I don't want to say To DO NOT GO THIS PLACE but hear me out , I deeply regret choosing Dr Patrice Smith as my orthodontist During my initial consultation, I was given false assurances about the expected outcome, which led me to trust this practice with my smile. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and end up with tears. She told me I need extraction of (6) teeth removal and recommended me surgery for the baby tooth and for canines for that which I paid 4,500$ at that time and the surgeon was also confused and asked me why she needed to remove the canines and I said I don't know I remember he called and asked her even if I don't know what she said to him he did the surgery and it was One of the most devastating aspects of my treatment unnecessary removal of both of my canines. I want to remind everyone i didn't ask any opinion from any other orthodontist or went anywhere before going to her which I regret everyday. During consultation she told me I will done my treatment in 2 years but it took her 4 years because their were big gaps and she was having hard time closing it I wore the brace 2years and then retainers 8month and that doesn't work too I go back to braces again for 1year ‍‍‍ it was really painful time for me. I was led to believe that this was the best course of action, only to later learn from another orthodontist that it was completely unnecessary. Instead of addressing my dental concerns properly--such as removing my wisdom teeth, which should have been the priority--the wrong teeth were extracted, leaving me with long-term consequences my face structure changed my jaw line is gone end up flat chin and so so many things. Even if I state my concern multiple times to Dr.Patrice with tears I was ignored and avoided. Throughout the process, it became clear that the orthodontist lacked the proper knowledge and expertise to handle my case. As a result, I have been left with a painful bite, an excessive gummy smile, and significant regret. Beyond the physical issues, I also felt misled--key aspects of my treatment were not fully explained, and I was not informed of the potential risks or alternative options. Had I been given accurate information, I would have made very different decisions about my teeth. Now, I am dealing with insecurities by my smile very discomfort and emotional distress, knowing that even if I will likely need corrective treatment elsewhere to fix my smile again the orthodontist I went after I done my treatment with her they told me they can't do nothing about it now because the damage is done already. I strongly advise anyone considering orthodontic care to do thorough research, seek multiple opinions, and ask detailed questions before committing to treatment here. Orthodontic work has long-term effects, and a poor treatment plan can have irreversible consequences. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the frustration, pain, and regret that I am now facing. Patrice Smith is very rude, impolite and disrespectful. She has a horrible attitude and I definitely do not recommend her to anyone. She tries to fake being nice but it's clear how she really is. If you check her out online, you will see that she talks about how much she tries to help people out and rants about her blog, but if you reach out to her, she will either completely ignore you or she will tell you that it's not her job to answer your questions. Let's foster a culture of respect and acknowledgment instead of being rude, impolite, and disrespectful. It's very clear that she portrays herself online just to attract patients, but is she actually nice and a good person? Hell NO! I went in for a consultation for orthodontist work. The evaluation was good, but the results amounted to a very expensive treatment of my entire mouth (top and bottom teeth), plus rearranging my jaw to make it more perfect, etc. The cost would have been $8,000. As soon as they mentioned the cost, they started asking me how I would like to pay it. I don't consider this honest and I was very disappointed with this estimate, which I think was exaggerated. read more

I think they are sweet but just disorganized. Ultimately, this is a great place if you have a lot of time to waste or want to spend money without previewing results. I went three times. They took xrays and molds but never showed me what the plan would look like. Instead they asked for money to move ahead. To not know what I'm moving ahead with, is difficult to make a decision; I couldn't really say yes or no. I asked them for over a year to send me a plan and pictures to estimate the results of the procedure. Finally they sent me an Invisalign picture of what it would look like but my crooked bite morphed into a different crooked bite. I didn't really want to pay $10k to have another different crooked bite. Most of the time is spent waiting in their office, which is gorgeous. But the office was far for me and I am a student who is short on time and did not want to spend an hour waiting. In conclusion, I would like to find an orthodontist to go to once who can show me a plan and understand my needs and then I can pay to execute the results they show me beforehand. They didn't do that here. Instead they had me come in three times, spoke via phone and email for over a year, had me wait past my appointment times, even when the office was empty. Listened to my needs but never made any effort to ensure my needs were heard or met. Very dissatisfying and disappointing. read more

I started at Infinity Ortho with Dr. Saba and have continued to receive treatment here with Dr. Patrice Smith. Infinity offered me competitive rates and clearly explained my Invisalign plan at my consultation. They were able to use my insurance and work out an affordable monthly plan after my first visit, and provided updated fees within a week or two. All staff members are incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to questions. I feel comfortable asking them any question in person, and know that they will quickly respond to my emails as well. Scheduling is flexible as well, and they take great COVID precautions, such as temperature screening, readily available sanitizer and social distancing. The only difficulty I occasionally have is finding regular street parking, but the location is perfect for folks who use the metro or walk there. read more

Very disappointing and frustrating- with so many better orthodontists who are more deserving of your business out there, I urge you to look elsewhere. I trusted Saba with my invisalign treatment and paid more than double than I would anywhere else because of their reputation and I thought attention to detail. For a year their services were okay (not great). Recently, however their response to Covid-19 was to completely drop all customers and any responsibility to them. The only communication was the day of closing that they would be closing for four weeks (this obviously extended). When I reached out, given I would need a new set of aligners in order to stay on track, they refused to mail them to me. I accepted this for over a month, but after six weeks of wearing the same aligners which at that point were cracked and useless, I asked them to make an exception and mail my next set of aligners. For context, I paid in full up front for all aligners and services. Saba never acknowledged the cracked aligners and they refused to mail me my aligners (which again, I'd already paid for), then refused to send enough sets, then refused to pay for shipping (told me I would pay for the cost "obviously") - all of this dragged on from March 30th to May 26th. They were unresponsive and completely unprofessional. Throughout all of this Dr. Saba never once reached out or acknowledged my existence until towards the bitter end (May 16), despite my emails and being told by the assistant that she would call me. Her response was long overdue, condescending and unprofessional. I know this is long, please trust me when I say, you can do much much better than Saba Orthodontics. The experience I had with Saba was unbelievably bad and I would not recommend anyone risk going through what I went through (especially given the cost!). Awful read more

The doctor and staff are always willing to accommodate individualities and the treatment has been faster than initial estimates. I went into Saba office on March 9th to get a new retainer, and the procedure went great. I had already had invisalign with Saba office before and it's always been good customer service. Well on March 9th my new retainer was completed, but unfortunately the office manager wasn't in that day to send in my claim, so we spoke over the phone and he confirmed he would send in my claim to my insurance company on March 10th. Fast forward three weeks later, and I call Cigna, and they tell me no records of a claim have been sent. Now that we are experiencing COVID, Saba is closed and there's a number you can "text" to get in touch with the office manager. Well I text the manager and tell him nothing has been sent over, and also Cigna had contacted Saba office as well but they're closed. Well the office manager of Saba says here's a code and you can send in the claim yourself. So now I have to do the leg work of the person who was supposed to get this done for me. I call Cigna, and they state they need the Tax ID, ADA Code, Diagnosis code, and Procedure code in order for me to send in my claim. I have called and TEXT the office manager and now he's not responding and it's going straight to voicemail. It's unfortunate that nobody else from Saba can reach out to me to get this done. I don't know why they only have one person "in charge" of this office, but this is absolute poor customer service, and the amount of money paid to this office to get treated like this is beyond unbelievable. read more

Dr. Saba is amazing! I've been in treatment for almost a year now and still to this day, I know I made the right choice in selecting my orthodontist. I remember when I got my top braces on and later that evening Dr. Saba sent me a text just checking on me and letting me know that she was available if I had any questions. It meant so much to me.
