If you are looking to buy, my review is higher. They do have cute clothes and it's well organized. If you are wanting to consign, I wasn't impressed. I have consigned for years and know the routine- no stains, popular brands, seasonal, etc. I've never walked out with not one item being purchased. I took in two brand name items that I had just purchased online. The item hadn't worked out for me but i thought it was more to send back than was worth the effort (khakis and a regular brand name shirt) and nothing. No jewelry (including a bracelet I bought at their store and only wore once) , shoes, or any items. I know I won't try to sell there again. It just takes too much time and effort to get everything ready to end up with nothing. I get much better sell backs through other stores and ThredUp. read more

I don't normally get review-writing excited over consignment shops, but I do over this one. I was in town on business from Eugene, and just starting to think about maternity clothes. There are no consignment shops selling maternity wear in Eugene, just a couple lonely 1990's acid washed maternity jeans at Goodwill, so I Googled stores in Medford on a lark. I'd rather not pay big bucks (like $90+) for maternity work clothes at mail order places like Pea in a Pod. Enter Refashion. I found 3 pairs of dress pants in my hard to find petite extra small size, a blazer and a shirt. The absolutely sweet owner helped me find other non-maternity sweaters that would work. She even tried things on to show me what they might look like later in my pregnancy. She had more energy and spunk at 8 months preggers than most of us do after drinking a Red Bull. Finally, she even gave me a couple of her own pieces of maternity clothing that she wasn't using. I teased myself by looking at the racks of normal clothes, and she seems to stock them with very nice, designer items at great prices. I'd highly recommend this shop! read more

Refashion Consignment Shop has been open for about 1 year. The owner was quite friendly, helpful, and personable. The store is small, jam packed with lots to explore. It is organized, and clean. When I stopped by there was a wonderful selection of shoes, accessories, and clothing. The items are tagged by different colors. Pink being the current arrivals, and the other colors indicate a certain percentage off; there was a convenient chart you can see from anywhere in the store to help you figure out what your savings will be. If you happen to be in the Ashland/Medford area and enjoy consignment store shopping, make it a point to stop in. read more

This store has a great selection with so many unique finds. It's easy to shop with a nice flow and they have great prices. It makes it affordable to get everything you love. I always recommended it to all my friends because every time I go in there, I find so much stuff I have to have. It makes a great one stop shop! The employees are always so friendly and helpful in there, which makes it an even better experience. I also love the fact that its locally owned and operated. Put clothes on consignment... Called them several times they gave me the runaround every time I called. Finally went into pick up the money they owed me and they said that they can't give it to me out of date. Their contract is very complex and their way of doing business Is very unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if it were possible, as one is too high! You do have to say though it is a win-win for them - they sell your clothes and keep all the money. Don't suppose they'll stay in business too long. read more

Lovely staff of people in this place. Don't be afraid to point out to them that a price might not be befitting of an item as if it is not, ( especially the Owner ) will be willing to change it. This store is how consignment store should be run. They try hard to clean their items, make sure that they are in good shape and they are not putting junk out on the floor. They have good prices and good finds, and some great sales! Make sure to look up at the wall to see what color tags relate to what sales they are having that day. They also have a punchcard so make sure to grab that at the end of your purchase too ! This odd little location is such a fabulous Store !!! There is usually a super sales rack located in the back of the store also so keep an eye out for that! They also have Consignment Days / Times , be sure to call them about that . I have been here a few times and loved being in the store! Super friendly store owner usually runs the desk when I have come. I watched an older man with a bunch of miscellaneous things come in trying to sort them out on her counter and she was very patient with him as he definitely had maybe some mental health issues. The clothes are well lit and easily divided for specific buying needs. Very clean and fresh inside. Surprised not to see more people in this store as the prices are great and service very efficient. Beware of consigining at this store. This was my first and last experience consigning . Brought in 13 items, 4 were designer with tags from Nordstroms. All items were taken in given a tiny little contract with extra small print and told that the designer items had six months to sell and that I would receive 50% when they sold. All the other items had an expiration date of three months. I live out of the area and so I would call whenever I made it up to Medford and each time I was told I only had $9 credit and that you had to have at least $12 worth of credit to actually get any money. Couple weeks down the road called while I was in town is that I had $29 credit but that they can't pay out on Mondays go figure. Also they only give out $25 per day. And the scam begins. So if you want to get paid cash for your things it has to be between $12 and $25 and you can only get the money Tuesday through Thursday...what a joke. So I make it up there again and realize that my contract's up in two weeks. I ask if I can use my credit and they said yes as long as it has expired. Then I tell them I want to get the rest of my items they print out a sheet tell me good luck finding them. I found all but two of the items and was able to buy a Cheesy purse and a hat with my credit. Basically a trade for three pairs of designer jeans and a brand new pair of tennis shoes. Not to mention the hassle and headache of going into the shop 5 times to try and redeem some cash for my stuff. The staff that I dealt with was really nice and professional so there's the Saving Grace. Other than that this place is a HUGE SCAM. The items they sell are way over overpriced and they don't give you anything for your consignment if you even get to use your credit before it expires and they don't lose your stuff. Steer clear. Great stock of designer fashion and accessories and the ladies there are amazing!! Very friendly and honest and you know the clothes are clean and almost like new. NO NO NO... Worst of the Worst! If there was an opportunity to give this store a ZERO, I'd press the button 10 fold. I've never seen such poor business practices. They hide behind their "Contract" like it was gold. I brought some nice designer clothing into the store; all in good condition. When I came into the store on a weekend, they looked through everything and kept all the items...Nothing wrong with any of them. The store clerk told me the owner would be in on Tuesday to tag them so she couldn't tell me what they would retail for in the store. She just gave me a slip of paper stating the number of items I left and what they were, (shirts, pants etc). I came back a week later and they told me they had sold a few items... $8.00 store credit for the 2 items. The owner said that the other 6 items hadn't sold yet. I came in for several weeks to look for something to purchase. Lousy selection and priced entirely too high for used stuff that looked pretty worn and beaten. $25 for a cheap beaded necklace and $32 for worn jeans? Really? I can do better at Macy's and get new stuff. I kept looking for several weeks... nothing. My contract finally came up. I asked to have the remaining clothing returned. The clerk came out with 4 of the 6 items left stating they couldn't find the other 2. I asked for the owner... She would be back on Tuesday. I called the owner on Tuesday...She said that they get ripped off all the time by shoplifters, it was probably stolen. WOW...thanks for being so attentive to my stuff. I asked her to look again and call me. No call... I went back to the store the following week... the clerk found a shirt in the back and combed the racks for the pair of designer pants that were missing....nothing. I called the store...The clerk basically said "Too Bad"...read your contract but she said she would look again... Still nothing. I called the owner. The owner said, "Oh, I'll look and give you a call. 3 days later, no call. I called the store and the owner said "We gave the pants away because it had a flaw." So first they were in the store, then they were missing, now the owner states that she gave them away? Excuse me, but nothing was wrong with them when they were brought into the store." Basically. The answer was..."Too Bad, read your contract...we have the right to discard items that are not in perfect condition." Ok...so stupid me, I should have seen this one coming. I should have known I had to bring in the perfect, flawless clothing to a thrift store...even though nothing was wrong with them. I'm sure someone close by is wearing them as we speak. So I wrote it off as my loss but it left a bad taste. Could they have maybe given me the option to pick up the so called flawed pants? They just gave them away and made me think they were on the rack until my contract was up. But that wasn't the end of it.... I still had the $8 credit...so, I went back to the store several times to try to find something....anything!!! The jewelry was overpriced, the used shoes were the same price as TJMAX only worn with someone's smelly feet in them...but again, the clothing looked like $1 garage sale items. Went back for several months... nothing fit or it looked cheap and worn out. So finally, I found a used overpriced jacket and decided to buy it and cut my losses. When I went up to the counter to pay for it... Guess what...First the clerk couldn't find me in the system, then suddenly stated... YOUR CREDIT EXPIRED. EXPIRED? More nasty rules of the contract...OMG.... I'm shocked this store is still in business... What happened to great customer service?... Give an inch and you might keep some people coming back. I'm sure when you, "the owner and the non-attentive clerks" read this, you'll say, we don't need your business and laugh, because you can... you really don't need my business... but honestly, how many other people did you chase away with the "GOLD LEVEL CONTRACT" that only benefits you. People only go in there to use up their credit. You can have the $8 and the pair of pants you stole from me...I know, you can say it's in the contract all you want but the contract will come back to haunt you some day... your loss unfortunately and... It's ok, you obviously need the money and need to do whatever it takes to keep your doors open... OH....and all the 5 star reviews? SERIOUSLY???... Your store is hardly 5 star material...it's in an ancient strip mall and the décor is less than flattering...The over the top customer service with the head nod and "hi" really sent me to a level 5... I'm sure the reviews from as far as NJ and CA are all related to you... Yeah... I would fly to Medford just to come to your store... good marketing strategy but remember...everyone does the friends and family thing on the internet to get good business reviews. I wasn't even going to come here due to the reviews that I read on yelp. Upon entering the store I got a warm hello- surprised a little due to the reviews I had read on here. As I was shopping they had a great selection of clothes--awesome tunes to jam to as I shopped. The prices were reasonable. I was surprised to see Walmart clothes there given as the reviews had said that they wouldn't accept their high end stuff. I had mentioned to the woman who was checking me out that their reviews had been awful on Yelp. She was aware of it. We had talked some about that issue that people leave there pissed off about their experience and they have to make sure that the whole world knows about it versus having a positive experience --many people really don't seem to mention it. So I wanted to take the time to mention it that it's a great place with a huge selection friendly faces and they too are running a business and are rejecting things all day long don't take it personal!!
