I continued to do business with Alsco for 2.5 years and then when I told them I was going out of business and stopped my service I gave them my new address and never heard from them again. Then out of the blue, 4 months later, they sent me an email stating that I was going to be sent to a collection agency because I had stolen $701 worth of product (not true) and that I owed $1900 for terminating a 5 year contract half way through. Well not ever at any point did any one tell me I was signing a binding contract. I never would have done that as I was just starting out in my practice. I asked a few of my fellow Alsco customers and none of them knew they had signed a binding 60 month contract. So beware when doing business with ALSCO...they do not go over the small details and completely misrepresent how they do business, then they come after you with all their might and won't take responsibility for their poorly trained sales representatives. As of now it looks like they don't care and won't budge...I have been scammed...have you been too?

We spent almost $140 on my son's soccer uniform only to receive his uniform half-way through the…read moreseason. When we did receive the uniform, the shorts were not what was ordered and the quality of the shirt was not good. The lettering started to come off and the color of the shirt was starting to run (despite following the care instructions). My wife emailed the owner and no response. My wife emailed a second time and the owner finally called her. I called the owner back and asked for half of the money back, since the uniforms were three weeks late, the poor quality of the uniform, and the wrong shorts being sent. The owner told me that she would be losing money, but reluctantly agreed to send a check for half the money, which she NEVER did. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. Instead they sent the correct shorts after the season ended. There is no accountability with the The Soccer Post and they passed the blame onto others. Please consider using a different vendor when it comes to getting quality uniforms in a timely manner and one that does not make excuses.

He immediately jumped in to disassembling the car and explained everything I would need with a breakdown of price and a comparison of quality. He spent a very long time assisting me and even opened a fresh motor off the shelf just to test my car. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. In the end I left with a new car after adding everything up and realizing it was a better choice. I only interacted with the hobby side of the store, but the bike desk service seemed great from the probably 30-35 minutes I was in the store. I cannot recommend this place enough!
