That completely missed the point. I wasn't just looking to order dessert--I was trying to create a meaningful celebration experience for a large party. What disappointed me most was the lack of care or effort. There was no attempt to accommodate, no suggestions, no sense that they valued the occasion--or even their customers. As a wine club member, I expected at least a little more attentiveness. I ultimately canceled my reservation, and the response was completely indifferent. I also canceled my membership shortly after, which again didn't seem to matter to them. It was honestly shocking how little customer service was shown. For a place that markets itself as an experience, I expected far more--especially for a milestone celebration. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend them for special occasions. Two stars for their winery portion and their whiskey distillery- those are great!!
