I can't say enough good things about my experience with Michael Romero! He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I got the right vehicle--not just making a sale. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He made such a great impression that I came back and bought a second car from him! That says everything you need to know. If you're looking for someone you can trust when buying a vehicle, I highly recommend Michael read more

Recently purchased a custom 2026 BMW i4 xDrive40. From saying hello, test drive of a stock model, to customer ordering the vehicle from Munich- Louis Gallo made the entire process extremely easy (and fast)! In and out in under 90 minutes, the vehicle only took two months from order, ocean crossing, to delivery. As soon as the vehicle arrived, Louis had the vehicle ready for pickup same day with a full charge, and had all the paperwork ready for signing- again, with the paperwork and a very detailed tech demo and setup, in and out in under two hours. Very happy with the customer service, communication, and professionalism of the experience! If you're in Chicago and looking for a BMW, I'd highly recommend asking for Louis Gallo! read more

Jason Goetz and Sinny Dowling made the experience great and easy. No garbage, no hustling, no sharp business practices, what they quoted is what was on the bill. Jason listened, did not oversell, found me the car I wanted, and made the process simple. In an industry full of complexities this was a good clean deal. Got my business for the next one. read more

Five stars for Alan and Sinny at Perillo BMW! They were amazing to deal with, super helpful, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I walked away with a great price on my new car and a fair trade-in value for my old one. Highly recommend working with this team! read more

I've been bringing my BMWs (this is my fourth or fifth) to Perillo BMW Downtown for almost a decade. Normally, service is straightforward. This time, not so much. Brought my car in early Monday morning for a full checkup before my warranty expires in December. Angelo, my service advisor, was personable and told me everything was under warranty, including the multipoint inspection, sensor check, wipers, etc. Dropped the car off, signed the standard forms, and was told it would be ready around noon. All good so far. But when I came to pick it up, suddenly I owed $255 for services I never authorized or was told would cost extra. Nobody called, texted, or emailed about out-of-pocket expenses. Turns out, my maintenance warranty expired earlier than the full warranty, info Angelo missed. After waiting for him to return from lunch, he admitted the mistake and offered to knock $100 off. I was still expected to pay the rest and "pay when I can," which wasn't what I signed up for. At the front desk, confusion continued--bill was back to $200+, and the manager, Cesar, got involved. Instead of fixing the error outright, he actually suggested putting my old parts back on if I didn't want to pay. Last I checked, it's illegal in Illinois to perform service over $100 without explicit customer consent. After some back-and-forth, they finally waived the charge and let me go. But the entire situation felt avoidable and honestly, a little hostile especially for a repeat customer. Bottom line: * Service techs are nice but not always thorough on what's covered. * Watch your paperwork and ask for calls before any paid service, even if they say you're under warranty. * Don't expect anyone to call you about surprise charges. * Management handled it, but not without an attitude. I'll keep coming here because location matters and the techs are generally good, but just know you have to advocate for yourself. Double-check your warranty and get everything in writing because mistakes will get passed on to you if you're not careful. read more

I was referred to Alan at Perillo by one of my friends - I could not be happier. I was unsure if I wanted a new or used vehicle, so Alan made sure I test drove multiple vehicles and could truly think through my options before making a decision. Alan made the car buying process smooth, answered all of my questions, was communicative the entire time, did not rush me at all, and was overall awesome in helping me customize my new X7. When my car arrived, I went to pick it up and Alan took the time to sit with me and show me all the features and customize the settings. Perillo also made the purchasing process so easy and quick with full explanations of the "extras" but no pressure. Everyone at Perillo was professional and helpful, but I recommend asking for Alan! read more

Great experience buying a car from out of state. I was impressed with the communication and responsiveness of the salesman (Martin) and finance manager. THey really worked to make a no-nonsense seamless transaction...the way it should be. I also impressed by the dealership. Salesman in jackets and people were very professional. read more

Hi! I recently purchased an Alpine White BMW 3 series X-Drive from Perillo BMW. It was sold to me by the Batman and Robin duo of Jason Goetz and Sinny. My experience throughout the buying process was excellent. It was never uncomfortable during negotiations and Jason/Sinny were super easy, fun, relaxed to work with. Additionally, I recently called Jason from the road on a Saturday morning and he picked up in one ring. That underscores the great service and attention I have received. You can probably buy your next BMW from anywhere and from anyone BUT if you want a smooth and enjoyable sales process, head to Perillo (on Clark) and work with Jason/Sinny. Life is hard enough, dropping a lot of cash on a car should be an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Jason and Sinny. read more

Just received my custom 2027 BMW X6 XDR 40I that I purchased from Freddy Pabon at Perillo. Honestly, he could not have made the process any easier. I told him I do not always feel comfortable in the city and I wanted to be in and out. We negotiated a trade in value over the phone and I told him I was interested in a X6 but I was not certain on the exact features. When I arrived, he showed me the X6s he had in stock. None of them were an exact fit so we began to design a custom X6. I did not know the color I wanted so he pulled cars with different color options onto the roof so I could see them in the sunlight. I decided on a matte Frozen Black X6 with all the bells and whistles. The X6 took a few months to receive but boy it was worth it. The Frozen Black is super sharp. The lines really stand out. It is a head turner. My wife could not be happier. So I did not have to go into the city, Freddy delivered the X6 to my home in the burbs and explained to my wife all the options and how to use them. From start to finish the process was seamless and stress free. They honoured the trade in value, stuck to the terms we agreed on, gave me a very good price and delivered an unbelievable machine. I would definitely recommend asking for Freddy to assist you in purchasing a BMW. read more

Walked in with the intent of buying a new 5 series on the spot. We were ignored from the minute we walked in for about 30 minutes. After asking for a salesperson, we got shuffled through the deck of "Tom, Dick, or Harry" will be right with you. After another half hour of waiting we decided that this isn't the treatment we wanted, took an Uber straight west and bought an Audi read more

Long time customer here. Bought my first car at Perillo 12 years ago and I went In this past weekend to finally upgrade. Service communication is terrible. Courtesy on drop offs is terrible. I literally stood waiting for 15 minutes by my car with 5 people at their service desks doing nothing, one literally staring into space, before the one person working acknowledged me. They didn't call or text with updates, didn't even start the oil change until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be completed. Phone call appointment was recorded incorrectly. Service rep didn't receive or respond to texts at the number they texted me at. If this service wasn't included in my service package, I would never come back! read more

Absolutely amazing experience. Mike Fezatte, my salesman, was fabulous answering all my questions & guiding me. Bait & Switch!!! I recently visited BMW of Perillo in Chicago to view a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not greeted by anyone, despite the showroom not appearing busy. Eventually, I located the sales representative I had been corresponding with, Louis, who showed me the vehicle and accompanied me on a test drive. During the test drive, I noticed that one of the tires had a significantly low pressure reading of 27 PSI, while the others were within normal limits. It was concerning that such a basic safety check had not been completed prior to allowing a test drive. Following the test drive, Louis and I discussed my concerns and negotiated a lower price to account for the missing jack and the potential tire issue. He confirmed with his manager that the adjusted price could be honored and assured me that I could return on Monday to finalize the purchase. When I returned to the dealership as planned, Louis was unavailable. Again I had to look for someone to offer assistance. Another salesperson helped but stated that there were no notes documenting the negotiated price. After I explained the situation, the sales manager came to speak with me. Unfortunately, his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. He blatantly refused to honor the price that had been agreed upon and confirmed just two days earlier. Shortly after leaving, Louis texted to apologize for his absence and mentioned that he would discuss the matter with the general manager upon their return. However, by that point, the experience had already left a deeply negative impression. Overall, I found BMW of Perillo to be unreliable and lacking in professionalism and integrity. They did not honor their word, failed to communicate internally, and showed little regard for my time or business. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to exercise care and confirm all details in writing before dealing with this dealership. You may be better served by another dealership that prioritizes integrity and customer respect. read more

My X3 had a recall so I made an appointment at Perillo. The last time I was there they talked me into buying a "package" of three oil changes, that would be less expensive than paying for them individually. I asked if I could get the oil changed while they address the recall issue, and the gal told me the "package deal" had expired. I asked if she would ask the manager for an exception and she wouldn't do that. **** OFF Perillo! read more

Those guys have helped me BIG time . I was stranded out of my state and they took my XM in. It was due for Sudden maintenance and they were already BOOKED out of the day but due to the EMERGENCY that I had, they took it in and finished it before the end of the day. Also I think they were out of loaners and the MANAGER of the service department gave me his own Business car. I could have NOT asked for anything better. Thanks you Perillo BMW . Definitely will keep you in mind for my NEXT BMW ADVENTURE! read more

Don't bother. Oil change scheduled for a time slot two weeks prior took over 24 hours. We asked multiple times why a 45-min service needed an overnight hold and received no reasoning. I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. He showed me the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. I was very impressed and wanted to discuss the financial aspects of the vehicle. Michael was very knowledgeable & honest. The numbers worked out and he provided me with a full break down of the car fax and the performance of the car. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. Please, visit this location and ask for Michael R he's enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Thanks again. read more

Their no hold, no deposit, was questionable. The not informing me of their no third party checks until after a week of phone calls, text, done deal with bank check in hand, and a company check from my own, verifiable funds business for 15k until I was half way there from almost 2 hours away, was garbage. Could've mentioned it was cash or "personal" check (lol) only at some point in the previous week while sending a bill of sale, talking to bank that did the financing, etc. Will never go back read more

I'm going to give Perillo BMW an equivocal review. They are a well established dealership with a well deserved superior reputation. Here's where it gets interesting. Our salesman Ken Reffsin made the whole thing pleasant and even fun. We need a second car and are going back to see Ken very soon! The finance manager was great; explaining everything in detail and making it all very manageable and anxiety reducing. So what's the problem? Well it was the vehicle orientation. This was where the experience turned surreal. The staff member doing the orientation helped us log into the BMW app and showed us how to open the tailgate. Then we are out the door and headed home knowing almost nothing about how to operate the vehicle. Here's the gas; there's the brake; good luck! What happened to a comprehensive overview of the vehicle and its operation so you basically know how to drive it? I can't believe management and the sales people don't demand better from their staff and hold them accountable. I hope they make some changes! How about an orientation checklist signed by the customer and staff person verifying that they have been acquainted with the vehicle? read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Once you leave the dealership the customer service is NONEXISTENT !!! I provided an insurance card prior to picking up a car I bought for my son. He's in Chicago, I'm in NY. They were supposed to register the car in NY. 56 days later they ask for another copy of the insurance card (which I provided). 2 weeks before our 90 temporary plates were to expire, we emailed inquiring where our plates were. I left numerous messages for the General Manager, multiple assistant managers and my sales rep, and no one would call me back. I finally got a message from the title dept saying that the insurance card needed both our names on it (which I provided within 30 minutes). Apparently they never followed up with their registration facilitator to find out what was the hold up for 85 days. After emailing multiple people (because no one would call me back), I finally got a response from the assistant manager Sean who tried to blame me for their mistake and failure to get my plates on time. This caused my temporary plates to expire and required me to have to pay to park the car in a garage and not use it for 10 days since it is illegal to drive it with expired plates and can be ticketed or towed. I asked Sean for a loaner and he said no. I called the Illinois Secretary of State to report them for failing to provide plates within 90 days and they had to contact the dealer to get a response. I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM! read more

It's not a very nice place. The BMW merch area is pretty sad with a poor selection. I wouldn't even buy something as a gift there.

I've had 9 bmws in a row, and the service here keeps getting worse. This is likely my last one. They're more expensive than ANYONE, and the ATTITUDES. They refuse to service older BMWs. That is a horrible look for BMW. Looks like my next car will not be a BMW.

Great experience and first BMW. M550i. I reached out back in December through email and was teamed up with Alan, whose not only AWESOME at knowing his cars but will make sure you get what you want, and I did. First time ordering a car as well and it was a smooth process with BMW and got to be involved throughout the entire build. I brought my BMW in for factor recall service. I waited to bring it in until they had the parts available and confirmed on Wednesday that they had everything they needed and it would be out in a day. One day before dropping it off, service called an confirmed that the parts were set aside for the repair. 45 minutes before closing I get a call that they need to order a part for the recall and the car would not be available for 3-4 days. I asked to speak to the person who told me the part was there and set aside for my service but they had no idea who it was. The mechanic had also left for the day and my car is in pieces. I saw the warnings about Perillo but decided to go to them since BMW would only do the recall work at a dealership. ---------------------------- They called me today, so I called them back. They said that all the work was done and I should pick up the car. (I had my doubts) I went to the front desk and they said all the work was done. Sign the paperwork. I told them I'd sign after I saw the work. They brought the car down asked for the paperwork and I told Angelo to show me the new parts. He looked it up and said, it wasn't completed, they still don't have the part. If I hadn't asked to see the part they would have scammed me. This isn't just unethical, it's illegal read more
