We were just out on I 5 and one of their drivers was tailgating us and we were doing 75 miles an hour! We were in the fast lane, and there was nowhere to scoot over into the slow lane. When we did get to scoot over he went by us doing over 90. When I called his phone number to tell them how the driver was driving they said he had just called and complained about us going too slow. Do not hire these people. The operator also swore at me. Unbelievable. What a way to run a business! read more

I really like Grants Pass cab. I am a loyal costumer for 7 years, I use the for ride to work and home. It is 2.5 miles and it cost me $20.00 a day, 4xs a week and per month I spend with the $380.00 a month.. They give me a flat rate at $10 one way what would cost $14.75. One way. So a $5 break helps me out and help them out too. read more

It has been pretty awful. Some of the Drivers, outstanding. Most of them are OK. But the owner is a terrible Person. Phone conversations were ugly. I am sorry. I have an injury. I am dealing with it. Getting better.. Spasms in my chest area. I don't have any medication for it. So I ordered a bottle of whiskey. Delivered. I need to relax the spasims happening to my ribs. Just to relax. NEVER EVER USE AGAIN! I own a bar in town had a TERRIBLE experience monthes ago when they said 15 minutes an hour later still not there, and calling to check up they kept saying 15 minutes finally called another place, they came in 10 minutes. After monthes of deciding not to call I tried again tonight, not only did they say 15 minutes when they came they didn't call me then chewed me out for not knowing they where outside and saying "they couldn't wait forever" WILL NEVER EVER CALL AGAIN and will tell everyone I know one strike, ok maybe you had a bad night. 2 HELL NO! read more

I have had good and bad times with this service. They usually make up for the bad but the bad is continuous and predictable. I have a job and i use this service to get to work 5 days a week. I call, everyday, same time (unless i go in early). And somehow there has been a lack in remembrance of scheduled rides, that are daily rides. So, the last few weeks my ride had been 10-15 minutes late (which means i'm late for work). They apologize, the nicer once have the ride on them today and a few others had STILL charged me when THEY WERE LATE! the audacity! But overall they do make up for it usually my next ride will be free or the late ride in question. the scheduling on their end is just the problem and needs to be improved. read more

I saw an elderly lady propel herself in a wheelchair toward a Grants Pass Cab Van. The driver got out, said we don't do wheelchairs and left. It was a VAN and the wheelchair folds up. This was disrespectful and rude. I asked the lady inside the Three Rivers Asante Outpatient clinic to check on the lady. read more

Told me 15 minutes for pickup, waited an hour. Called back told another 15 minutes. Cancelled then they hung up immediately without an apology or consolation. Terrible service... Call someone else. read more

I called for a pick up at the Medford Airport 2 days ahead, i double and triple checked as the time approached and was assured it was on the broad and scheduled. The morning of the pickup I double checked again and still was told everything was good. An hour and half later my sister calls and says no taxi waiting. Called and was told they were on the way and should arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, still no taxi. i called again and was told they were there. My sister approached all the taxis there and none were the arranged pickup. I called again and was told they would be there in about 10 minutes. So now its been an hour since my sister arrived to be picked up and still not there. Finally when i was calling she back it just take a different taxi and i'll pay the $25 difference in fee, they finally arrived. Apparently the driver was only dispatched after my third call that morning. I will never use these guys again. There's four other companies to choose from so why go where they dont care. read more
