I broke off a bolt while changing my valve cover gaskets and needed quick help because I was going on a family camping trip in 2 days. I left a message the previous night and the owner called me back the next morning. He told me to come by and bring the part. Since the "part" involved removing the motor I had to weigh my options considering I had everything taken apart. He told me to drive the truck in and he would see what he could do. I didn't want to put everything back together and drive it over so I found a mobile mechanic that came to my house and provided a fix... not exactly what I wanted but it worked. I would have preferred a complete bolt extraction with undamaged threads like I'm sure Action Machining could have completed. But being pressed for time I went the alternate route. However, I was impressed that I received a call back from the owner later in the day asking if I still needed service and that he could schedule an appointment for the next morning (Saturday - a day he is usually closed). It's not easy but that is how a business should follow up. I have an old rig that I may need some work done in the future and I will have Action Machining in mind first. Great customer service and the quoted price was reasonable as well.
