BOMB CHILAQILES!!!! I have been wanting to come here for a while, and they did not disappoint!! The food was amazing. We both tried The Chilaqiles. I ordered mine with green sauce on the side and no sour cream, and he ordered with red sauce. The green sauce is more mild then the red sauce. The green sauce has pork in it whereas the red sauce had beef in it. Both were amazing and had a nice kick! The chips tasted very good. The beans were made right. The potatoes were full of flavor - they had herbs and onions cooked with it. The eggs were cooked as ordered. Everything was good. I cannot recommend the Chilaqiles enough!!! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. I also hear the waffles, and steak and eggs are tasty. I will try these next time. However, every time I come here, I must get Chilaqiles haha. read more

I've been to the other location in Rancho and absolutely loved it so I decided to try this one out. They were just as good and their pancakes are life changing but the service here is not consistent. They give you such a warm welcome and are very good at checking in when you first get there but about half way into your meal they def didn't provide good service for me at least. They were constantly refilling drinks and checking in at the beginning but there was a point where it took them almost half an hour to refill my water. I kept trying to get their attention but they would walk right past me like they had tunnel vision (mind you I sat in front of the counter in their first table when you enter). It felt as if they were rushing me to leave...I get it I was there with my friend for a while but it had been so long since we caught up and they weren't overly crowded to where people were waiting to be seated. Either way, food was amazing. Service could use some work in being consistent .....also their parking situation is horrendous so def keep that in mind. read more

I had a friend tell me this place had the best chiliquiles in town. I was looking for some delicious breakfast, and I will tell you I found it. I was working a project in the area and decided to give this place a shot of a friend's recommendation. The plate I ordered was massive. It came it eggs, potatoes, beans and chiliquiles. I will say the flavor on everything was superb. I'm normally not a beans person but they seasoned the beans perfectly. Also the potatoes were cooked perfect and tastes phenomenal. They have this plate to where you can add a ribeye to it. Personally I don't think I be able to finish it with all the other food. But I'm kind of curious to try it. These are definitely the best chiliquiles I have ever had. The service was quick and helpful. The ambiance is laid back and family friendly. This is a place I would drive far to take my family to. Service here is top notch. I love how friendly everyone have been the 10 times I have been here. I love their food, but the pancake is my favorite! I have tried several entrees on the menu but the one thing I always order is their pancakes. It's got this slightly sweet batter, that goes perfectly with extra butter and a dash of syrup for me since I can't eat it too sweet. They have never done it wrong, for me it has always been just right. I try pancakes at every restaurant and I keep going back to this one. my mother in law recently tried their pork chop and she's a cook so I take her critique seriously: she loved it. She said it was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. the wait can be very long here so try to come early, or late. Food was great. BUT our server was slightly rude. I wanted the chilaquiles with the sauce on the side because the sauce has meat in it. The solution I came up with was remove the meat from the sauce myself and add the sauce on the chilaquiles. The serve mentioned that it was a bad idea and the chilaquiles wouldn't taste good. I wanted it my way and he was being very difficult. In the end they made it the way I wanted and it was great. I didn't appreciate a discouraging attitude order food the way I like it. read more

Collectively we order a couple of Denver omelets with home style potatoes, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast, the rib eye steak special and everything was on point. Came the day after Easter around 9:00 AM, and it was still pretty busy. We were still seated right away though. Our waitress explained the weekends and usually Mondays are pretty busy, but she was very attentive, extremely friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. Oh where do I start?! We were looking for a new breakfast place to try and this was on the list of best local breakfast spots so it was the obvious choice. Upon walking in we were quickly greeted by friendly staff and taken to a booth. After browsing the menu, my husband and I decided to share the huevos rancheros (with green sauce) and our daughter had the "rodeo mouse pancake". (It's shaped like another familiar mouse!) The huevos rancheros was incredible, and the portion was huge! Really generous portion for the price. The green sauce has pork in it; this surprised me but it had a great flavor. We were thoroughly pleased with our meal! Daughter loved her pancake, and as the sweet little thing she is, she insisted we taste it too. What caught me off guard was this wasn't your ordinary bland pancake that needed to be smothered in syrup; oh no. This had some delicious vanilla flavor, almost cake-like. Easily one of the best pancakes I have had! So basically all the food we had was great. Staff was friendly and attentive and service was quick. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Let me say it was the BEST thing that could have happened, comfortable atmosphere, friendly and attentive table service, big portions, big flavor and reasonable prices. I got the Eggs Benedict it was fresh and they put REAL ham on it, not sandwich meat ham, the house potatoes were cooked perfectly crispy as I had requested and tasted so good.
