He was great. Kept me informed with text updates as the progress on the car. Return my calls whenever I called to ask a question He made sure the work was done completely and correctly. The finished product that they did was top notch they used only new parts, never tried to skimp on anything and I totally appreciate that . The body shop looks more like a doctor's office. The whole driver side of my car including the side mirror was damaged by a hit-and-run driver. However the experience at Euro collision was great they got my car in on a Saturday for an estimate it was done a couple days ahead of time partially to accommodate the fact that I worked on Friday and was not gonna be able to pick it up that day. The woman on the phone was able to answer all my questions. The gentleman who gave the estimate and then took me to get car when I was done was extremely courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend it despite the fact I was not happy about my car needing to be fixed the experience overall was Great read more

Edit: with some small further issues with the original repairs, they were prompt, helpful, and did not try charge me additional amounts. I've re-rated to 3 stars. They are friendly and helpful. However, my car was returned to me after repair and within 25 minutes of driving, the transmission hose disconnected and my car was fully disabled. Although admittedly the transmission itself was not part of my initial repair, it is very unlikely that it was entirely unrelated to the repair, or it was possibly something post-collision that wasn't caught during their inspection. After getting my car back the *second* time, the front right wheel assembly now makes an incredibly loud metallic screech with any movement when the brakes are engaged. I have decided to take the vehicle to a mechanic myself now, as I do not believe Euro Collision Andersonville is properly thorough with their testing and post-repair inspections. Where the hose disconnection may have been a one in a million fluke, and I appreciate that Euro Collision repaired the disabled vehicle with no cost to me, returning the vehicle with extremely audible creaks just from getting in and out of the car which were not there before is unacceptable. Whether caused by the tow back to their shop, something funky with lifting and putting back down the car, the initial collision, or something else entirely, I expect the shop to be attentive to any issues arising while it is within their liability, and they have repeatedly not done so. read more

1. Car was vandalized with a rock on 10/19. 2. Delivered to Euro Collision as per Geico's request. 3. Estimated delivery was today, but apparently the text messages are wrong. 4. It's costing $1000+ for the window and some paint, they were upfront about the quote. 5. Upon three calls today, I did get a call back from the technician, to be told a part came damaged and now I may not get it till Monday. I won't be able to collect it Monday. I was then told there are other cars and customers. I don't understand why there are time estimates. I was told I was kept informed, but not until I called thrice the day that it was confirmed to be repaired. 6. I am defeated and desperate to have my car back (and hopefully with integrity and not damaged because I dared to question the broken system) read more

Great job repairing our car. They have friendly and communicative staff and clean lounge with water and coffee in the waiting area. Only con is they went above the initial estimate and only told us days *after* they took the car in for service. That said I would use again if needed but hopefully won't be back anytime soon. read more

*****Very poor quality work, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE for body repair***** Upon initially going to the shop the staff John was extremely friendly and helpful, and the front desk person was as well. I took my car in for front bumper guard damage, front driver frame and door damage from a hit and run incident. Upon retrieving my car after repairs were complete I expressed concern about door paint job, noticed pink crayon marks on top of car, dust/debris in driver window, and there was masking tape that would not come off of passenger window that I was instructed to keep on. Within hours of leaving the shop the bumper guard dislodged and fell off vehicle in the middle of the highway. The manager Hysain was who I was in contact with when bumper guard fell off on the highway almost causing an accident with a semi trailer was very unhelpful and ungenuine. I expressed concern for the flimsy material used for bumper guard and Hysain reported that is all Geico will pay for. Upon leaving my car for a second repair, the shop told insurance that they inspected and there was front end damage and they are not liable for repair as it is a new incident that caused the bumper guard to dislodge so easily within hours of leaving the shop. I now have no front bumper guard as they wanted extra money to fix. Update on arrival for pick up. No estimate of reported damage and repair cost. Or paperwork stating why the work done was not guaranteed and repaired. Debris was still on the dash and personal item in trunk was broken. read more

Recommend by my insurance company for repairs after my catalytic converter was stolen. After the work was complete, I noticed the car started much louder than it previously had and exhaust fumes filtered into the cabin. So back to Euro Collision I went. As it turns out, Euro had not properly welded the converters (Prius' have two), so the work had to be redone. The re-repairs were covered under the original insurance claim with no charge to me. I'm deducting one star because the work wasn't done correctly the first time, but Hysein and the rest of the staff did a great job of resolving the issue. read more

I went in today to get my car fixed because someone had knocked off the covering to my driver's side mirror. I tried to reattach it, but there were a couple of plastic parts inside the covering that were broken, so I assumed it couldn't be done. When I brought it in, the person I talked to managed to reattach it (how, I'm not sure) and didn't charge me a cent. I was in and out in half an hour and they treated me really respectfully. Would definitely go again if I needed a place in the area to help repair damage to my car. read more

I was referred to EuroCollison Andersonville by USAA. As a USAA banking member, I am well acquainted with their amazing level of customer service. I expect the same from any referral from USAA. Euro Collision - namely their service representative Edgar - has fallen way short. (I'd give zero stars but I haven't even had my car fixed yet.) No follow through on when he said he would call to confirm next steps / when my car repair could start (not once but twice). He also lied about calling me. (Not one single call from anyone there since I took my car in for appraisal on 9/11. iPhone call and voice mail logs don't lie.) I'll give them one last chance to win my business when I channel my "inner Karen" and see what their manager / owner has to say - though I'm pretty confident I will have to pursue that conversation myself. read more

Had what looked like a really bad scrape along the side of my vehicle. Went to this place because it was close to home and had good reviews. The place was clean and everyone was professional and friendly. Nic took a look at the scrape, said he could just buff it out right then and there in a few mins. if I had the time and could be on my way for no charge. Needless to say the car looked great and what I thought would take hours or a day only took a few mins. Thanks to everyone at Euro Collision for a job well done. They damaged my interior and wouldn't own up to it or offer a compromise - a scratch across three panels of my dashboard. They also left belt buckle scratches on both rear doors from where they worked on my antenna on the roof. Clearly from someone leaning against it. I went into the shop to talk to them. They buffed the doors. But, when I showed the interior damage, the manager just said I couldn't prove they did it. They said they'd get back to me for a compromise. Didn't. I emailed them, and they ignored it too. While I was there, I watched one of their technicians drive my car over a curb, which has low profile tires and newly painted wheels. He didn't seem to know any better or care. I also have Dashcam footage of another technician repeatedly slamming my dash and headliner while it was in the shop. So, I'm not surprised that I got my car back in that shape. The first guy I dealt with, Giovanni, was cool. But, the management and the technicians were fairly unprofessional. read more

In a recent hail storm both of our Subarus were seriously damaged. Geico sent us to Euro for repair. The guys there are really great, especially Nick! They are all very nice and we were kept informed about our cars the whole repair time via text and phone. It took about eight days for each car and they both turned out beautiful! My car is just over a year old and it broke my heart to see what the storm did to it. Euro made it like it never happened. In fact, after they detailed the cars as part of the repair process, they were better than before! I wouldn't hesitate to take my cars back there or to recommend this shop to friends and family. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I felt well taken care of. The lady at the front desk (can't remember her name) was friendly, and John, the gentleman who took pictures of my vehicle and coordinated the entire process was also friendly and exceedingly professional. When I went to pick up my car, it looked good as new. I ended up driving back and asking John for some license plate screws. He happily grabbed some for me, even when I sent him back to grab me a few more. While not having a car and managing a big home move, I purely went on proximity selecting Euro Collision as I really didn't have time, or a car, to research. Left rear tire was unbalanced and had 4 inch gash bounced violently. Seam underneath was left open so water could intrude. Left 2 voicemails and 2 live messages. I had my car repaired here and unfortunately, I had one of the worst experiences with a business. I had to come back five different times before they finally got the job completed. Even then, my GPS ended up being damaged throughout the repair but I was tired of going back and forth to the shop at that point. At the end of the day, I spent five back and forth trips, two rental cars and a broken GPS to finally get my car back in the shape that it now is in. Now my GPS is broken and unless I want to pay $600 to get it fixed, I'm stuck with it. Every time I would come back to pick up my car, there seemed to be another "fix" that was needed or delay in the job. From parts they forgot to order, screws being loose or buttons not working properly, the entire process was a complete disaster. And then to top it off, I drive my car out of the shop to find out a few minutes later that my GPS stopped working. My contact at the shop was very friendly, however, there was never any sense or urgency or genuine care for what I was going through and fixing the problem. Given this experience, I would never go back to them nor recommend their services to anybody. read more

Very personable and conscious of my vehicle needs. No rental was needed, but was offered. Once part was ordered and received, I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and picked it up on Thursday.
