Decided to try Rodeo Cafe for the first time after reading a few glowing Yelp reviews. Thankfully my party of 3 made it here on a Sunday morning right before the breakfast rush and we were immediately seated. They offer typical breakfast fare at reasonable prices. Our meals arrived quickly, and they kept my coffee topped off. My husband had the pork chops and eggs, my son had the Rodeo meal (steak, eggs, potatoes and French toast) and I opted for John Wayne's favorite (eggs on potatoes atop a flour tortilla between 2 sausage patties and covered with melted cheese). Portions are HUGE and the food is delicious! All the employees were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Will be back again to try their menudo! read more

3 stars for the cozy feels and the hospitality. Okay, I'll start by saying that I kind of get the appeal. It's nice to have a hearty neighborhood breakfast place. The portion size was great. They have the popular classics on the menu (i.e. pancakes, omelettes, etc). I just could not get over the stale oil taste/smell. I ordered the combo with eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The pancakes came out just okay - on the plain side. They were a little doughy in the middle, but not raw. I did not enjoy the bacon. The stale grease just spoiled my appetite and they were overly salty. I couldn't get the aftertaste out of my mouth. The coffee was alright - I've had worse. Maybe my standards are too high - being a brunch person. This is just my honest personal opinion. read more

What a wonderful place! We were driving through and stopped in during a busy time. Service was incredible, and we took it to go (kid fell asleep in the car). One of the many fantastic servers suggested chilaquiles (not on the menu) which sounded delicious. Ordered the verde with pork... It came with beans, potatoes, eggs, and homemade hot sauce. What a serving size! Free refills on coffee was the cherry on top of a PERFECT visit. Bookmarking in hopes we can come back to one of their three locations again soon! read more

What a hidden gem. We are not from the area but saw the great reviews and decided to stop in. It was incredibly busy and they still sat us right away. Our server was attentive and suggested the best plates. When the food came we were shocked at the large portions. Not only were we satisfied with the service and portions, the food was the cherry on top. The food was flavorful and the pancakes tasted like a cake. I'm still craving those pancakes now. Let's just say service by Fernando elevates the entire experience every time we come. We ordered the green Chilaquiles and it comes with the delicious red sauce packaged on the side and it's give it and extra wow to the dish! Went in for the first time on Saturday morning and was very impressed. Their food portions are huge and delicious! We tried the steak and eggs and the chilaquiles this time around. Both were very good and had lots of flavor. We will definitely be back to try the menudo! Service was also very attentive and nice. Been a few years since wifey and I were in the area for breakfast. I suggested Rodeo Cafe after a quick Yelp search. I throughly enjoy the chilaquiles with the chile verde. Perfectly crunchy and well smothered. The eggs were cooked just as I asked, the beans were delicious, and the Rodeo potatoes were comforting in just the right way. My wife had the Benedict that looked amazing, but according to her was just okay. Hers came with steak and she said it was the downfall of the dish. My 3 year old survives on chocolate milk and French fries. The staff accommodated her request despite it being 830 in the AM. She was more than happy and the fries I stole were nicely cooked. Overall, pretty happy with the meal, if not for my wife's feelings on her dish I'd given 5 stars. Certainly worth checking out. read more

A group of 8 of us were seated after 10 minutes on a Friday at noon. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was quite cozy. I had the Chile verde egg burrito with Rodeo potatoes and refried beans. The burrito fell apart, but I guess I should've expected that if half the filling of my burrito was chile verde. I enjoyed the potatoes the most and my beans weren't very warm. One of the two steaks ordered medium rare was well done. Over all, we were satisfied. read more

Cute little local spot in Norco. Unfortunately, I got spoiled in Long Beach with the variety of brunch places and menu options. Unfortunately, they did not have many options like gluten-free or sugar-free but they were able to modify my omelette with egg whites. The salsa and corn tortillas alongside was good. I also got a cup of coffee to go. I really appreciated the server. He was super nice and patient with my order. The food was decent too so a 5/5 on both counts ! I just wish Eastvale / Norco / Jurupa Valley had better food options. read more

First time coming here , I was recommended here by a coworker , new in the area so definitely am open on new local places. I came in and the host/waited was super nice and friendly , explained the menu and couple things that weren't on the menu. I went ahead and ordered the ribeye , the steak was good , I had asked for a medium cook and it looked a little over done but non the less it was great. Will definitely be coming back here. read more

Solid food and a great family atmosphere, but be prepared for some difficult parking and a potential wait. The food here is solid and traditional. I got the Louisiana hot links, and the eggs, hash browns and biscuits were quite good. The hot links were decent but didn't particularly stand out. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were large, which I appreciated. The coffee was typical. The place has a wonderfully family-like atmosphere. It seems like a lot of locals hang out here, and the proprietor was going around the tables greeting people. The wait staff was also kind and professional, if a bit slow because the place was quite busy. The staff appeared to be fluent in Spanish, which can be helpful if you're a Spanish speaker. The decor of the place, consistent with Norco, is western. The restaurant overall feels very welcoming and has a small-town-style charm. Some tips: I went on the weekend, and there was a half-hour wait. I tried Rodeo Cafe today after finding them here on yelp and I really liked it. I was warmly greeted when I walked through the door and was seated immediately. They have all the normal breakfast dishes including chicken fried steak and eggs, pancakes and the sort, and daily specials such as chiliquiles and ribeye and eggs. I had the corned beef hash and eggs with an english muffin. The dish was huge with a giant pile of hashbrowns and a good portion of hash. The food came out quick and was hot and tasty. The service was friendly and fast and the food good. I'll definitely return to try other things. Note, the parking lot is a bit tight. read more

The food was amazing! Their rodeo potato's are what I would recommend. The customer service was very pleasant as well. Our waiter might have been a manager or owner and he was very friendly and helpful when it came to the recommendation. The building itself is cute too! The food here is definitely delicious for the price point. They serve you portions that will leave you in a food coma. I'm normally picky about my chilaquiles. I find that most places make them dry. I thought we got even more lost at first. The place was actually pretty packed inside and after having our drinks and pastries, I can totally see why. The first half of the building is the cafe where you'll be greeted with some cute and funny coffee signs. There's two large shelves full of their own coffee beans of different roasts. They have a few small tables to sit and enjoy your orders, but note it is a bit of a tight fit in there. They also have a coffee bar where some people sat in front of the baristas. Past the cafe side is the creamery. I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take a look. What we ordered; 1) Hot Mocha Rocha with soy milk - 5/5 stars. I forgot to ask for this as half sweet, but either way, it was absolutely delicious. Rich and very flavorful. 2) Iced Mocha Rocha - 5/5 stars. Just as delicious as the hot version. 3) pistachio muffin - 3/5 stars. This muffin had a generous amount of actual pistachio baked into the muffin itself which I liked, however, the muffin had more of an artificial pistachio flavor for me. I still ate it but I wasn't in love with that one. 4) chocolate croissant - 5/5 stars. This was such a hit, we ran out right away. Everyone in our group attacked these so fast. I have to say, I am SAD that I live so far from Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery. They have a lot of pastries, ice cream including deep fried ice cream, and beverages. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to visiting them again. Next time, I for sure will grab a dozen or more to share with the family and bring some home, and we will definitely grab some frozen treats too. Deep Barrel, is a gem. There are also milk substitution available for those that are lactose like my husband. That's an extra charge on top of adding an extra shot too. Drinks are a good size. Pricing is already $8 for the drinks I got so add ons can make it go up. All up to how you like your coffee. Wait time is average and not long. The only hard part is the door to get out. If you have two drinks in your hands, it's hard to pull open the door. Thankfully there were a few nice guys sitting near by that I was able to ask to open the door for me since my hands were full. Kind of wish their door was reversed. Pull open from the outside and push open from the inside so you can easily open/push it yourself when your hands are full. The menu had plenty of options, but after a few minutes of deliberation, I decided on the country omelette, packed with ham, bacon, and sausage, all covered in gravy, along with a side of potatoes and a biscuit with more gravy. The portion sizes were huge--so much that I couldn't finish everything. The omelette was generously stuffed with meat, making it hearty and satisfying. The potatoes were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only minor drawback was that the gravy was a little bland, but I'd rather have it that way than overly seasoned, and a bit of pepper did the trick. I went to Rodeo Cafe today after discovering it on Yelp, and I found that I really like my experience there. The moment I went through the door, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting, and I was seated without delay. They provide all of the typical breakfast meals, such as chicken fried steak and eggs, pancakes, and other similar items, in addition to daily specialties, which include chiliquiles and ribeye and eggs. The corned beef hash and eggs, along with an English muffin, were what I consumed. There was a substantial amount of hash and a massive heap of hashbrowns in the plate, which was enormous. The lunch was served on time, and it was both hot and delicious. There was a pleasant and prompt service, and the meal was of high quality. I will most certainly come back to check out more products.
