There is a complete dearth of good men's fashion in the Rogue Valley and this little gem always comes through. I should have known better since Ashland has lots of great dining spots! I did a search for any decent clothing stores around ashland and medford, and was happy to find Summit and Fields! I was nicely greeted by Chris and he helped me out with my situation. The store carries high quality men's and women's clothing and accessories, most of which are made in the good old U.S.A. Chris was attentive to my needs and I appreciated the fact he was focusing on what I needed, not trying to force sell me anything he can in the store. I ended up buying a really nice 4th of july inspired button down shirt, some hair products, soap and candles, and an amazing filson leather belt that's made in seattle! I am glad i found this spot. This is definitely a unique spot like no other in the area., and the service is top notch. Definitely not rogue valley mall type of retailer!

Today when I went to Kixx, I was excited to be looking for an outfit to wear to a family wedding . My friend and I were not welcomed or apparently noticed when we entered. The only other costumer in the store was receiving stellar customer service - attention, praise and enthusiasm - from all three store employees. I was there for over 30 minutes. During that time, I was essentially left to my own devices to search out and try on clothing options. I received no assistance unless I asked a specific question. I felt disregarded. I did eventually find a blouse and jacket that I really liked. However, I did have to pause and give serious consideration as to whether I wanted to spend my money where I was clearly not appreciated as a customer. I decided to go ahead with my $200 purchase, but did not feel at all good about it. What was intended to be a fun shopping experience ended as a disappointment. I will not return to Kixx and would not recommend them to anyone.

I haven't meet an employee there who wasn't absolutely fantastic & could answer my questions! They sure do pack their undersized space with the products they sell. I'm a makeup artist and mostly work for performers who truly test the limits of makeup and no make up stands up as well as Mac products this I promise. There's plenty of color to choose from everything to nudes to bright & wild , great brushes, the best fake eyelashes anywhere , & an amazing collection of lip sticks! I love love love this Mac store and will always return even tho the macys size and quality extremely lacks in comparison to other Macy's. The Mac store truly deserves more space but they do their job swimmingly with what they have :) MACY's lol it's a far cry from their flagship store in Manhattan ! This store is absolutely pathetic their quality of products are by far thee worst of any Macy's I been to! I've seen many Macy's store all over the nation considering I was a model for them as a youth and always complete fashion junkie , but sadly this one is not. They do not carry any really good designers just basic and cheap, they had a very very small Chanel collection that now is gone. I've been misgendered , insulted & publicly outed as transgender and loudly by employees there. The management were quick to respond but yet still hire people who are maybe not the bests or their position as fashion liaison. But considering their selection it's not their fault it's most likely corporate.also for employee of Macy their policy's suck and with their holiday hours vs their pay its no wonder they don't have the right people for the job
