Very informational and fun. Our tour guide Felipe helped us with a mistake I've made while booking and was fun energetic & knowledgeable. He took us through the entire distillery process and tasting which was very eye opening to the variety they provided. If you are doing an Irish whiskey tour in Dublin this place is a need to be stop with Felipe.

I love the "dark" history this whiskey tour provides! Highly recommend for my fellow crime junkies! Keith was our tour guide, and had a LOT to say about Dublin's history and whiskey. It was fantastic! This is must whiskey tour. Their whiskeys are great!

We decided on Teeling. The hubby was done drinking for the moment so my friend and I shared a tasting and got a drink each. While here, I went to the store and picked up the bottle above. It said limited edition so I could not resist. We only hit up the bar, but it was nice to check out another distillery. Their peated offerings are only slight peated, so if you're not a fan of overwhelming smoke in your mouth like me, this is very tolerable. A fun impromptu stop. REVIEW #4129

I highly recommend this tour. To be honest it wasn't on my list coming to Ireland and I had never…read moreheard of this whiskey until this trip. I had read about the tour online and decided to walk in. Luck for us a tour had just started. They have different prices depending on the tasting you'd like to do at the end. They also have non alcoholic beverages as well. Out of all the tours we had done I feel like this was the most intimate. The group was small and the guide really took the time to explain the processes and answer any questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and after the tour there's a tasting and if you'd like to continue the party you can make your way to the bar just before the gift shop.

Since we were going to be in Dublin, we had to visit jameson and do a tasting. I'm a single and legal girl, so we opted for the redbreast tasting. Plus the hubby adores redbreast 12. The tasting was fun. Tho I think I had tried all but one or two of the offerings. The PX I bought back home when it was on sale at Costco. Surprisingly, it was cheaper there then here. We had the last time slot that Mon, so there wasn't much time to do anything else afterwards. We walked thru the shop and left. So if you want to explore, I'd suggest going earlier since they closed shortly after our tasting was over. Our second visit was for purchasing and trying an irish coffee. The hubs went to buy the items while a friend and I grabbed some coffees. I'm not into sweetness in my coffee at all, so I asked them to make it without any syrup/sugar. It was nice. I got the sweatshirt as a momento. It is on the longer side (I'm 5'8"), so keep that in mind if you are shorter than me. We ended up buying a few bottles of the crested to bring home since we were told you can't get it back in the US. Fun experience. As a whisky fan, a must do. REVIEW #4114

My one complaint is that the tour groups are very large, which makes the experience feel a bit impersonal. You're essentially moving from room to room with the group, rather than having a more intimate tour. That said, I really enjoyed getting to taste some of the other whiskeys they produce that we don't typically see here in the U.S. Overall, it was a fun experience and definitely worth visiting if you're a whiskey fan.

We walked in with a group of 6 adults and 1 kid. Kids are not allowed in the tasting / bar area, so dad hung out with her while the rest of us went and had drinks. If memory serves, I asked the server to create a tasting for me. So I got the three pours listed above. Essentially, my tasting costs €24. I asked to try things I couldn't really get back home in the US and this was what was chosen. I enjoyed it. If you like cocktails, that tasting was kinda fun. Glad we had time to hit this spot up. It is the merchandise shop and resting area with chairs and sofas. The back section is the main tasting room and a very nice lounge-type bar with booths and high tops. Recommended (closes at 7pm), especially if already at the nearby Guinness Storehouse. The property is easy on the eye and was very clean. In hindsight, I'd visit here before Guinness. The tour seems to be reasonable and will do it on the next visit.

Tucked away behind the Tapped beer bar, The Dingle is a haven for anyone who might want a quiet, welcoming spot to chill out with a whiskey taster or cocktail (or two...or several) after the work day ends. The interior has a warm, comfortable feel to it, and the staff are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, so don't be shy asking them for recommendations. Thanks to a combination of covid and Google (wrongly) listing them as permanently closed, business has gone way down from where it used to be a couple years ago, but I can't emphasize enough that The Dingle is still very much alive, and I'd HIGHLY recommend dropping by during opening hours (which I think are just Thurs/Fri/Sat afternoons right now).
