No one acknowledged me at all! I walked past 4 people, nothing. I went down an aisle a woman was working at. She grabbed something out of the cart and went around the corner. I had to move the cart so I could get my cart by what I was looking for. It made a lot of noise. It was when she came back she said sorry and wanted to know if she could get somebody to help me. I said no. I was at the paint department and the woman at the key kiosk never said a word. I decided to just leave. Even the 2 cashiers, who were just standing there, said nothing as they watched me walk out the door. I stopped shopping Lowes because their customer service was bad. But I think I will give them another try!

We never buy extended warranties but she said absolutely everything was covered so we thought it would make us feel better about buying leather with kids. The armrests "deflated" fairly quickly and all of the corners and a seam rubbed through in areas that don't even have traffic. They looked trashy after 3 years and they use fine print to say tough luck. The five year warranty is useless and their service department came out quickly to tell us they don't cover it and we shouldn't be rubbing on it. We don't even sit in the loveseats often. I would expect furniture to last longer than 3 years or at least a warranty to cover poor quality manufacturing.

But the coffee shop is what took two stars off of the overall review. I have been there many times due to the convenience of it as a meeting place with friends. But there are so many issues with it- the biggest detraction is one of the men who staffs the coffee counter. He has such a dismal attitude. He doesn't ever give the customer a smile - not ever. It feels as tho I am just a nuisance he must bear. Second to that is the baked goods. A couple of times I have ordered something and it was quite dry and stale. I hope this can be improved upon.
