I reached out to a number of shops, and R&j was the most responsive and reasonable. I am so glad I did. Jorge was very communicative, and texted me to let me know when he would be arriving. He brought all the tools needed to diagnose the problem. Since it was an easy diagnosis, Jorge did not charge a diagnostic fee, which was very reasonable. Jorge let me order the parts I needed, and even suggested I replace the serpentine belt at no additional cost. He replaced the alternator, battery and removed the aftermarket alarm that was draining the electrical system. He even diagnosed the brake issue that we found once the truck was running.
