Has changed to Miller Paint though Kelly Moore signs are still out…read more I have to retract my review of yesterday. I took paint chops in for matching and was told my paint would be ready for pick-up by 5:00PM the next day. I called at 5:00 the next day to see if the order was ready. at first they couldn't find the order...it had not been started. I was then told they were "swamped" and couldn't tell me when they would be able to fill the order..but they would give me a courtesy call when it was ready. I asked how many days and was told they were unable to give me a answer. I called Sherwin Williams and was told it would take them a couple of hours to fill my order. I called Miller paint back and CANCELLED. He asked if i was sure i wanted to do that and

Then when they finally approached me to tell me that I could not finish my shopping because I did not have a mask on. I told them that I had a medical condition and that I could not wear a mask. They then proceeded to tell me that even though I had that medical condition they would not allow me to purchase the items that I already had picked out. This store is garbage and should not be shopped at. So much for living in America home of the brave land of the FREE! Yelp would not allow me to give it a zero Star rating otherwise that's what this would be.

We were told it would be another hour. We had 2 calls telling us she was still not done at 2 different times. Five (5) hours later, we finally got the call her grooming was done. This store was closing in 5 minute. The only explanation we got for the delays was "things happened out of their control."A simple call asking us to reschedule would have been in order to lighten their load. Instead our new puppy sat in a cage for the better part of 5 hours. Needless to say, we will NOT be using Wilco's grooming again.

We were told to pay in cash at the end of the job. Why would I make this up? We were planning on using a credit card for the reward perks and he said cash only For him to say "how do I know these are my mistakes" is just GASLIGHTING. My relator TOOK HIM OFF their preferred vendor list after seeing THIS HORRIBLE PAINT JOB.

There is good and bad about the Lone Painter. The good... He's FAST, really fast. The bad? He's…read moreFAST, really fast! He DOES NOT CARE about the condition of your cabinets. If your cabinets are scratched, dented, you will end up with scratched and dented cabinets, WITH NEW PAINT! He DOES NOT CARE about quality. All he cares about is whipping through your job and on to the next. There's more! I bought brand new MDF cabinet doors for my bathroom with rough edges. Do you think he smoothed out the edges prior to painting? Look at the photo!!! Again, He DOES NOT CARE about a quality job! He must have looked at them and thought "this is really crappy... Oh well". The trim in my kitchen: The ENTIRE KITCHEN has wood-stained trim that I installed 10 years ago... He PAINTED THEM!!!!! What? Now *I* have to rip them out and purchase NEW TRIM and replace them, because the Lone Painter can't make an intelligent association on whether to paint, or NOT paint the cabinet floor trim. Seriously, LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! So, if you want a FAST job, and don't care about quality... Maybe you're flipping a 4-plex for the next renter... Sure, call the Lone Painter... But If you want your cabinet doors to be "restored"... Forget it, find a reputable contractor.

For what you might ask? They had no reason! My brother has been a General Contractor in another part of the state for over 30 years, and he says non of their sub contractors EVER charge until arriving on the job site, unless substantial materials cost is involved (again, I was supplying all materials). This has potential ripoff written all over it, as I use to restore homes years ago, and was ripped off. I notice other reviewers are having less than a favorable experience, as well. In this day and age of reviews where the public will warn others, you'd think businesses would wise up and realize how much business they are losing due to their "policies" and "behavior".
