The friendliest staffs, much needed expertise rampant among them are more than just appreciative when it comes to purchasing the expensive Ski Equipment for life! I was just impressed by the knowledgeable staffs who were willing to share their expertise with everything I needed before the purchase. I thank them for saving me tons of cash. The selection of skis, boots and clothing were pretty extensive and impressive with how reasonably priced. Will be back soon. read more

Best ski/snowboard shop in the region! I always get great service here! Just dropped in for a board tune and Donavan took good care of me. I really appreciate Bob, Sandy, and all the employees here! I honestly feel more like a friend than a customer here and always leave in a better mood than I came in. This place is the best! read more

This is really the only shop in the valley that has ski equipment except for black bird. I have had great experiences with most of the male sales reps and the owner. She really needs to fire the guy with long hair. He is very rude and is not really interested in helping out in anyway. He actually walked away as I was about to ask a question. He doesn't care about this company and gives a bad image of what this valley represents. The rest of the fellas are fun and helpful. This guy has had negative reviews before so please stop the bleeding before the reputation gets around. read more

Took my daughter into the shop today to get fitted for her first ski outfit and boots/skis. Service was incredible. By the end of the visit, we had 3 salespeople helping us and cheering her on. Will be a lifelong customer. Thank you! read more

I recently picked up a snowboard setup for my 5 year old niece from the shop and the experience was amazing. All of the staff at Rogue Ski shop made me feel welcome and were able to help be find the right setup and answer all of my questions. Donavin was the dashing gentleman who showed me the different options and helped me find the right board and bindings that fit in my budget. Thank you to everyone there that helped make the experience memorable. 10/10 Highly Recommended.. I went in looking for a board and walked out with a handful of more friends!! read more

I really appreciate the great service at this legend in the valley. When you go to a big box store, you mostly get a great selection, but the customer service is somewhat lacking. Not only does this shop have great selection, but they have awesome customer service. The long haired guy Donovan really took care of me and my little boarder. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I plan to do all my fun in the snow sun need here. read more

Just went into rogue ski shop to get a pair of new Burton step in bindings mounted and new Burton boots heat molded. Some know it all behind the counter refused to do it because he said the boots were too big for me even though I told him that's what size I wear. After I told him, I guess I would just go somewhere else because he didn't want to help me. He all of a sudden changed his tune. I will never do business with this location ever again. Absolutely terrible customer service especially for a small town like Medford. read more

Can't say enough good things about Rogue Ski Shop. Service is the best - way better than any other local shops that service skiers and riders. Bob and Brian have always provided the best recommendations for skis, boots and other gear, with no BS. I make it a point to spend some $$$ with them every year because they are a special resource in this valley for skiers and riders. We are lucky to have Bob, Sandy and the team here to take care of our equipment needs, and then some. read more

This is the only place to go for skiing and snowboarding gear. Everyone--and I mean everyone--is so knowledgeable, helpful, and upbeat. I have never experienced better service--the whole team makes me feel like a VIP. read more

Outstanding shop love these guys ! they totally know what they're doing! The prices are super reasonable they outfitted my son with a whole new set of gear with some used skis for an incredibly awesome price! As far as snowboarding and ski equipment goes you can't do better than this shop the crew is worth their weight in gold! Arron and Bob And Collin and everyone I have coming to contact with at this store has been incredibly helpful and professional can't say enough about these guys! read more

Haven't written a Yelp review in a minute. Was helped by Collin for 30+ minutes outfitting my growing 10 year old daughter in skis. He was insanely helpful and knowledgeable about boot fit, pole height, ski height, etc., while also being mindful about me hoping she can use it for 2 seasons (fingers crossed). He even went downstairs to find us used when possible instead of only pushing us toward the new gear. In the end, we ended up with new boots, skis that were adjusted to fit the boots, a wax on the skis, and custom cut poles to fit her height. I wouldn't have had any idea where to begin outfitting her without Collin's assistance. 5 stars. Will never shop anywhere else. read more

My fiancé and I drove a LONG way to visit Rogue Ski Shop today for the first time (100+ miles), as we don't have a ski/board shop in our town. We were NOT disappointed. She bought a pair of K2 Boa snowboard boots, and I bought a pair of gloves and a new Giro Union Mips helmet. The staff was extremely kind, FUNNY to talk with, and unbelievably helpful. They measured both of us for our gear without us even asking, and gave great advice. They also applied any discount they could find to our purchases. We didn't feel like they only wanted our money. They wanted to provide good gear with killer service, and that they did. We both walked away smiling with some sweet new gear. It's safe to say, we will be coming back for pretty much anything we need snow related even if it means driving 100 miles. Online has nothing on this shop (they probably have anything you would be looking for online anyway). We give this place a HUGE 10/10 without ANY hesitation whatsoever. The staff AND selection of goods are absolutely OUTSTANDING! read more

Solid service and products, perfect guidance. Two seasons in and my family is happy with all the gear we purchased.

I've been to ski shops in many large ski resort towns and I swear this is the best experience I've ever had. The owner has been there for a long time and was working hard to give me a discount and make the price as reasonable as possible. The sales rep I worked with was patient and knowledgeable helping me buy boots that will work for backcountry and resort skiing. They have great deals on packages if you are buying more than one thing. They even quick and effectively waxed our skis for a great price. I don't often write reviews but these guys are awesome! read more

Bob and Sandy have the best shop in town. This local shop has so much knowledge packed into it you would need the whole entire team of big box store professionals to attempt to have 1/2 as much knowledge. For the last 10 years I have shopped at Rogue Ski Shop and the prices/sales/service are second to none! read more

I was born and raised in the Rogue Valley and Rogue Ski Shop has always been the go to ski shop and have always loved the local feel and friendliness that it has provided to our community throughout my life until recently. I recently took my daughter in to look at gear for her and I and the long haired male employee was so rude when I asked for help he refused get off his stool and clearly seemed annoyed that I was even asking for help when I had questions about gear recommendations, instead of going on the floor to look at and discuss gear he just told me to go downstairs and look for a pair of skis he was talking about. I have always thought that Bob ran a great Buisness and always had knowledgeable friendly staff, but after my encounter yesterday I will no longer give rogue ski shop my Buisness nor will I recommend them. Sad day for local businesses when a long standing one is this disrespectful! read more

I've been buying my ski equipment from Rogue Ski Shop for 30 years and have known the owners, Bob and Sandy, for that amount of time and some of their staff for many years as well. The selection is excellent, pricing very fair, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service is personalized and excellent. At Rogue Ski Shop you will get the right equipment for you. Furthermore, I think it's the only ski/board shop left in the entire Rogue Valley. So if you want to have a local ski shop and to be able to take advantage of its expertise, service, local knowledge and selection, you need to buy your gear from it! read more

So helpful!! We came in needing snowboards and all for 3...... walked out with everything and a ton of knowledge! They deal in new, used, and rental- while we were there they were slammed but still able to make sure everyone felt helped!! For sure coming back even if it's a 3 hour drive for us!! Thank you for your time, knowledge, and patience! read more

Love this place! I came in to have my ski boots heated up so they were easier getting on since they had been in a cold garage forever. Colon helped me get them fitted right again, with no charge, so I decided to look for some goggles. They had a huge selection and priced affordability. Lots of sale items from last year. I will definitely be back after tax returns come!!! read more

Great service ! Truly appreciate getting me into the "right" gear instead of just trying to make sells!! Also thought the prices were very affordable and good quality. I truly appreciate that they were willing to take time with me and also bot pushing the more expensive items! I felt I was in good and knowledgeable hands. I will be back! read more

Brian and the team here are true professionals. They are expert bootfitters with years of experience and can finetune your boot fit for you. Better than multiple bootfitters I've had on-mountain by a landslide (or avalanche). Great service, great local business to support. read more

You can't beat talking to an actual person who knows what they are talking about. No amount of reviews on an online retail store will ever replace the knowledge and experience that Bob and the folks at Rogue have. I have bought several pairs of skis and snowboards from Rogue Ski Shop and will always go there first. I don't have any affiliation with this shop or the owners. I'm just a skier/snowboarder who's lived in this valley for 24 years and has gone to this store many times. Get off your computer and head down there if you have questions or are looking for anything related to snow! read more

Bob and Brian did a masterful job mounting my new NTN telemark bindings. Thank you Rogue Ski Shop!

I created a Yelp account spcifically so I could write this review. The customer service was above and beyond!!! I live in the Reno and was visiting family in Oregon over Christmas. I was needing new bindings for my snowboard, so my wife and I checked out Rogue Ski Shop (where I had purchased my first snowboard about 30 years ago). The staff was friendly, funny, and super helpful with questions. The price was better than anything I've seen in Nevada and better than what I could find online, so buying the bindings there was a no brainer. I got home to Reno, excited to put my new bindings on my board. I opened the box and realized that the bindings didn't match. One binding was the Burton EST style, the other was not. I called the next day, honestly thinking that I was going to be in for quite a hassle. I spoke to Sandi on the phone and she apologized for the the problem and promised to overnight the correct binding to me. Sure enough, the new binding showed up the next day, with a pre-paid return label (for me to return the incorrect binding), a very nice hand written note and a brand new Hydro Flask to apologize for the inconvienence. My wife is due for new gear in the next year or so, and though we live in the Reno / Tahoe area with more ski shops than you can count, we'll be buying her gear next time we're visiting Oregon at Rogue Ski Shop. read more

OMG. This store absolutely rocks. The owners know their equipment and provide amazing advice. They are extremely helpful, carry a good range of equipment and ensure everything is checked out before you leave the shop. We got a recommendation fromREI for this shop (since REI medford did not carry skis ) and, hands down , best recommendation we ever received from rei. Go. You will truly impressed read more

These guys were awesome. I went in to get bindings and boots and they helped me find the best option for the price range I needed to stay in. They installed the bindings on my skis that day even though it was busy and pretty close to closing time. I really wanted to ski the next day and I was able to come back at closing time to my skis ready to go! I felt very comfortable and I felt as though I was treated with respect. For everything I needed, I was surprised how quick and painless it was. I would highly recommend the store. Thanks guys! read more

They put my son's bindings on at no cost since we bought his board there. After getting home he noticed nipples formed from the screws being too long for the board. We thought we could fix it ourselves. We end up stripping the bolt...way too tight. We took it down, they were very busy, showed it to one of the guys behind the counter. He immediately took his board to try and get the bolt undone. The owner came up and tried it as well and decided to take it to the back where they repair the boards. In a half hour he totally repaired the board along a new wax job. He was very busy when we walked in and took it upon himself the repair was done right. Awesome customer service!! Can't say enough about their service!! read more

Today we went to Rogue ski shop to find ski gear since klamath falls has no selection for anyone over a size medium. We were greeted like we were old friends. They took really good care of us! making sure we had found the pants we wanted in the right size. They then made sure to get us all the info about boots and skis. they have a professional fitting the boots and not just some high school kid! I felt very taken care of and will be going back for all my ski stuff! read more
