Hired this contractor to install a new wood floor downstairs due to a…read moreleak from a pipe that ruined the prior floor. During the installation of the new floor another pipe busted causing water damage. The contractor only ripped up a portion of the new floor for replacement. Two new contractors have run moisture tests showing moisture underneath the floor that was not ripped up. Both contractors agree that moisture has moved throughout the downstairs causing the damage. The contractor for Luxury Wood and Stairs also stated the sealant used was not high traffic sealant causing further damage. The new floor appeared well done. Over the next two years multiple boards became uneven and separated from other boards. I contacted Frank, who I believe is the owner of the company, nothing short of 15 times. He always forwarded me to his floor manager Mo. Mo never returned my texts and calls to discuss what appeared to be faulty workmanship. Finally after roughly 30 months Mo and Frank evaluated the floor. They agreed to repair the floor but asked we give them a few weeks to get it on the schedule. Frank sent a long email outlining what they planned on doing. This is the last I have heard from Frank. Clearly we should not be having issues with a floor that is 2 to 3 years old. I strongly suggest you do not use this company.

Those need to be re placed with smaller rails. Never came back to finish unpainted door in master bathroom, and fuse box. Needs to come finish caucking around the tile and base trim. The second project was the design, build and installation of a "built in" bookcase and the third and largest project was a complete transformation of our primary bathroom. We now have new floor, custom tiled shower, new soaking tub, vanities, sinks, mirrors, light fixtures, toilet and paint. The owners were so patient with us and were very accommodating of some schedule limitations that we experienced during the 6-8 week project window.
