He shared his experience with similar problems. He gave me a quote on the spot, which I accepted. It was 30% less than the "ballpark price" offer. His team came a few weeks later to perform the work. They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Charlie also came to supervise the progress. They performed a fabulous job.
