I fortunately was helped by Hannah B who is stellar. She listened and found exactly what I was looking for; I actually ended up buying two pairs of jeans which are super cute and fit great. When it comes to jeans there are so many options and it is difficult navigating it all solo. I have to buy jeans for short people but Hannah said -no problem- we offer free hemming. Come on! Made my day. I called today just to make sure alterations are on track because I need them for a trip and spoke with the manager; she answered on first ring and told me that they will be ready sooner than promised. Excellent customer service is often hard to find anymore ...I love these people and their jeans!
