Cute shops. It is a tough set up. First year I went I had broken my hip and walking with difficulty and a cane and the guy in the floral shop was not willing to accommodate me at all. Omar noticed I was struggling to load my cart with bagged mulch (I am a petite woman with a bad back - had back surgery a few years ago) He quickly came over to me to let me know he could make it much easier to get what I needed. He told me to check out for the mulch, drive out to the back and he would load it into my vehicle. I was so relieved! I did just that and Omar and Martin were there to load the mulch into my car - super friendly and helpful! I tried giving them a cash tip but they refused it. So I want to "tip them" by praising them through this review - they really made me feel like a valued customer - and saved my back - and I am extremely grateful!

This was a level of service. I did not even know it was possible at Home Depot. I truly appreciate the time he took and how he treated me essentially like a VIP. For only $60 I left with two extra keys, the door knob I came in for, and a cute little keychain. In this economy, those are fantastic!
