It's interesting no one mentions the outrageous pricing at this practice. I was there for several hours a few months ago for a consultation and they took scans of my teeth and I waited forever to see the dentist and she saw me for 5 minutes and then I waited a very long time to see the "money" person where I was given quotes of $10,000 for an extraction and bridge and $14,000 for an implant. And I was charged $300 for the "consultation." Since I feel this was gouging I found a very good peridontist to do the procedure but Sirlani won't release my scans saying they were "complimentary" and the $300 (that by the way my insurance wouldn't pay any portion of) was for the 5 minute consultation. So disappointing when people in the health industry just seem to be out for money only with no compassion or concern for patients. read more

Update: I just came back from the best cavity filling experience of my life. Dr. Simmonett had to replace a filling that i'd chipped and was super nice and knowledgeable and helped me calm my nerves by explaining everything she was doing. They started with using numbing gel to numb my gums, and once i was nice and numb, they went in with the shot so I really didn't feel anything. Dr. Simmonett also encouraged me to put in my headphones and listen to music while she used the drill, which was a GAME CHANGER. The noise of the drill has always brought me to tears and near panic attack in previous experiences, but this time I blared Dua Lipa and barely noticed what was going on. The whole thing was over in under an hour and I can't stop telling people what a great experience I had. 10/10 highly recommend. read more

Been a patient for a few years, everyone that works here is pretty nice and the bedside manner is great but I'm putting a low rating and a caution because they have put me with out of network dentists and made my costs higher which is unacceptable since I pay for federal insurance and they have dentists available in my network. I don't think I should have to double check everytime that I am being put with an in network dentist. Logistically I cannot recommend this place. I have also had issues a few years ago where they gave me a mouth guard that didn't fit and wanted to charge me to fix the issue. So again, I don't think they are great logistically and I don't think they do their due diligence when it comes to billing. read more

On Dec 28 I booked an appt for two procedures but the next available date was Feb 24, so I took it. They even sent me 4-5 confirmation emails the week of the appt only for these fools to call me on Feb 21 and say that my dentist will "no longer be in the office" and that I had to wait yet ANOTHER month to be seen. Nice facility but not at all worth the wait. I'm a single mom so finding a sitter and getting the time off work approved is hard, now I have to deal with flip-floppy people who truly don't care. I received NO apologies or empathy, no customer service, just an "I'm just telling you what I'm being told". Really disappointing. read more

It's always a pleasure to meet someone who is exceptional at what they do. Dr. Siranli is one of those people. She restored my smile beautifully and I am extremely pleased with the results. I work in construction and I've experienced a variety of dentists over the years as I travelled from place to place, some better than others, none anywhere near as capable as Dr. Siranli. I lost a crown which troubled me for years and was referred to her by a patient of hers. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the office. It's welcoming, not the old waiting area, partition, cubicle model of the past but a more open, integrated space where the waiting area is integrated into the whole and you wait in the same space as the receptionist which then flows discretely into the treatment areas. The office has the latest in prosthodontic technology having been remodeled recently. After a thorough teeth cleaning and digital imaging of my mouth I met Dr. Siranli. She explained in detail everything necessary to restore my mouth, most I was aware of, some I was not. She offered to provide a plan for me to consider along with the cost involved. I took the plan home to review and to do some research into Dr. Siranli. What I found impressed me. She has beautifully restored problem teeth much more challenging than mine, truly impressive work. She has also been selected by vendors in the field to lecture to other dentists about advancements in the field. Vendors see lots of practitioners and have their choice of who they think best understands and utilizes their technology and is also best able to communicate that to others. It's a sign of respect and mastery in the field. I'd been biding my time, waiting to find the right person, and now I believed I'd found her. Every step of the process went well. The temps fit perfectly, I mean perfectly, no coming back for adjustments just taking the time to get it right the first time and paying attention to the smallest detail. For example, I have 2 other crowns which each required 2 additional trips to the dentist to get properly fitted, what was that all about?! Dr. Siranli is dealing with more than half a dozen teeth at the same time in my mouth and nailed it the first time with all of them! I can't emphasize enough how much effort she puts into her work. She is truly gifted and loves the work she does which shows in the final product. Dr. Sam is a master of her craft and a perfectionist in the execution of it. She won't accept anything less than perfection in the work she does and it shows every step of the way. The surgery for the implants healed beautifully, installation of the veneers and implants went just as smoothly and I now have a beautiful smile to enjoy for the rest of my life thanks to Dr. Siranli. read more

Amazing amazing dentist and doctor! I came in because I was missing a tooth in my upper( right on my smile line! ). I had extracted it 8 months ago and none of the doctors that extracted it ( different dentist) were able to put something temporary in there. Luckily I discovered DR. Siralni and she was able to take me in right away ( the very next day!!!) she immediately put in the implant and right then and there her lab technician was able to make me a temporary crown (in an hour and half). The doctors are great, but the wait time for my past few appointments were highly disappointing. I'm not certain if the office is too busy with patients that sometimes they forget that a patient is in a room waiting. Recently during my past 2 appointments, there were instances when I was left in the room for almost 2 hours before ultimately having to seek out someone to remind them that I was waiting. The doctors are great at what they do and the staff is attentive, but sometimes I feel like they may be too busy to give dedicated attention to patients. I speak personally from my experience considering the occassions when I was left in a room waiting for over an hour with no update. I don't think 4 hours every visit is normal, especially if the visit is for minor follow ups. A simple update from the staff would let me know that I wasn't forgotten about. read more

My dentist recently moved, and I need to find a new dentist. I researched online and found Dr. MyLy's outstanding reviews. I was a little apprehensive because I had some less than great experiences with other dentists in the past (even with excellent reviews). My first visit with Dr. MyLy's office was an enjoyable experience. I had read all the great reviews, and I was still skeptical, but the front desk (Siranli Dental) put me right at ease after entering the office. The staffs are very professional and efficient- my estimated waiting time after I checked in to see the dentist is like 3-5 minutes. The office is very striking and clean - the dental assistant (Tiffany) who assisted the procedure is pretty awesome too. Dr. MyLy is AWESOME! My skepticism dissipated! She turned out to be FANTASTIC! I have been to many different dentists before, and I haven't met anyone so nice, fun and charming dentist like her. She will make you feel comfortable and relax by playing music in the background (she also sang ), and not to mention the dental chair with optional massage made the experience memorable and comfortable. She is so knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and inquiries. She provided me with honest recommendations about my dental concerns and been very accommodating and easy to talk with. Dr. Siranli and her team are ROCK STARS! I called at 10:00am with a pulsing toothache, and Dr. Siranli's terrific receptionist, Sergio, made an appointment for me mid-afternoon. When Dr. Siranli walked in, she sat down, and with her usual compassion and excellent bed-side manner, asked me what was wrong. She immediately problem-solved into action: 1) A staff of five stayed after hours to both extract my tooth, and begin the procedure for an implant. 2) Dr. Siranli also creatively constructed a Visalign solution, using my extracted tooth (wow!), so that I wouldn't have a gaping hole in the front of my mouth. I work in a professional environment, so this aethetic solution was important to me. Dr. Siralni and her excellent team always, always, always exceed my expectations! Great dental procedure; poor accounting and insurance claim processing. I had to follow-up after each visit because insurance claim was either not filed or incomplete. The office requires patient to pay entire amount up front. This would not be a problem if the accounting office would file insurance claims properly. For this reason, I have stopped going to this dentist and cannot recommend the practice to anyone. read more

I saw Dr. Myly Nguyen for a wisdom tooth extraction and she was amazing. It was quick and as painless as possible and I was on my way home in 20-30 minutes. Earlier this year I had bad luck with a few fillings. I was apprehensive about returning to the dentist for my second annual check up but I made the good decision of trying out Siranli. Like others have said, the facilities are meticulous, the chairs that you sit in are massage chairs, and the appointment booking process is seamless. The front desk staff are extremely organized, professional, and friendly, and the dental assistants are knowledgeable, personable, and make you feel immediately comfortable. On top of all of those positives, Dr. Myly is caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, and direct. The issues that I had when I entered Siranli were resolved almost immediately after my treatment. I experienced very little pain and sensitivity during or after her work. I have no tooth sensitivity anymore and I'm no longer scared to visit the dentist. After my most recent experience with this office, I can confidently endorse that Siranli Dental is a shining example of a health provider full of staff members whose primary concern is the health of their clients. I am extremely grateful to Doctor Myly for a painless procedure and for generously accommodating my situation; I cannot possibly thank her enough. Additionally, I am extremely grateful to Indrian Ross for her radiant personality and for going out of her way to help me get the care I needed despite my circumstance; her client service skills are second to none. The Background: I recently went to a different dental office to get a cavity filled. That office demanded that I get multiple cavities filled in my first time there aside from the one that I had come in to fix. When I left, I was in more pain than I was when I originally entered, and it was in a completely new location; one that they had told me they "needed" to work on. I went back after a week and a half of pain to get it reshaped only to have them tell me that I needed to get a root canal to fix the error that they made. When I had decided to reach out to my insurance company to file a complaint against the office, I received even more bad news. The office told me that they ACCEPTED my insurance, but FAILED to say that they weren't in my network. From one visit, in which they did more than I wanted AND messed up in the process, I had used up all of my dental coverage because they chose not to inform me that they were not in network. I would have to pay for the root canal entirely out of pocket; I thought I was hopeless. I remembered having a great experience at Siranli Dental with Dr. Myly in the past when I had gone in for a cleaning and decided that I would reach out to them in hopes something could be done. If I was ever going to trust someone to do this procedure, it was her. After explaining my situation to Indrian over the phone, while panicking, I was reassured that we could work something out, and put on a brief hold so she could go explain my situation to Dr. Myly. They agreed to see me the next day to give me the care I needed. I write this now, one day removed from my root canal, feeling better than ever before. To say that I am extremely grateful to this office, Dr. Myly, and Indrian would be a gross understatement. Thank you.
