Definitely gotta try the Steak Breakfast Burrito! One of the best you can get for a low price. Speedy service and they're always nice. I always bring new people here. read more

I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience here. I was told this place was really good, so I decided to give it a try and ordered 2 chorizo burritos and 2 drinks. First, the guy took my order but apparently never even put it in. I watched two families who ordered after me receive their food before I finally went up to ask about my order. When I asked, the guy said, "Yes, just one burrito?" I had to explain again that I ordered 2 burritos and 2 drinks. After waiting even longer, I finally received my food, only to get home and realize that neither burrito was what I ordered. I ordered chorizo burritos and was given ham and cheese burritos instead. Mistakes happen, but having my order not entered, then having to correct the order, waiting while others who came after me were served, and ultimately receiving completely different food was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, after hearing such good things about this place, this experience was a huge disappointment. I really wanted to like it, but based on my experience today, I won't be rushing back. read more

Fast service! Tasty breakfast burritos! Packed with eggs and protein! Simple and delicious I will absolutely come back when I need a Burrito in CO Springs. Inside is just a store front. Nothing spectacular but they aren't trying to be fancy. They are good at food and that's all that matters to me. read more

Rodolfo's Mexican Grill - Steak, Egg and Cheese breakfast Burrito! - Mexican Near Me - Monument, Colorado

I've had mixed experiences going here. When I first arrived to the area, it was a godsend as the prices were reasonable, food was decent enough, and it was right after Covid, and we hadn't been going out. I later tried it for breakfast, and had a terrible, dry breakfast burrito and then noticed how they were making it. The ingredients were sitting in a bin on top of the cooktop flat surface. Not sure why they even bothered to ask me what I wanted in it, 'cause they just slapped whatever they had in that bin, and wrapped it up for me. I asked for ham for the meat choice. It didn't matter, as I got a mix of eggs, fries(huh?), bacon, and ham. The point is it wasn't fresh, the only thing that was fresh was the fact they warmed up the tortilla when they made it. Otherwise the ingredients were not great, and a bit dry. For the most part the restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly enough, and they have a salsa bar, which is always a plus, and typically has fresh ingredients, they manage those pretty well. I visited recently out of convenience, and the food was actually ok. What I didn't care for was how some of their prices doubled for smaller and snack items, and are all around pretty high. Chalk it up to the area or economy, whatever you may want to go with, but there are definitely better places for the price point. read more

The food we had ordered was bland. I had ordered a bean and cheese burrito and there was barely any cheese. The service was okay. The ambience of the restaurant was okay, but I thought it was a little weird how the tables were really wobbly. The guacamole tasted as if watered down. Overall disappointed. Definitely not authentic more like a albertaco read more

Hole in the wall place for Monument, but the most delicious refried beans, quesadillas and tacos you can find outside of San Diego. Great service. Just go! read more

So good!! Great street food and so fast. Their tacos are so satisfying, queso birria is perfect (not too much cinnamon) and their carne asada fries are a hangover cure!! The staff is always so nice. read more

It's hard to give an accurate review after just one visit, but I liked it. I got a breakfast burrito and it was huge and for a fair price. They have a salsa bar with about four different salsas and carrots and cucumbers. Also they were very fast even with a lot of other customers read more

This place is horrible! The people inside are very rude. I asked the cashier if he was being rude thinking I was imagining things and then he just laughs and goes " I don't know am I?" and continued with rude remarks. I do not recommend this place and they will never be getting my buisness. read more

Ordered steak breakfast burrito, was missing the steak and the eggs had eggshells in it

Called in a phone order for two breakfast burritos with steak. I get a ham breakfast burrito instead. I go back and tell them this isn't what I ordered, the guy asks what I want and I tell him I would like the steak breakfast burrito but then proceeds to give me a steak and guac burrito. ‍ like cmon. read more

The restaurant was very dirty. No toiletries in the women's restroom. The tables were not wiped down. The floors were dirty. The windows were dirty. The trash was overflowing. On top of all that the food was not good at all. read more

I usually love coming here but this is the second time this Monday that I order a burrito and it tastes like Fabuloso cleaning solution. Idk if they are cleaning there counters with this and setting food on top which is disgusting. read more

Super yummy, definitely hits to spot if your looking for some Mexican food! I used to order the California burrito years ago but I haven't been here in a while. I'm pregnant now and I was craving a burrito with rice, beans, guacamole, and fries lol. Kinda a weird/simple order but they made it and I devoured it in literally 8 minutes!! It's super satisfying and they give large portions. Also the Service is really good, they were helpful and super fast! Love this place, I'll be coming more often! read more

First off, the breakfast burrito was huge, which is great. But the menu states it has potatoes and bacon, but it actually is french fries, bacon, and square bits of ham. The chips were good. Now, here's what I didn't like. Every table is filthy, the floors are sticky and had old food on it, the trash area looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The sauce bar looked like it had old stuff in there, like the Pico de Gallo was old and furry looking. Everything about that place was unkept. Makes me wonder how the clean the kitchen is. read more

Delicious Mexican food prepared in a quaint setting. This place is a Monument classic and their food is quite comforting. Whenever I visit Monument, this place is a must visit and at a very reasonable price. read more

Good Price, great food! This is a great after work/school place. Would highly recommend the burrito.

Okay, so it's not you fancy sit down Mexican restaurant but it fits everything I expect from this style of restaurant. The food was prepared to order, they had several different salases to pick from, and the customer service was great. It was exactly what I was looking for in the category of "fast" casual Mexican food. read more

Poor service. Added rice to container with bare hands. No gloves. No utensil. Disgusting.

The hours listed are until 9:00pm but we went at 7:30 and they were closed, that's not a big deal. The front door was unlocked, and the worker let us get all the way up to the cpu tee before rudely saying "we are closed" Maybe lock the doors, no wonder this place is always empty. read more

This is one of my quick go to spots in Monument. Food is cooked fresh- nothing super spectacular- but always hot and tasty. I'd be wary if you are GF- the flour tortillas are cooked on the same cook top as the corn tortillas. If you need a fast hot lunch- and you are craving Mexican food- this place is for you. read more

Closed at 7pm on a Saturday and the door was still open and the guy in side was nasty to us about even coming in.

Great food at fairprice. Coke products. Eat in location is dirty most times. Good service. Strip center parking. Great breakfast burritos. read more

Everything was fried! They fried the entire tacos! The guacamole seemed to be from Sysco/ pre made. Impressively low quality ingredients. The chicken seems like dog food. I really wanted to like this place, and I rarely leave reviews, especially bad ones. Advice to management: you can make even low quality ingredients taste good if you care. Also, the entire restaurant is pretty dirty. read more

I walked in at around 9:45am (never been here before) and saw two men working their asses off preparing food. They were very polite and fast with service. This place is a grill, not a fancy sit down restaurant. I mean c'mon, it's in the name. Prices are more than fair for what you get. I ordered the carne asada tacos with chips and salsa and enjoyed every bit of it. The place was very clean as well. Maybe I came in on a good day because I read the bad reviews about the two women cashiers that have been ripping people off. I was charged correctly. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. The meat was a little tough, but that is my only complaint and why I give them 4/5 stars read more

Great food. Fast service! Carne asada fries are great. Open one in Castlerock please.

Horchata Steak breakfast burrito California burrito And carne asada fries... For the longest time I have been driving to this place to grub on these items So long that I'm almost ashamed that I have failed to ever try anything else... If you were to ask me, what else was on the giant menu that hangs over the counter, I would look at you like you were crazy and had something stuck between your teeth, ask what menu, and without skipping a beat I would almost as if chanting would rebuttal the previously listed items.. Horchata, steak breakfast burrito, California burrito and carne asada fries.. However, today I took a chance and rolled the dice and tried the number 7. The number 7 consist of not 1 but 2 generously sized beef burritos with a side of beans and rice.. And as expected not a grain of rice was left undevoured or a burrito unconsumed. This place is my jam !! Surrounded by two other similar style restaurants I still find myself yanking open the doors of this place for a quick bite -random customer- Recommendation: steak breakfast burrito, California burrito, carne asada fries and a number 7! And don't forget a large horchata to wash it down.. read more

Typing with one hand and stuffing my face with the other! That's how I roll. Rodolfo's has been here in Monument for oh I dunno a year(?). I finally dropped in after a confusing and mind numbing visit to Home Depot. I must be the only guy who isn't overly excited to goto a hardware store. A Carne Asada burrito was the perfect redemption. Mmm... La Perla holds my 1st place rating for Carne Asada, but today I think Rodolfo's holds 2nd place. For $4.40 it was quite a hearty burrito filled with of course Carne, guac and pico. The guac was actually much better than most dives around The Springs. I will definitely be back. read more

Worst place to come for the first time we'll not be coming back and they had mess up on all my orders and didn't get one of my burritos

In a huge bland-o-plex shopping center featuring Walmart and a The Home Depot you wouldn't expect a restaurant with some character and gestalt.. Faded paint on the concrete floor. Clumsy tables and chairs and an order-up counter. But its the home style Hispanic food that brings a nearly orgasmic delight. Rich flavors. Cilantro use is generous and I love that. Pickled jalapenos, machaca beef. I had tacos and the flavors were like fireworks. Definately a dive you can love. read more

Bare bones atmosphere, a few tables and chairs, a walk-up service window, and no servers, but very good food at reasonable prices in the corner location of a strip mall. My son is a vegan and loved his bean and rice burrito with guacamole ($4.45). It was huge! I am not vegan, or even a virgin for that matter, so I ordered chips and guacamole ($2.80), carne asada tacos ($2.35 each), and cheese and onion enchiladas ($3.95) ala carte. The chips were a tad too greasy, as if they had just been reheated in the deep frier, but pretty good with a little shredded cheese and a bit more guacamole on top. I needed some more guacamole, so I went back to the counter to get an additional side order for the chips and my tacos., but when I asked to pay I was told "no charge". Wow ... gracias! The carne asada tacos came on large corn tortillas and were heaped with sliced beef, diced onions, pico de gallo, guacamole, and a little shredded cheese ... just the way I like them ... buenísimo! They also have a small salsa bar with three different salsas (two red and one green), some pico de gallo, fresh cut lime, and pickled jalapeño and sliced carrots. They were all great, but I had to taste each to find out how hot they were, so some signage would be my only suggestion. The enchiladas were also very good. The red chili sauce was spicy and tasty and there was just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The only drawback being way too many sliced onions on top instead of a few diced onions inside the enchiladas. The taste was pretty much the same, but it was hard to see the enchiladas through the onions and they were a bit overpowering. In all, the food was fresh, excellent, and very reasonable. Coming from Lawrence, Kansas where they do not seem to know what good, authentic Mexican food is, Rodolfo's was a breath of fresh air in more ways than one. Being a cold Colorado night, the place was a bit chillier than expected, so dress warm and enjoy some good food. CombatCritic Gives Rodolfo's Mexican Grill 8 Bombs Out Of 10 ... After reading several reviews of numerous Mexican food joints we landed on this one. The table was split otherwise 5 stars would have been in order! The chili relenos and carne asada were off the charts good. Full of flavor and well done. The cheese quesadilla and beef enchiladas were average. Not too spectacular in flavor. Also, there will be no margarita drinking here. So if you want a salty rimmed paradise look on. Recommend for a quick, tasty meal! read more

Just hits the spot. As authentic as you can get. It was hard to choose what you get; it all looked so good.

Ok, they fell off! Getting worse and worse!! Been going here for 7 years and today was the last. Just a bit of advice, don't go in when the young teenage girls are working the cash register because I was overcharged!! She told me the price for carne asada nachos ($11.20), 2 breakfast burritos ($7.05), and a side of refried beans ($2.20) was $39!! No, that is $27! I paid the $39 because I thought maybe she charged me extra for the pico I had asked her to add to my nachos plus the tax. Then, when I got home, my receipt said she really charged me $43!!!!! I noticed they also charge a "hospitality fee"! What the hell?! I will not be going back. The carne asada meat is bland as hell anyway, maybe just add salt, that would be nice. I will drive the further distance to Taco Express from now on! They give larger portions, have more flavor, and the prices are cheaper! Buy Rudolpho's!! It's been real!!! You have ripped me off for the last time. Consider the extra money you took from me a parting gift! read more
