Just getting around to posting this review. This was a horrible experience and I know I was RIPPED OFF. I took my SUV here to diagnose and fix a sound coming from the engine. I was told exactly what the issue was and the cost, which was $1100. I said, "okay fix it." Two days later after the repairs were completed, I paid and started the vehicle, only to hear the exact same noise that I was told would be fixed. While the lady at the front desk was nice, I was shown that the repair was completed, with no explanation about why the sound continued. So the issues I have with this place are 1. Diagnose the issue correctly, 2. Don't give the vehicle back to the customer without any communication that the issue wasn't fixed, 3. Taking me to the garage to show the repair was completed without acknowledging the sound we all hear wasn't fixed is ridiculous. Stop ripping people off. read more

I would not recommend VMB to anyone. I recently went to get my car looked at because of the check engine light and pass emissions. I was told it would be $1,400.00 dollars to fix the problem and pass emissions. Paid for the service. Then failed emissions 4 times after my car was supposed to be fixed. Check engine light continues to come on after some type of reset they do. After the third time taking my vehicle back, they tell me it be $1,200.00 additional dollars to fix the problem. So basically l paid $1400.00 for nothing. read more

VBM told me I should not wait on putting in the seal and I agreed with them. They gave a quote that I thought was reasonable and they were able to perform the labor intensive project by the next day. read more

I took my car here for service several times and recently had them replace the engine of my Scion XB, as well as the suspension. They were extremely helpful and did all the work associated with it very fast. In addition to the repairs, they also washed and detailed the car and replaced some screws and caps for the engine bay parts. Brought in my 2015 ford fiesta to fix an annoying clicking sound coming from the dash. Explained the issue. Got a quote for $425 to replace a part and agreed to pay. Came to pick up the car and was informed it was still making the noise, we needed to replace a different part. I would still have to pay for the part they replaced that wasn't broken! So now I'm out all that money for absolutely nothing. This should be criminal. Go somewhere else. Or get in writing exactly what they are going to fix "fix dashboard sound" vs fix XX part. Let me start by saying that I stopped into this business in August of 2017 to ask a quick question about some repairs that I knew I needed done. I had already been to get quotes from two other shops. I spent roughly 10 minutes going over my repairs with Rony and then left not realizing that it would be almost 7 months before I would have the time and money to do my repairs. I walked back in this shop because they had been one of the most affordably quoted and I wanted to get a firmer estimate before I decided where I wanted to take my business. Not only did Rony remember our conversation from 7 months earlier the estimate was extremely close to what he quoted in the previous conversation even after I had added more stuff to the entire work order. With that conversation and price quote I couldn't help but leave my car with them. If you step into this shop for more than two minutes you will notice that it is always clean and organized. Even when every bay is full and the guys are working you never see the piled up, unorganized tools or trash laying around. These are things that help me realize that this group knows what they are doing and they take pride in the work they do and their work space. I cannot say enough about how professional the service was from every member of the team and trust me I had questions for all of them. My work order: 2006 Dodge Magnum AWD Front struts Front springs Both front lower control arms Outer tie rods Both front drive axles Both motor mounts Transmission mount Rear springs Rear shocks Wheel alignment I know every day in the shop is different and I scheduled a time to have my car dropped off. 8:30am is when I arrived. They had a bay waiting for my car and I was warned that it could take 2 days to complete the repairs. The guys in the shop jumped into my job almost instantaneously by the time I was done filling out paperwork they had already removed almost everything that needed to be removed from my front end. I left feeling good about my decision to have the repairs done at VMB. I received a phone call at 4:00pm the same day saying my car was ready! I can not say enough about what a terrific experience I had at VMB! Rony and all of the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this shop! You will be very happy!!! I took my Range Rover in apparently my water pump and radiator had went out. To add insult to injury it was my birthday weekend and the parts had to be ordered. Had brought them a knuckle to press the wheel bearing out and the owner had told me it was going to take him a hour and half to do it. I'm a ase certified technician and I told him it should take you no longer than 30 min. Well he told me first that my C clip on my knuckle was really rusty and was not gonna be able to save it that it was going to be destroyed and I told him that's impossible the C clips are 90% of the time re-usable. He was being very abusive when attempting to remove it and when he put the tools down to attend a customer I was lucky enough to grab the tools and remove it myself without causing any damages to it. He then proceeded to tell me not to do it because it was a liability and I was compliant cause he was right. He pressed my wheel bearing out and during the installation of the wheel bearing he didn't clean the surface where the new bearing was going to sit nor did he use any grease to make it smooth he showed it in dry. Which at that moment I knew it was going to be a problem. After I told him he needed to remove the old race off my hub well he gave it to his uncertified technician and heated my hub cherry red and they beat my hub up and threw it into cold water leading my hub to be warped and discolored. It gets better the owner proceeded into install the hub on the bearing and when he noticed it was going in crooked he grabbed a hammer and banged it out knocking my new race out of its bearing. He then went back to pressing it and just did a terrible job. I was charged $80 for bad work. When I got home to install it back on my car it wouldn't go on because it was warped and everything fell apart. I attempted to call there store and there other locations and it seems like they haven't even paid there phone bill. Super upset and would like a refund I had to buy a new hub and bearing again and do it myself at my shop. If I ever go back I will only be searching for Danny he's there only best technician and was a great teacher for me when I was learning how to be a tech. read more

this has been the worst experience ever. i first took my car for a diagnostic on 2-11-22. after the diagnostic, they told me it would be $356+tax. i told them go ahead a fix it. then i get another quote, now its $1400.00. so, i told them hold off. then i ended up taking it back on 2-12-22 so they can fix, now i get another quote for $2500+. i tell them to hold off on fixing some of the parts needed. now my quote is $1700.00 they tell me it will be fixed on 2-15-22 in the morning. i never get a call, so i can around 12pm to check any updates, now they tell me the part arrived and they have to put gas in the car and it should be done soon. now it's 4pm no call. i call and speak to the same gentlemen who said it will be done before 4pm but puts me on hold and someone else answers. now she tells me the same thing the gentlemen told me at 12pm that they still have to go get gas. even though they told me this was done around 12pm.the communication here is not good at all. i was recommend by my boss to come here since the owner knows my boss very well and also has dropped off our work trucks personally.so i thought i was going to get the best customer service, unfortunately it wasn't. read more
