Unfortunately, the other shop gave me very few answers. I paid $305 for the diagnosis, but the report I received from the other shop was extremely basic. They also didn't give me a list of the parts that needed to be replaced, a breakdown of the labor costs, or much of an explanation of how they came to the conclusion that I needed a $4,800 repair.
