Unfortunately my brand new Samsung phone that was out of the box for less than 12 hours was surprisingly already out of warranty since April 30 of this year. I can't even dispute this issue with this store since it's a Samsung issue, and this particular Samsung store refused to do anything related to repairs and warranties. This shop was going to charge it $130+tax for a battery swap, but I was able to find a repair shop in Markham that can do this for half the cost.

After having my Google Pixel's battery swapped out with a new one, my phone ran fine. Three weeks later, I woke up one morning to find that my phone would not power on. It was dead. I took it back to the store. I thought that perhaps the new battery may have fried my phone. The person tried basic diagnostics. My phone was dead. He felt that the battery wouldn't have caused this issue. He asked that I leave it there for more tests. Sure enough, a couple of hours later, he declared my phone dead. He couldn't revive it and determined that the motherboard probably needed to be swapped out, which is expensive. He recommended that I contact Google support for next steps. The person that was helping me out refunded me for the complete cost of my phone's new battery. It was a nice gesture. He also wrote an e-mail for me to send to Google support, which indicated that my phone was in pristine condition and that the fault appears to be with the motherboard. Even though my phone went to cell phone heaven, it's nice that this store does everything it can to fix issues and will suggest next steps when it has done everything it can to fix them. (373)

Do not go to this place , they don't know what they are doing !!…read more This place clams to be Apple authorized dealer , I was recommended by an acquaintance to have my IPhone 7plus battery replaced, I was told that this place is not busy , no appointments needed and quite efficient, I was rushing to have it done before end of the year for the price of $35. So I left my phone there for 30min and went back and a different guy told me that they have difficulty opening my phone because my screen is not original, but no problem, please come back in another 15min, when I went back and finished paying , he goes it's all done but by the way , be careful there is a gap between your screen and your phone, so I slide my phone off my case and realized the screen is scratched up and it's damaged, it won't stick to the phone anymore, and he refused to admit that they broke it and tell me it's a cheap screen, that's why it broke . I was in a hurry for work and I left saving my breath arguing with him . Later my friends told me they have never heard of Apple authorized dealer !! My bad to save time .
