Had to empty my pool and refill. The chemicals were way off and another company had to help things…read moreback in order. I was there when they tested the water and the levels were too elevated and not safe to swim in. Also, paid him for a year and a half and only once called him back to my property due to an infestation of water bugs which he proceeded to blame on my dog who sometimes swims in it. Told me to keep my dogs out of my pool as though he owned my house. This guy has no people skills and owes me $250 that I'm having to pay to empty my pool and refill. The weekly services are too short. They are in and out in 5 minutes. No cleaning going on there. My neighbors had the same complain and got rid of them. Don't waste your money.

Regarding Adam's knowledge and how helpful he was during our conversation which was so much better than my service with current pool service company that I was with the last 10 yrs that I ended up switching my pool service to Adam's pool service. He drained my pool and refilled and started me out with new water and chemicals to help remedy my mustard algae and calcium buildup issues. He has also been very helpful and responsive to my needs and questions and replacing my spa light that was burnt out.. Had my tiles cleaned up of calcium issues with another company since Adam dont provide that service but looking forward to many years of a nice clean looking pool with him as my pool maintance guy.
