Had to empty my pool and refill. The chemicals were way off and another company had to help things back in order. I was there when they tested the water and the levels were too elevated and not safe to swim in. Also, paid him for a year and a half and only once called him back to my property due to an infestation of water bugs which he proceeded to blame on my dog who sometimes swims in it. Told me to keep my dogs out of my pool as though he owned my house. This guy has no people skills and owes me $250 that I'm having to pay to empty my pool and refill. The weekly services are too short. They are in and out in 5 minutes. No cleaning going on there. My neighbors had the same complain and got rid of them. Don't waste your money. read more
