I called Bear Creek Taxi & the driver showed up before I knew it. This taxi was in a pretty new & clean suv. We were treated to a nice ride in a comfortable vehicle & the guy was professional & kind. On a previous occasion, they got us to the airport just fine, but didn't have anyone there to pick us up, although I had made a reservation before we left, and had called them before getting on the flight to Medford. I won't use them again.

This company is offensive. We needed transportation from Medford airport on a very late Sunday…read morenight arrival. We waited for ~ 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. Then we were told to take us home would be $100.00! (for a 23.5 mile/21 minute ride on highway). It was cold and we were tired, so we paid the ransom. There was no meter used for the ride and likely the money was just pocketed. I would avoid this company like the plague. Very sad to take advantage of people this way :(
