I gotta say this was the nicest looking distillery I went to in all of Dublin. Bartenders and staff here in general are super chill. It also seemed like a lot of locals hung out here and there even 2 groups here doing like a weekly hang of some sort. Tried the whiskey finished in a Guinness barrel and it was pretty good. The espresso martini though is solid and their best drink here! Hopefully if I come back to Dublin I get a chance to have more from their menu

This is a 10/10 experience! I did the cocktail making class which was about $25 USD and it was worth every penny!! The tour guide was amazing, funny and interesting. He took you around the distillery and told you interesting facts such as why did the term "save by the bell" become popular. It's important to pay attention too because he will ask a question later on in the tour and will give the person with the right answer a free drink. During the tour you taste whiskey, then you go to a class rom and create a cool drink. You also can pick based upon your flavor profile which drink you want to make- that was so fun. Afterwards they take you downstairs to their bar and give you another drink- I'm telling you it was with every penny! The ambiance of the restaurant is vibey with a very modern take on a very old industry. When in Dublin I will definitely be coming back!

We decided to check out Roe& Co Distillery after a long day of exploring. We arrived too late to do an actual tour. We opted for a tasting and drink at the bar. I tried the Pina Horchata.... I was delightful! I'm lactose intolerant so I happy to learn this drink was made with Oak Milk. This drink was made using Roe & Co 106 as well as some ingredients. Can you say sneaky good . The tasting included 3 of their whisky's. 106 proved to be the favorite and I had to purchase one for the road. If in Dublin you definitely have to stop by and check out Roe & Co.

One of the best experiences we had while in Dublin/Ireland! Our friend had just visited and told us to do the flavor experience here instead of the experience at Guinness StoreHouse. They give you a quick tour of the distillery as well as the history which was fascinating and then sit you down to make your own cocktail based on your preferred flavor profile. Our guide was great and all the cocktails we had were delicious! At the end of the tour, they bring you down to the bar/tasting room for another free refreshing cocktail as well as anything else you want to order! The gift shop is also very cute. We walked out with a lot of swag and some beautiful cocktail glasses.

We looooooved it here. As in walked back this way on our last day in Dublin to try it one more time. So so so good. Such different, refreshing and beautiful drinks. The whole atmosphere is 10/10. Comfortable, cute and classy. Loved it

Our favorite distillery tour!! We did so many on our trip to Dublin but we loved this one the most because it felt the most well rounded with Dublin history, an education on whiskey and just fun!! We met the best people on our tour and kept hanging once we left! It was so fun. Highly recommend this tour!!

We did the GUINNESS STOREHOUSE EXPERIENCE + ROE & CO DISTILLERY combined option for only €45 per person and I can't stress enough how perfect this was! The Guinness storehouse experience was self-guided, and interesting. We enjoyed the tasting experience followed by a free pint in their sky bar with great 360 degree views of Dublin. However, the Roe & Co whiskey tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip! The distillery is just around the corner and our tour guide was fun & engaging. Our group was small and the tour included the history, a tasting and cocktail making experience, finished with another free drink in their bar after the tour. Overall, such a fun experience!

Had not heard of this distillery. Came for the experience of blending. Love the facility. Love the guided tour. Fun short blending lesson. Excellent old fashioned. Absolutely fun and worth the trip. Enjoyed the afterwards bar time just hanging out and sampling the whiskey flights. Loved the staff and great hospitality and service. I've been to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and really enjoyed this experience.

What an incredible experience!! I love the interior - very modern while keeping a historical charm. I love all of their merch, too! Their whiskeys are very good, and I love that you get to make your own whiskey blend at the end! The tasting room is beautiful! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and fun! I highly recommend this tour!!!

Stopped in here after the Guinness tour as it is directly behind the factory. So glad we did. They were able to grab us a high top for cocktails on a Saturday afternoon. This whole place is a vibe; I am obsessed with the industrial look and the minty accents. All of our cocktails were delicious. A total must so if you are in the area.

//5 stars - great drinks and less crowded Dare I say that its better than the other whisky tour across the city? I think it's a step above it. Yes they may not have the fancy animation, or the room where you explore scents, but they make it up with their tasting room, souvenir store; and the bar. I recommend eating a couple of hours ahead of your tour to make sure you are ready. The cocktail mixing tour is honestly your money's worth. You get to mix your perfect drink ratio based on how much you want to pour in the graduated cylinder. They give you a glass with a lovely cube of ice which you mix and enjoy at the bar at the end. That was not all, you also get another drink of your choice from the menu. If you want less crowded tour with great drinks, I recommend Roe and Co. Recommended 100%

I'm not a whiskey drinker but this tour has changed me! Great time, short but detailed and very informative about the history of Irish whiskey. Luke was a fantastic ball of enthusiasm for his job and love for whiskey. I hope to buy some Row & Co when I get back home.

Was fun to make our own cocktail, learn about how the whiskey is made and have the signature drink at the bar.

We did two different experiences here. First was the tour and whiskey tasting and second was…read morecocktail mailing class. The tour part was not really too fun for us but the cocktail making class was a 10/10. Our mixologist specialist André was the best ever. He was very knowledgeable and dealt with our group of rowdy individuals with professionalism. We made a whiskey sour (the best I have ever had), an old fashioned, and a version of an Irish coffee which was also the best ever! If you do a later tour, be sure to visit the shop beforehand because it'll be closed afterwards so that was a bit of a disappointment. I highly recommend the cocktail making class for sure! Thanks for the fun time and good drinks!

This was such an informative and interesting 45-minute tour. Our tour guide, Matt, was funny,…read moreengaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He taught us so much about the history of whiskey, where it originated, and how it's made today. We chose the classic tasting, which included three different whiskeys to sample. One of the most interesting things we learned was how adding just a drop of water can completely change the chemistry and flavor profile of whiskey. The tastings were all very distinct: **Skellig** (my personal favorite) - sweet, rich, and warm with a woodsy aroma and smooth flavor. **Fercullen Falls** (my husband's favorite) - smoky and peppery with a slightly sweet scent, followed by a spicy, woodsy flavor and a light vanilla finish. **Ardara** (not my favorite) - heavily peated and smoky. To me, it smelled like burnt rubber and old tires, with a bitter flavor and strong burnt aftertaste that lingered. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a great way to learn more about Irish whiskey in a fun and approachable setting. Highly recommend for both whiskey lovers and beginners alike!
