We bought a Bosch with a 5 year extended warranty. The Bosch arrived with adhesive on the door Lowe's didn't believe us wouldn't come off. Lowe's tried to remove it and spent almost an hour trying to prove us wrong. We ended up with a new refrigerator. Now the fun begins. They extended warranty team didn't believe we bought the extended warranty for over 3 weeks. We spent a ton of time calling and emailing them proof of purchase before they would show we bought the extended warranty. Man I miss the refrigerators that lasted 20 years.
