I am having a terrible service experience with this dealership (yes, currently) and I do not recommend it. In July my car was stolen and then found but with quite a bit of damage but not totaled. My insurance recommended me take it to a dealership as they tend to get parts faster than a body shop would so I chose this one because it's the closest to me and that is turning out to be an an awful mistake. They currently are still "repairing my car" however, every single ETA I get is completely wrong. Initially told it could be a couple weeks depending on parts. After not hearing from them for nearly month, I called for about a week and a half straight, left multiple messages and no one would return my phone call. FINALLY, I got a response and I was told it needed to now go to the body shop...when asked about ETA for that, I was told could be a week, maybe two. I was also told they were still waiting on my insurance and that wasn't accurate. I have good insurance and State Farm sent the check to them (and then their revised one with additional work done) weeks ago and they had already been cashed by the dealership a month before. That was over 3 weeks ago and I am once again not getting my phone calls answered to at least update me. It has been close to 3 months and I still have no car back and absolutely no idea when I'm getting it back. At this point I feel like I might never get it back. I do not recommend this place for any service. I can't speak to purchasing a car here though but can't imagine it's worth it if it's anything like this. read more

Had to wait two weeks for an appointment to fix a non-sliding right rear seat. Went to take the car in and the service manager-Scott said "The appointment is for a Drop Off". No one ever said it needed to be a drop off vs a wait. Big error. However, Scott got it in to diagnose the failed lever/spring, etc part. They were able to diagnose that it needed a new seat frame. I could not leave it, so it was a waste of time- two weeks for appt plus my afternoon being rescheduled. Scott was very knowledgeable and straight forward on my options and next steps. He ordered the seat frame and explained I would receive a text when said part was in. Then, I would need to schedule Another appt. ( I hope the turn around is quicker than a couple of weeks again. ) On a positive note, Scott handled my frustration with the whole process very well. He did Not make excuses. He told me the facts. Service at auto dealers never get a good report but I was total surprised when I came here to service a engine light. The only issue that I encountered was the service person did not find my appointment but able to create it on the fly. They had a text based update service that lets you know the current status of each step of the car service. I got in and out in three hours. I will definitely come back here to get my car serviced. read more

Can somebody please parse this for me? WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING WALK-INS ONLY FOR MAINTENANCE. WALK-INS AND A LIMITED NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LARGER REPAIRS/RECALLS. See, I was reading it as a condition/restriction on walk-ins: "Yes, we can do walk-ins, but only for maintenance. For larger repairs, get an appointment". But maybe they are saying a restriction on appointments: "For maintenance, we are accepting walk-ins only. Yeah, there are some appointments, but only for special cases." What's fueling my steaming about this is that I used their online form to request an appointment. It asked along the way, 'Are you planning to get a ride and leave your car, or will you wait (in our extra-clean waiting room)? This will affect the availability of appointments'. I said I would want to wait there, and I got an appointment on that basis. Then when I got there -- well on time for the appointment -- the service rep going down the line of waiting cars told me they were backed up on Hyundais and I would need to leave the car. Yes, I could have left it and gotten an Uber home, but I was planning on several errands. So I cancelled and got help clearing the people behind me so I could back out! :-) So I guess appointments mean nothing at this place. (Dealership service department.) Other times I have had an appointment made by phone with the service manager the previous day -- and when I got there they put me in the waiting room, fine (this was pre-pandemic). After an hour a service rep came to get me and ONLY THEN went over the work I was requesting! I still had to wait more for them to actually get started! I talked with someone on the phone and they presented a certain price for the Hyundai Elantra and said they had them available. When I went in that weekend, I was told that the earliest availability for these cars would be in 2 weeks and they tried to add on an additional 20% over MSRP beyond what they had said the price was on the phone. read more

Last year I had my first free warranty service on my new Hyundai. I had an appointment and showed that I would stay. When I arrived they told me it would be a four hour wait (for just an oil change). I had to cancel another appointment to wait. Then it only took 45 minutes. (Though they believed one problem I have with the car isn't a problem). After giving them a bad review on their survey, I received a call discussing the case and encouraging me to change my answers, which I did not do. Today I went back for the second service. Told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. From a friend's experience, I gad no reason to believe that. So I just left. Their problem is that they overbook their service department and likely don't have an effective flow through process. The warrant service may be free but it costs me a lot of money in lost time and caregiver cost. I won't go there again. read more

I bought my Hyundai Tucson here in 2019 only to find out in Sept 2020 that there was a known issue with the ABS system. A recall was issued in Sept 2020. I called numerous times over the next year to try to get them to address the recall. They always told me the parts were backordered. When I went in for my 15,000 mile check up in June 2021 the recall had still not been addressed. I finally scheduled a visit with a the Ettleson Dealership and they fixed my car. Oh and by the way Ettleson washed my car. Rogers said they could never wash my car when it was there (service offered for free) because I have a hitch installed bike rack. If you care about your safety - take your car somewhere else. They have no interest in doing any warranty related work on your car or addressing recalls. read more

I came into the Hyundai dealership the week of 4/12/2021 looking to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Sonata. Approximately 3 years ago, my wife had purchased a Hyundai Sonata from this dealership and we had a great experience. However, this time that was not the case. We were working with the salesman Isaac. I do not think I have been treated so poorly, talked down to, or belittled in a long time. His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired and that is putting it mildly. While trying to get me to come in to make a deal, Isaac talked to me as though I was a complete moron. I want to give Rogers Auto Group my sales because the first time we had such a wonderful experience, but Isaac has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I now am questioning that. read more

I worked with Jose to get a new Hyundai Tucson. The whole experience was perfect. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. I didn't receive too many calls or texts, we got a good deal and the car we wanted. I would absolutely recommend Jose and Rogers Hyundai. The experience could not have been any better! I've tried a few times to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I'm over that. Went in multiple times for what I was told was a wiring issue. Had to pay money just to get that "diagnosis" and then "fixed" the issue which came back a couple days later. Decided I would only go back for something as simple as an oil change. Didn't even end up getting that done because their careless, service receptionist had a bad attitude and hung up on me three times. Came in knowing what car I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. They got me exactly what I wanted, my only disappointment was it took 4 hours to close the lease and it wasn't until I was ready to leave that they gave me the deal I wanted. Buying a car is a dance and I don't mind it... Especially when the people I'm dancing with are very friendly which everyone there is. There are few things worse to the pocketbook than seeing a "Check Engine" light come on. It's immediately an "Oh Sh!t.." it is, without a doubt, the most expensive little light in my life. I came in the other day with a check engine light on and knew I was going to be spending some money. The guy at the desk was polite, courteous and moved quickly. There wasn't any wasted time which I appreciate because I did have to get to work. The gold star of Hyundai dealers. The price of the car was within $400 of the price quoted in e-mail when we arrived. The price changed since we wanted a color other than white, blue, black or silver. We haggled back down to the e-mail price. Their price was fairly low to begin with, and more or less honest. We received the car we wanted, without any surprises, except $400 worth of extra plastic molding. The extra molding was their way of attempting to get $400 more, since the vehicle resided on another Rogers maintained lot. Though they helped us obtain the financing, their dealership could not finance us through Hyundai financing, even with a credit score of 750. I recommend setting up financing elsewhere first for any Hyundai purchase if you care about a low purchase price, though the financing did not effect the final price of the vehicle for this dealer. Another Hyundai dealer added $1,500 in frivolous options (car detailing, nitrogen for the tires...) once the financing went though (and perhaps why Rogers could not finance us). read more

I had the worst experience at this dealership. 1. First of all I had to wait 2-3 hours to get a quote for a new vehicle which was way above then the price online on their website. The back and forth between the sales rep and manager was annoying. 2. THE SALES REP ASKED FOR OUR SOCIAL SECURITY SAYING THAT HE JUST NEEDED TO GIVE US A BETTER PRICE, WHICH NONE OTHER DEALER ASKED FOR. Just got my starter replaced on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and sure enough the charge went up from what I was told. I go to other auto repair places and they tell me one price and it ends up being $50-$60 less when all is said and done. I go here they tell me $540 for a new starter and it ends up being $630. I made a point to ask him if that included everything when quoted the $540 and he said yes. Now when I questioned the finished charges he said "well yeah taxes buddy". I have a Hyundai Kona Ultimate. I have taken it to Rogers Hyundai Center for repairs. I always been satisfied with the professionalism your employee demonstrate. About two months ago, I accidentally broke my mirror and the passenger side. I was sent a text message to verify that it was received. I have called several times to make an appointment in Service to have the mirror replaced. The phone has not been answered. Messages were never returned. I was accidentally disconnected on two occasions. Of course, the person I was speaking to did not call me again. I called the Service Department about a couple of minutes later. I received a recorded message. No one answered. I did received two text message indicating that the work could be done at a body shop (which one, I don't know). The body shop will pick up and and return my car. However, I don't want this. I prefer to take my car to get service. I also attempted to contact Parts to make them aware of my situation. They never answer their phone. On one occasion, someone hung up on me. Since the end of April and May, I have called several times to make an appointment to bring in my car for service. Customer service is becoming an anomaly. After dropping over $400 in the service department I asked for a shuttle home about 2 miles away. The dealership uses Uber for this service now. Service dept. arranged it and said I would get a text when the driver was out front. I did not get a text message but I saw an Uber out front. Not wanting to get in the wrong Uber I asked the receptionist was I in fact supposed to wait for a text message. She basically told me it wasn't her job to know. I asked her for help and she said they have hundreds of employees in the service dept and it's impossible for her to know who to contact. (Maybe call the service line?? You do not have hundreds of employees working in one service dept. I doubt there were 40 on shift). I then called the dealerships number, WHILE STANDING INSIDE OF THE DEALERSHIP. The lady who answered the phone basically blew me off as well and told me that the receptionist was with the customer and couldn't help. Unbeknownst to her she was lookingTurns out the Uber was waiting for me the entire time and the notification system never sent a message saying the ride was there. I won't be back. Now 4 days later I find out I have been charged TWICE for the tires I purchased. I have called the dealership 3 times this morning to speak with service department only to be passed off to other people's voicemail each time. Do not use this location. read more

I took my car in for excessive oil consumption concern on June 4, 2019. Last Sunday I discovered that the technician cross-threaded one of the wheel lug nuts on the driver-side rear wheel while doing the multi-point inspection. I brought the car back in today to address this issue and the Director of Service flatly denied that the dealership had performed the multi-point inspection listed on the repair order(650155). When I pressed him for why it's on the invoice if they didn't do it, he said it was something that automatically generated by the system. He told me they're going to repair it anyway as a goodwill gesture. About two hours later, another employee informed me that they wouldn't do it because they've never removed that wheel to do brake inspection in the first place. This person stated that they do only visual inspection for the multi-point inspection and they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. Actually a couple of exterior lamps are out on my car and it's hard to believe they passed on that kind of gravy job. Also anyone can check for a loose tie rod end by shaking the wheel, so why would a repair shop pass on that job too by performing only visual inspection? Two other dealers had noted that the driver-side tie-rod end was needed to be changed. Replacement of the drive belt was also recommended by them. Another impossible-to-pass easy-money job for a car dealer. When I got the invoice on that day, I found it odd that I didn't get a multi-point inspection report with it showing all kinds of checked items including how much brake pad materials have left, but I didn't think much of it because that was not the purpose of the visit. Now I have no doubt in my mind that they were trying to hide the evidence that the technician had damaged the wheel nut and stud while putting the wheel back on. read more

Do not bring your car here under any circumstance! Do not trust their service department to tell you what is wrong with your car! The service team was rude, condescending, and "out to lunch" any time I called for a status update about my car. My car was towed in for a simple battery replacement because the terminals had gotten corroded. $280 later, I was told that I also needed a new alternator, which would cost another $550. Instead of having Rogers make the repair, I drive my car the short distance to my mechanic (desperately hoping the car wouldn't die again on the way) only to find out that my alternator was fine. The service team at Rogers blew a few of my fuses when they changed my battery and $10 later my car was absolutely fine. If I had let Rogers replace my alternator I would have been needlessly out more than $500 to fix something that wasn't broken. You have been warned... read more

Initially brought my car in & was told a part had to be ordered (both axles had to be replaced) and was covered under warranty - YAY. Three weeks go by & I don't hear anything; I call the parts department who says the part has been in for a couple of weeks and its a good thing I called because it would have been returned...So I call to make an appointment within the week, drop off my car on scheduled appointment day at 9am. I call to check on the status because its now 4pm and I'm leaving work and have not heard anything on the status - I'm told that they were unable to get to my car and they apologized but I need to reschedule. I reschedule my appointment for 1 week later, again at 9am. Told that they will definitely get to my car but by 3pm I have not heard anything. I call to speak to my service tech and was told I would get a call back by him. I don't hear anything after calling back at 5p, leaving a message again. I show up at the dealership at 6pm and am told that Ken has left for the day.... Luckily who I spoke to once I am there, gets a hold of Ken & is told one of the parts received was not the right fit and they had to order the part. I ask for a loaner & instead is setup with a rental that I have to give my credit card for because the dealership only covers the car but not the gas or anything else needed... I call the next day and am told the car is not ready, the part never came in - Keep the rental another day. I call the next day and am told the car will finally be ready late afternoon. I show up to pickup my car and have to ask for a carwash in which they boast in Roger's commercials that it is part of the service and I do not receive an apology on the delays nor the fact that I had to follow-up on the service. Three weeks later I call because I hear a noise that doesn't sound right and schedule an appointment for the first available which is a week later.... I call to confirm the appointment, possibly to see if I can push up the time but is on hold for 7 minutes waiting to speak to someone.... I will update my review following my appointment... So far VERY DISAPPOINTING from the Service, Parts and Customer Service departments.. read more

I schedule my appointments (never just drive up), leave my car for the ENTIRE day (8 hours), and I STILL wait over an hour when I arrive. It's just utterly ridiculous. They never have parts my 2015 Hyundai Sonata needs...by parts, I mean they don't even have tires! After 5pm, there is always only ONE service advisor working and he or she ignores you for an hour running around the garage. Don't even look the service directors way. They even lost my keys once...the only reason I came back is because they replaced it and I was offered a credit for the inconvience. Never saw the lost key again. Coming back was obviously a horrible mistake, as I'm sitting in the service department at 6:23pm typing this and my car still isn't ready after I dropped it off at 8:20am this morning. read more

I now know why they were able to offer such a great price as we e-mailed back and forth, it's because they didn't actually have any of the cars that I had been given a price quote on to sell!! You can offer any price on a vehicle to get someone into your store if the vehicle doesn't actually exist! One of the more frustrating aspects of this was that I had specifically called 25 minutes before heading to the dealership and was told they had 8 or 9 in stock at that very moment! Anyways, this place is why dealerships and salesmen get such a bad reputation. They were more than willing to engage in fraudulent bait-and-switch tactics to try to make a sale. Hyundai sent to me a recall notification. I scheduled appointment online for today with a note that service department call me. Nobody call me. I showed on time for recall appointment to find out that they don't have part necessary for repair. Again, nobody call ahead to notify me. No communication. Lastly, official Hyundai letter says repair should be less than hour, Rogers service department says 2-2.5 hours. Should be coordinated better. read more

One of the worst dealership experiences I ever had. The dealership manager spoke down to me in an effort to make me feel stupid and small. My original salesman left me feeling like I needed to bathe after speaking with him. Their old school sales tactics were disgusting. I'm ashamed that I was too lazy to go anywhere else. This dealership goes above and beyond (like staying 2 hours after close on a Saturday) to make sure you get the car you want. Big Props - Peter was amazing. He didn't hard sell us and listed to make sure we had the options we wanted. He even thought of ways to get the car to fit in our budget beyond what we expected. He was not coy about telling us the prices of the cars and knew the difference and options packages for each. - After choosing the car we got setup with financing which was so much easier and no one complained that we wanted to see several options there too. - Finally, when we met with Allan to close the sale he was super nice and again did not try and hard sell us on options like an extended warranty, etc. Overall I felt valued and I got a car I really like with the options I wanted. The process felt more like the no-haggle Saturn dealerships of old than the high pressure "if I tell you the price will you buy it today, sorry the internet price does not have the $1,000 delivery charge, I don't know the difference between the SE and the SV" business we got at other places. Bottom line - go here, get taken care of, get an amazing Hyundai and move on with your life! read more

Last time I went they failed to write down something I asked them to look at. Also, I had a package of oil changes that my husband had purchased and they couldn't find record of it on our account, gave me a hard time. I phoned twice and spoke with Jacquie who was very nice, told me that the information that I had received was indeed true and she made an appointment for me to speak with a salesperson. My appointment was with Sean B. and he made my experience the best I've had when purchasing a vehicle. He is very personable, and what impressed me the most was him asking me what type of car I was looking for and what I wanted to spend each month on the note. In the past I've had salespeople tell me "this is the car you can get" whereas Sean B. said tell me what you want and I will make it happen. Needless to say I purchased a car that I really love and they accepted my '99 Acura as a trade. I really had a great experience.
