Been here many times over the years. The manager Kyle is the man, fantastic customer service. I…read moredo go to other Sherwin Williams stores, but Kyle has been consistently the best. Since the pandemic and paint shortage, a lot of the paint bases I wanted were either not produced or sold out, but Kyle kept me as a customer because he helps find alternatives and gives great deals. Once I had a gallon, from another SW store, that seemed defective after drying. Even though I used over half of the gallon, Kyle looked at it carefully with me and gave me a replacement gallon. That is a manager that truly cares about his customers!

I appreciate that I was even able to show him pictures and he was able to provide insight on the types of paint to order as well as how much primer we needed. After using what he suggested so far, we're seeing the quality of the paint and see how the value of paint really reflects in the finished product/close to finished product. I appreciate the welcoming environment that was provided and will be back again for future projects.

This is an update even though we have not used this store in years…read more I am still annoyed when I think of the aftermath of what happened years ago when we painted our house. One side had some bubbling in the paint. It looked awful. We called in the manufacturer's rep and he made every excuse in the world. It was too sunny.--No, the paint was applied on an overcast day, with no rain or hot weather. The painter did not know what he was doing--No, he had painted our house twice before and nothing like this happened. The preparation was bad--No, the painter washed down the house and then waited several weeks for it to dry. What the manufacture's rep failed to mention was that the new formulation they were using should not have been used over oil based paint, which they could no longer sell. I had my doubts about the paint when I bought it but they assured me that it would work (not in writing, though). The painter came back and fixed the problem, but I can no longer recommend Benjamin Moore paint, and certainly not this store, unless they have changed management. I like Behr interior paint from Home Depot so next time maybe we will try Behr.

I was able to get my money back. Fast forward 8 months later. Tuesday I was charged $184 four times for lessons I did not request or authorize. Customer service would t help me stating they don't deal with billing. They would not connect with with anyone who could and said I needed to call the store - hung up on me. I called the store and had to leave a message for the manager to call me back. Have not received a call back. Today, I was charged $920 dollars for online lessons that I did not order or authorize. I called the store again, and was told several people have had similar issues this week and that it may not be corrected until next Friday (8 days later). This is unacceptable - I am disputing charges through my bank and have cancelled my card so no further transactions can go through.See less

Also, the blaring Mexican music was not conducive to business. My Motorola Power G, Android 16 cellphone went haywire after only having owned it for a couple of months. Visited a Cricket kiosk in the South Center mall a few days ago and the individual there couldn't help and he recommended calling customer service. I asked him how was I to call when my phone wasn't working. Spent 3+ hours with Customer Service (on wife's phone) which led to removing the hard SIM card and having an eSIM set-up, but phone failed to work. On to the Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer in Burien (WA). The female employee was personable, helpful and patient. After spending some time running through various attempts at getting the phone to work, she eventually re-set everything to factory settings. A lengthy time was spent downloading (reloading/uploading) apps and the operating system, the phone was brought back to life. Conclusion, despite some cosmetic flaws, the business is recommended, especially due to the helpful employee.

I finally said can I just return the item, he told me he NEEDED a phone number not true. He is a clear example of a man that makes women not want to go into auto part stores.
