Very good food. My steak quesadilla with my shrooms and onions was very good. They serve it with sour cream and guacamole. My cheese enchilada was also good. They give you a large glass of sweet tea with hat was just right sweetness. Will go back again. Rose enjoyed her beef enchiladas.

Every time I eat there it gets better and better. Eat there every week. I always get there delicious 2 steak tacos and a coke. Jason and Josa, and the guy up front are some of the best waiters out there. They care about their food. Delicious every time, never disappointed.

We have eaten at the Rodeo in Dothan and Enterprise and both were excellent.

This afternoon, I visited the Santa Fe Cattle Co. in Enterprise, AL. I hadn't been there in over…read morefive years. Could not have had a better experience. The restaurant was clean, pleasant, and not too loud. Easy to enjoy table conversation without having to speak up over the volume of background music. While I am not a huge fan of knickknacks on walls, I did not notice any dust on anything. Obviously, the Enterprise location cleans frequently. Huge plus in my mind. My husband ordered the Taco Salad with grilled steak. While he expected taco salad to have sour cream, he admitted that it wasn't necessary because of the salsa vinaigrette dressing. I had the Country Fried Steak with mashed potatoes/gravy and green beans. Only thing I could complain about is the green bean serving was a bit small. Other than that, my dining experience was fantastic. Our server, Karrina, was the absolute best. She kept us apprised of how long our meal would take, filled our drinks before needing to ask, kept the conversation lively without being intrusive. On your next visit to Santa Fe Cattle Co, ask to be seated in Karrina's section. You won't regret it.

We try to give previously blacklisted restaurant like Sante Fe another try. The one thing we really used to enjoy about Sante Fe was their onions rings! omg they were the best! However, last night when we were there for supper, we ordered the onion rings as an appetizer, they were thick, under-cooked and tasteless. They're obviously now serving frozen product from the refer trailer, not the handmade onion rings they previously served. I literally watched the ice water run down my husband wrist as he bit into an onion ring. Soggy, greasy and nasty. No more. The rest of the food was sub-par, small portions and not worth their price increases. There are much better restaurants in Enterprise to spend our money at and get great service and food! Maybe we'll try Santa Fe again in 2027. Maybe not.

I can only assume they are understaffed. While we have been to the Crafter before, we never have had a great experience, but we wait 18 months or so, then try again because we like to support local businesses. This was our time to "try again." I specifically ordered the lightly battered fish and chips on their menu. When it arrived at my table it was corn meal fried fish not even close to battered fish and chips. They need to use a beer batter; corn meal is for catfish only. YUK!!!! I had to send it back. My husband's burger patty was tiny and had the consistency of a hockey puck. Our onion rings were sparse and way overpriced, we counted them, it was a little over $1.00 per ring. So, this is it, we've tried again and again and now my husband, and I agree that the true definition of "Insanity" is "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."
