Not many dentists are conservative and often recommend procedures you don't really need. - Front Office Staff are amazing. This can make or break a practice even if a doctor is amazing, rude/unhelpful staff are huge deterrents. I want to specifically call out Hali for being so resourceful, organized, and attentive. Hali looked into all of our claims and personally updated us on the progress of each and every claim. I had an obscure insurance provider and she personally checked the mail for my claim to see if it had processed. She said word for word that her philosophy is that she wants to treat others the way she's treated and she definitely rocks that. I've never really seen such amazing staff. I appreciated having an up-front breakdown of costs to avoid any sticker shock later on. I was escorted to an examination room after a short wait and a dental assistant took three x-rays of my cracked tooth. Next, Dr. Manesh entered the room, examined my tooth, and administered a pulp vitality test to assess my sensitivity to hot or cold substances. I wasn't experiencing any pain in the tooth or sensitivity to hot or cold substances; just some discomfort when chewing on that side of my mouth. Dr. Manesh shaved the tooth down a bit since a jagged area of the tooth was causing some discomfort. Next, he told me I would need to return to my general dentist to get the tooth filled. I appreciated Dr. Manesh's thorough exam and clear explanations. I was also happy to learn that all I needed was a quick procedure and not an extensive root canal the endodontist that I had seen prior to Dr. Manesh had prescribed. I had great experiences during all 4 visits with Dr. Cheron and his staff (consult, root canal, and two bleaching follow-ups). The front desk staff were welcoming and went over the costs with me ahead of time. I was very nervous for the procedure but Dr. Cheron and his assistant Tanae were skilled and caring that I didn't feel any discomfort besides some expected pressure and vibrations. I experienced no pain after the root canal, no issues with eating/drinking, and my tooth's color had visible improvements within 24 hours. During the procedure, Dr. Cheron kept me updated on his progress and what he is seeing, and did multiple X-rays to check his work before moving on. I was able to see before and after X-rays of my tooth by the end of the treatment. I was very impressed with the level of care, communication, and transparency I received as a patient. Like other reviews mentioned, they will play music of your choice during the procedure; initially I thought this was just for fun, but it actually helped me to relax more.
