I was there when they tested the water and the levels were too elevated and not safe to swim in. Also, paid him for a year and a half and only once called him back to my property due to an infestation of water bugs which he proceeded to blame on my dog who sometimes swims in it. Told me to keep my dogs out of my pool as though he owned my house. This guy has no people skills and owes me $250 that I'm having to pay to empty my pool and refill. The weekly services are too short. They are in and out in 5 minutes. No cleaning going on there. My neighbors had the same complain and got rid of them. Don't waste your money.

Fast forward to today, I reached out because some guy came to service our pool (only knew because I'm home with a sick kid). The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. Then he made it clear he only meets clients before 3 pm through the week, and that it seemed like this wouldn't work. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced. We ended up having to do all kinds of service and troubleshooting in our own because the tech wasn't doing their job apparently anyways.
