Windows failed with in 2 weeks of install. Roger and his wife or ex/wife Claudia won't honor their warranty. Won't return any emails. Won't return phone calls unless I keep calling. All of my windows the vinyl has burnt in the sun and needs complete replacement. 1 window was already replaced and it is failing at the same rate as the others. My attorney is now getting involve so we can recoup the Costa and have windows replaced with a professional company like Milguard read more

Was recommended here by a fellow contractor and decided to order windows from them. I saw the bad reviews about installation but that did not matter to me I just wanted the windows made to size. The price was a little higher then where I usually go but honestly there quality was worth it I was surprised but happy. WARNING!!! If I can give them a ZERO star I would. They are not friendly when you walking in. They don't returned my phone calls and when I do talk to them, they were very short and rude with me. The man which assumed is the boss was drinking beers. The beer bottle was on his desk and not even try to hide it. His breath was very strong, who knows maybe that was his 5th beers. If I could give a negative star I would. My Mom ordered a bathroom sliding door and not only did they order wrong door but came out 3 different times to fix mistakes that installer did then tried to convince my Mom that they would come out once more time to fix the installation. Even after my Mom showed pictures to Management and someone came out the 3rd time they were still talking to her about sending the same guy to fix issues with door. Maybe they should consider sending someone who knew what they were doing and knew how to fix it. read more

After recently purchasing a home where the previous owner replaced only the back windows I decided to replace the ones in the front. I reached out to the owner and was referred to Roger's Windows for the purchase and installation. Someone from the company came out and gave me a reasonable quote that I decided to move forward with. WORST DECISION EVER! After the installers left I noticed that two of the windows were installed crooked. Not just slightly crooked, massively crooked. After several calls back to the company over a month they stopped answering my phone calls and have not returned a call. So glad that I only paid half of the estimate upfront because now I am looking at needing to buy new windows again. No one will take ownership of this company's mistake to fix the window. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. We called them about a shattered glass door and they said they would come to the house and measure it. Guess what? We waited all day and they didn't come. No courtesy call to say they couldn't make it either. Called them again and they said they'll come the next day. Did they? Nope. My mom called and asked them what was going on and what they needed to measure because WE MEASURED IT OURSELVES. After THREE DAYS they finally came to measure our door.....and that's it they measured it and left without quoting us a price or telling us what was going to happen next. And we NEVER got a call from them after..EVER. What kind of crap service is this? To be honest if their customer service is this horrible then I bet their work is just the same too. I should have stick with my gut feeling when I saw the poor customer service. I decided to proceed with the purchase and installation. On day of installation they came with the wrong window style that I had originally ordered. Had to wait another 2 weeks. Once they came back the quality of the windows was good but workmanship is horrible windows are crooked. They were about to leave gaps between the window seals until I asked them to fill in. Another window was the wrong size they had to come back the next day and finish installation. I would not recommend this place to nobody. read more

This company has put 21 windows in my house since 2014 and refuse to come out and check to see why the window came off track. I have also referred them to friends and family. People don't get fooled by their low prices. You get what you pay for!!. Let me start off with their poor quality customer service from walking into the business. Front desk representatives have no customer service and it's extremely evident: they HATE THEIR JOB. Long story short: I placed an order for a total of 7 windows for approximately $3,000. Windows weren't ready as promised date. After several attempts of calling no answer. I had to physically go & follow up on my actual order for an honest response. When my contractor picked up the entire order, it was clearly addressed 2 of them were made wrong in dimensions. Turns out representative Rebecca wrote down my order wrong therefore I as a customer was at a loss. Tried to speak to owner Claudia to reach an agreement to resolve the issue and of course got nowhere. As she clearly stated "she wasn't going to take a loss," to correct the mistake. I was also a returning customer as I had previously done business with them. Now it makes sense why they only take cash. Went to their location in Bellflower and right away noticed a few red flags. 1st no one greeted or acknowledged us at all so we looked around the small room while the two people there just ignored us. second, when we asked about information on sliding doors and black framed windows all we got was a brochure. that's it. my dad does construction work and recommended us here so we decided not to judge right away. Third flag however was when we ordered the sliding door and went to pick up we noticed paint was already chipping off ( we wanted black framed). we ordered new construction frame and they gave us retro fit. now we were doorless for 2 weeks and our back door was wide open since we now had to wait for the new door. finally 2 weeks later we picked up the new door and the paint was much better and the fit was correct, but now the door slid open to the left instead of to the right so another mistake there. Then after we installed the door we noticed there was no lock in place and only a pair of keys were taped to the door. when we let them know there was no lock on the door they said we probably lost it and tried to sell us one instead. I bought a 48x48 window from here a couple years ago as we were doing a addition to our home and it was the worst buy I could've done at that time. The window vinyl warped probably about 3 months later. I give it that it was a fairly cheap window (about 80 bucks) but still, even a cheap window should've held longer. Save your money and just go to Home Depot down the street where the windows have a lifetime warranty and actually stay put. I also remember feeling awkward and in an unprofessional environment at the time of purchase. Now like I said it was years ago, so there could be a new system or management but since I pass by this place everyday on my way to work I always remember my terrible experience with them so I finally left a review about It. I found this place through my dad. We wanted to get all our windows replaced and we found 3 at Home Depot. For the other 2 windows we were unable to find the exact size we needed. We went to this place and they said they would be able to make the window the size we need and they made them look exactly like the other ones we bought. Roger's Window will waste your time, try your patience, and give you a headache!!! We called them out to have a window replaced and when it was ready & delivred the window did not fit the frame! The measurements they too were wrong so back the window went. The next day I called to see how soon we would get the window delivered & the woman who answered couldn't tell me, but assured me that Roger would call me back. He never called! Completely unprofessional. We bought our windows from the Compton Ave. location and was told our product would be ready on Sunday for pick up by the salesman (later to be told that was misinformation given). We call Monday and ask if our windows are ready and they inform us they broke one in transit from bellflower to Compton Ave. and it would be a couple of days to repair it. We were upset because we weren't informed when it happened and we only found out because we called them, so the windows being replaced had been removed. We call Thursday at 9am and ask if they are ready and he says yes he's on the way they'll be here in 10min. We say okay we'll be on our way. We arrive an hour later (we aren't local to the area) and ask for our windows and he said he's still on his way. I asked where is he coming from and he says the bellflower location. He calls the driver and he says he's on the way. We wait another ten minutes and we ask him to call again and he says give it ten more minutes. He calls again after and he again states he's on the way so I asked where exactly because we shouldn't be waiting this long if they aren't that far from the other location and he informs me the driver does not know where he is but he is close. I find this ridiculous and ask him why did he tell us the windows are ten minutes away? Why did he lie to us? We could've been there at a later time with no problem. He says sorry and quickly walks away. I ask him for the managers number because he wasn't helping us in any way and I ask Roger where are the windows and he states another half hour. I admit I was upset and asked for explanations and roger states they broke our window this morning and were fixing it but he'll be on the way now. They broke our windows twice and neither time informed us. I asked for any kind of compensation, to take care of his customers and he says we can do nothing. His exact words and nothing more. He again said it was broken and I asked again? And he said we are fixing it. If they were able to fix it in a matter of hours why was the first broken one not fixed in the same time manner? He had no explanations for me and told me to wait a half hour. So I inform him that I will call if they are not here in the half hour because it was coming close to two hours waiting for our windows. The time passes and my dad asked the man working to call for us and he looks at my dad and walks away to work. I just don't understand this service. I again call roger and he tells me to call back in a minute to call the driver. I was infuriated so he took my number and said he'd call me back. He never called back, the driver came ten minutes later and nothing was said after. No apologies or anything. I'm leaving this review on both locations because it reflects the company as a whole from the salesman at one location to the boss for both. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and we will not be back nor recommend it to any others. read more

This place cuts out the middle-man! If you are a diy-er or have an installer, Roger's will save you a lot of $$ on windows. Their turn-around is about a week. For those who have to call Roger's to come out and measure your windows, you have no business posting a review; learn how to measure, call them and give them your measurements and they'll give you a price within 5 minutes, I promise. Roger's focuses on making what you want/need. If you don't know what you have and/or what you want, go to lowe's or home depot, pay the big bucks and I'm SURE they'll come out and measure for you. Roger's makes all kinds of windows, sliding doors and screens. Their prices beat all competitors for what I needed by at least 25%. read more
