We had Harte's do our pool plastering and couldn't be more disheartened. After saving up for the…read morejob, we chose this company upon recommendation of a Turlock friend Who knows the family. The whole process started off with a woman coming out to give an estimate. After that, the company was near impossible to reach, so many of our questions went unanswered. This is where we should have used common sense and shut down the process. Our bad. The rest was a nightmare. Our original tile was to be kept and used, so they decided to clean it with a sandblaster. On that day, the man who did the job made the moment that he should have used their less powerful sandblaster, but it was too late. The tile was heavily pitted and most of the grout gone. To rectify this it was decided they would "seal" the tile and re-grout. Most of that new skimmed-on grout chipped off within a few days as well. Another shotty coverup. As far as the pool plaster, we brought to their attention several cracks, a footprint, and areas near the tile which were missed completely. We were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I do suppose that wasn't a terrible thing as by this time we were quite DONE! Never again!

We had a great replaster experience with Hartt's . The job took about 3 weeks. They always cleaned…read moreup after ever visit. It was nice to have a family business that still takes pride in their work. I have no problem recommending them to others.
