I let him know of my search for binoculars and he did indeed escort me to the binocular display case, and called for another employee to take over who knew more about them, which I appreciated very much. The next day, I returned in search of another item, and he was on shift again. He assisted me, used his inventory gadget to look up merchandise, and let me know what was in stock. Thanks Kevin! They have well known high-end quality brands, that can be quite expensive, so be prepared to pay the price. The store itself is ridiculously huge and enticing... you could spend quite a long time here if you didn't have a specific target and/or budget in mind! The employees were productive and helpful when looking for specific items. When I was ready to purchase my items, Joshua was friendly and courteous. They told me twice at the counter that we get 15%…read moreback when we use the card (too good to be true) and then again on a visit 4 days later, the same guy clarified that when we received the Card, we would get %5 off the purchase that we could use pretty fast and that the other 10% applied later somehow. It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.

Our daughter attended this studio with her friend who's mom is a dance instructor here... she absolutely loves her dance instructor and spent months working on her dance, even putting other activities she loves on hold to dedicate her time. The day of her performance, i dropped her off with her instructor and just a few short hours later she called me crying saying that the stage manager, Kelly Osbourne was so rude and was making other kids cry by yelling at them and forcing them to stay in small rooms where the heat was unbearable. My daughter told me that the heat was getting to her and I told her to leaving the building to get fresh air but she said she was terrified that Kelly would yell at her and she just wanted me to come get her. I encouraged her to stick it out since she had worked so hard. In talking to other adults that were there, I learned that another member also needed air do to some breathing issues and when she stepped towards a door for air she was accosted by Kelly telling her to get backstage, even stomping her foot at her and saying "I said NOW".... This was told to an ADULT!!! I can not imagine just how she was treating our children if she was speaking to an adult with breathing issues like this. This was my daughters first experience with dance and I know this will be her last due to the experience she endured here. I would NOT by any means recommend this studio to ANYONE especially those with young children.

He immediately jumped in to disassembling the car and explained everything I would need with a breakdown of price and a comparison of quality. He spent a very long time assisting me and even opened a fresh motor off the shelf just to test my car. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. In the end I left with a new car after adding everything up and realizing it was a better choice. I only interacted with the hobby side of the store, but the bike desk service seemed great from the probably 30-35 minutes I was in the store. I cannot recommend this place enough!
