The customer support was amazing. Jason at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable when I…read morecame in to get a tire repaired. He explained the nuances of different tires and issues that could arise. I dropped car off in evening and picked up the next day. Very easy, affordable, and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more I brought my Mercedes E350 to Tire Choice #0601 because of a front-end knocking noise and asked them to diagnose and repair the problem. They diagnosed suspension components as the cause and recommended over $1,700 in repairs. After keeping my car for several days and failing to return calls and voicemails, I finally got through to them and was told the repairs were completed--but the knocking noise was still there. I paid $1,704.45 and picked up my car with the exact same problem I brought it in for. I was also told their alignment machine/software did not have the specifications for my vehicle, yet the invoice states that alignment was declined by the customer. To make matters worse, they entered the wrong mileage on my invoice. My car has approximately 60,000 miles, but the invoice shows the vehicle leaving the shop with nearly 100,000 miles. I now have to spend my own time dealing with the consequences of that error and making sure it does not affect my vehicle history. Paying over $1,700 and leaving with the same unresolved problem is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you need an accurate diagnosis rather than simply replacing parts and hoping for the best.

On 12/27/2022, I had gotten a nail in my tire, so I needed to get it patched / repaired. So I…read moredecided to to use Mr. Tire as it was the closest tire store to my location. Walked in a was greeted by a gentleman (Person 1) behind the counter he seemed to be very happy because it was his birthday. He was helpful and very polite to me. While my tire was being taken care of, a woman that was my mom's age, that had been sitting in the lobby was very upset. She and I started to talk and she then began to tell me the following. 3 - Months ago she had her brakes all redone at this location for about 1,500.00 and was back because her brake light was back on. She then stated they had quoted her another $350.00 repair for something on her brakes. She asked if I could explain what was being repaired on the quote. She was getting a caliber repaired. I asked her if she by chance had a caliber replaced she explained that she didn't know. She never really handled the auto repairs and that her late husband typically handled this. As we talked more about the past repair and current repair was discussed the gentlemen (Person 2) in a back room heard us talking. He came out and asked the guy at the counter (person 1) if there was any chance any of the current repair would be considered a warranty repair. Person 1 stated there is no way it is warranty. Person 2 pushed the issue and reviewed and decided at least part of it was a warranty issue. Person 2 did right, but my 1 star review is due to the fact that it appeared they were going to charge this lady extra costs that were clearly a warranty issue. Regarding my tire plug it was done fast and done right. But it seemed way overpriced at $35.00. My advice for Mr. Tire and their employees at this location. Make sure the customers understand the work that is being done, make sure they feel like they are getting taken care of fairly. I did tell the woman in the lobby, that if I were her, I'd find a new place for car repairs.
