My husband loves this ramen spot and this is the second time I've had it. The ramen is delicious! The service was great and friendly and the place is nice and clean. Would definitely come back to have ramen or try other things here. Got the level 3 spicy ramen.
Rococo Ramen is my go to place for ramen in the valley! Its a small spot that gets busy, but always has friendly and quick service. It's a nice environment to be in. I always order the Spicy Tonkatsu with a spice level between two and four. Level two enjoyable whereas spice level four can be very spicy. If you're not a spicy person, I'd recommend starting at one or two. The noodles are medium sized, the broth is nice and thick, and it has great flavor. The Gyozas, Shashu Buns, or the Crispy Rice is a must when you go. Stop by and give it a try you won't regret it.
Went here for the first time and really liked it! They have plenty of seating and is a casual vibe. The milk tea was my favorite thing off the menu. Strongly recommend (get one to dine in and one to go ). Spice levels are great, but no joke. For my ramen, my limit is level one. I even have a friend that does 0.5 cause it's so spicy. Ramen is so good, I enjoyed the dipping ramen with lots of lime. If you are sick, it's the best meal to clear your sinuses in my opinion! I also tried the chicken bowl (combo with the ramen), and it was delicious. Service was good too. Parking area is small and busy, but you can find more parking in the back alley.
My wife and I came here to grab lunch since we were already in the plaza picking up food at another place. We came before the lunch rush so they were able to sit us quick. My wife and I came here before when they first open so it's to great to see how much they change. Finding parking in the small plaza is a hit or miss so just be aware of that. Our server was Jenny and we thought she was good but the service was just slow. It wasn't even lunch but I think they only had 2 waitress working and they were kind of busy already because it was a cold rainy day. My wife got the Spicy Miso Ramen at level 3 with chicken. I got the Chef Favorite Shoyu Ramen at level 3 spiciness. My wife also got her milk tea which she loves here. We thought our ramen soup was okay but it wouldn't be our go to place for ramen. They charge a fee if you pay by credit card so be aware of that.
Been coming here for a couple years now and I love this place. They always have great service and amazing hospitality. The last time we were here they offered us a complementary edamame because they had made an extra batch, very sweet of them! The garlic edamame was delicious and is one of our go to apps. We usually get the spicy tonkotsu ramen with no egg, level 2 has the perfect amount of spice for me. They do have happy hour Mon-Fri from 2-5 as well, and they do serve alcohol. Overall super family friendly and chill vibe. I would recommend.
I have to say this is the best ramen in town! I been coming to rococo ramen for years and it never seems to disappoint! Spicy tonkotsu ramen is my go to. I got it with level 2 spice level. The spice level is equivalent to a jalapeno so it wasn't too spicy just the right amount of spice. The pork was cooked perfect and the pork broth is super savory and rich. I got the garlic edamame as an appetizer. The sauce was very good with perfect amount of the garlic taste. They extended their hours for Fridays and Saturdays to 10pm which is very I like because they closed at 9pm before. They also serve beer and soju at this location with happy hour Monday - Friday 2pm-5pm.
We were greeted by Aaron as soon as we walked in and seated right away. I ordered the Level 3 ramen with gyoza, and once again, this place did not disappoint. The ramen was flavorful, comforting, and had the perfect amount of spice. My daughter wasn't feeling well and wanted something warm, so we ordered the signature ramen broth with noodles for her. After eating it, she said she instantly felt better. We've been coming here for years because the food is consistently delicious and the service is always welcoming. We'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

It's been a few years since my first try and I never forgot about this place! What kept me thinking about returning is their creamy chicken paitan noodle ramen! Right, came in to a lively dining area with low lights a groovy music playing in the background. Immediately attended to and told I could choose a small table. Knew what I wanted: hot green tea and my ramen, which was served up quickly! I asked for chili oil - extra charge - for just a little kick. Whoa!! This is so delicious!! Completely hit the spot; been craving it for too long!! So glad traffic made getting here easy! Parking out front, plenty of it. I haven't tried anything else on the menu; judging by the paitan, I'm sure I wouldn't be disappointed! Rococo Ramen in Granada Hills yall come check it!! =D
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning. To be fair, the spicy tuna bowl was a larger serving than expected. My main concern is not the food but the billing discrepancy. My receipt total was $52.30, I left a $5 tip and signed for $57.30, but my card was ultimately charged $70.95. At first, I assumed the higher credit card authorization amount shown on the receipt was a temporary hold and didn't raise the issue at the restaurant. But when the transaction posted, the charge remained $13.65 higher than the amount I signed for and authorized. The restaurant does disclose a 4% surcharge for non-cash payments, but that surcharge appears to already be reflected in the receipt prices and does not explain the additional $13.65 that was ultimately charged. I have photos of the itemized receipt, the signed receipt showing the $57.30 total, and the final posted charge of $70.95. The food itself was average, but unexplained billing discrepancies are a much bigger concern. I recommend checking your receipt and final credit card charge carefully. Edit (as a response to the business owner claiming server made a mistake) Edit (in response to the owner's claim that the server gave me another table's receipt): Thank you for responding. The receipt I posted is from my table and matches what we ordered, including the Spicy Tuna Bowl and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. My concern remains that I signed for a total of $57.30, including tip, but my credit card was charged $70.95. I have the receipt and records documenting this discrepancy. I also tried to resolve this directly by calling the restaurant on May 22 but could not reach a manager. I am simply sharing my documented experience.

Was craving ramen and looked for a place near Porter Ranch since I was going there for some shopping. This placed turned up with high marks. So I made the 30 minute drive and luckily there was plenty of parking in the shopping plaza. There's also parking in the back. Came here after the lunch rush and when I walked in, it was warm inside. One of my biggest fear about going in to a restaurant when it's warm/hot outside is that it's not cold or comfortable inside. Especially if you are going to be eating something hot. Well, I can see that the air was blowing as I saw air being pushed out from the vents. So I'm hoping that their AC was broken. If it wasn't and the owners were just trying to save on expenses, then this is just sweat shop conditions. I feel bad for the employees because they have to deal with not only the heat, but the steam from the kitchen. I decided to stick it out and eat here. If the AC was out, it would have been nice if they put out fans. That would have improved things a little. They do have a 50% happy hour deal during weekdays (don't hold me to this). I ordered the takoyaki and signature ramen. Both dishes came out pretty fast. I decided to go for the ramen first as the takoyaki is probably still steaming hot. I have to say, the broth was pretty good and wasn't super salty. I like that the noodles was on the thin side and similar to the noodles you get with wonton noodles. The takoyaki was good and probably has the most octopus pieces I've ever had. Most other places just has a small piece of meat, but here, there were a few pieces and they were tender. Would I come back here, maybe if I'm in the area and it's cold outside. But I will not go out of my way to come here.
Still bomb. Parking can be a hassle. Small lot and businesses that share. Gyoza - Perfectly cooked. Dipping sauce really good. Chashu Bowl - Good amount of rice and chashu. Not much else for toppings but its solid. Pork Buns - Really good. Chashu really tender and melts away. Friendly service and attentive.

The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because their service is slow. :( But other than that....gosh I love this place!!! You will almost always have to wait to be seated. Once you sit you should quickly look at the menu and order your food with your drinks. It takes. While for your food to come out. But don't get frustrated I promise it's worth the wait. I've tried the following: Chashu Buns 3 STARS: filled with chashu (pork), cucumber, fried and green onion. I personally did not like the texture of the buns. It seemed like the bun was overpowering the rest of the ingredients. But I've tried them at a different place too. And it was the same experience so I think this is just how the dish is. Gyoza- 5 STARS: pan fried and steamed. They were full of flavor and their special dipping sauce is so good. I love saving 2 of gyozas to have with my ramen. I love to dip them in the ramen! Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen- 5 STARS: I would give this 10 stars if I could. The broth is thick and don't worry you can choose the level of spicy. The broth is infused with 3 house made spicy seasoning. It is topped with your ramen usuals hard boiled egg, fried onion, green onion, sprouts, shredded red pepper and seared chashu. However I do substitute the chashu for fried tofu as my protein! (Tip: if you want more flavor I suggest asking for a side of their black garlic oil, this is a total game changer) I love coming to this place on cold or rainy days, there is street parking, parking on the lot in the front or behind ihop. Ordered a spicy tonkotsu LEVEL 1 for delivery and took so much of the chili flakes out (even more than the photo). It this is their definition of mild then I can't imagine what the other levels are like. The broth was also very salty so I ended up adding water to dilute. It was delicious after all of that, but I shouldn't have to take all those extra steps. read more

My favorite ramen place in the valley!! I was there since it first opened a while ago. I love their pork chashu buns and their tonkatsu ramen. I find that it's not too salty like some ramen places and enjoy how they have different spice levels! I love getting level five. Good service too, never takes too long to get my food and I like how the restaurant doesn't feel claustrophobic. There's parking too! read more

I'm not a big Pho fan, but Ramen -- hell yes. Rococo has been on my radar for awhile, so when looking for a meeting spot with an old friend, it finally became the main target for this lover of Ramen. Located in non-pretentious tiny mini-mall next to IHOP, my pal and I got one of the last tables, and the mad rush showed up for us on display for all to see. Actually, glaring at us to finish and leave (but we ignored). A small menu with appetizers with Ramen was a little underwhelming, because the selection was so little with 7 types with pork belly and chicken only (no brisket, my fav), but only 5 with broth. I got the Spicy Tonkotsu with level 2 (of 5), with a creamy, thick, and rich pork bone broth and totally delicious pork chashu (pork belly). It was perhaps the worst presentation I've ever experienced, but one of the best tasting [$11.95, 4.0 stars]. We also got a the Fried Calamari ("Ikageso"), inexpensive, but very fishy [$5.95, 2.0 stars]. Aaron, our server, was on top of things and very personable. I'd definitely go back. read more

Atleast a 9.5/10 I've had ramen from a ton of places in LA/Pasadena and ramen good there too but rococo better tbh. The meat is sooo good it just melts and the soup base on the spicy tonkatsu is soooooo good I finish all my broth every time. I recommend spice level 2 to relax and really enjoy the flavour but I really enjoyed level 3 as well (just melted my sinuses and made me tear up inconveniently) 9.5-10/10 read more

I had a 3 and my sister had a level 2. Both were great with flavor and the level of spicy were on point. My sister said that the beef she had was fatty and only had 3 pieces. My chicken was flavorful but I too didn't think it was enough food in my bowl to eat. I also ordered the fried chicken with garlic soy but it was tasteless. I ordered the crab slider for another family member and they liked it. Staff was friendly and wait time was quick. I found this place on yelp and glad we tried the place. The waitresses were so friendly and gave thorough explanation of the menu. We absolutely loved both of our appetizers. The pork bun and takoyaki were so good! As for the dipping ramen, it wasn't my favorite. The spices in the soup were so overwhelming. I was expecting it to be like a tsukemen ramen but the soup was too thick and rich for my liking. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was also okay. I can't tell whether it's sesame oil or sesame seed grounds, but that smell and taste overpowered the spicy ramen. Highly recommend their appetizers though! read more

This is a great ramen place that I recommend highly! The service is friendly and the wait goes fast! You know it's good when there is a wait! We waited about 10 minutes before we sat down. My husband and I are people who enjoy instant gratification also but it was worth the wait! We sat down and knew what we wanted to order which the second the server got to us we let her know everything we desired. We got a Diet Coke (can) and a green tea. Both were tasty. We also started with the chashu bun and gyoza. I really enjoyed the chashu bun and my husband loved the gyoza. We then also ordered the traditional and spicy ramen. We each were making mmm noises the whole time so you know it was great! The broth is delightful, you cannot go wrong eating here! Parking can be difficult but we got lucky. It is worth walking a bit to eat here! We will be back soon. read more

I was really impressed they let me sub noodle for bean sprouts. The veggie soup was really good. Eight of us showed up almost at last call and they very quickly accommodated us. Everyone knew what they wanted so the ordering went quickly and we got our food in a snap. The service was super efficient and polite. For some reason the hours that day didn't match up with their posted hours .. so a few couples walked in only to turned away. You could tell they were confused, but left without any explanation. Been looking for a ramen spot and decided to come try Rococo Ramen. I am so glad I did because they did NOT disappoint. I got the signature tonkotsu and my fiancé got the Chicken patian with spicy level 3. The amount of noodles to soup was literally perfect! I've been to lots of ramen spots where they give you barely any noodles and soup that you're left still hungry after the meal. Those places I always have to add a combo to really fill me up but not here! This ramen alone filled me up completely. The pork was tender, the flavors were on point and the broth was rich and creamy! The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay $1 for fresh garlic. All places I've been to it's free for fresh garlic. The prices are pretty competitive to any ramen spot. The servers were very friendly and personable. I love the sign they have posted at every table and you can tell they are adhering to the COVID protocols. The decor inside was also lacking a little bit but the flavor of the ramen is good enough for me to just go for that! Also plenty of parking up front. Would def be coming back! read more

Let me start by saying that my Ramen was delicious! My family and I came before the dinner rush so there was no wait, which is unheard of at a good ramen spot! I ordered the chicken Ramen and some gyoza along with and order of rice, chicken, and avocado for my son. Unfortunately, the Gyoza never made it out of the kitchen, because they forgot to bring it out. My sons avocado was rock hard, so I HAD to send it back. On the other hand, our waitress was extremely polite, and didn't charge us for the missing Gyoza or the rock hard avocado, but then again I wouldn't expect them to do so. Rococo Ramen is a pretty good place to get ramen. My boyfriend and I parked in their small lot and ordered the rococo combos. Their rococo combo comes with a salad, any ramen, and a choice of 1 pc chasu bun, 4 pc gyoza, or chasu bowl for an extra $3.95. Their signature tonkotsu ramen broth has a nice umami/ black garlic flavor that has a velvet oil texture to it. Their chasu in the ramen isn't the type you would expect to fall apart and melt in your mouth. While the texture is not as tender as most of chasus, it is very well seasoned and has a nice brown char on the outside. The noodles were al dente and the toppings that came with the ramen were green onions, corn, bean spouts, and fried onions. The yuzu salad had a nice light flavor. And the chasu bun I had was all right. The gyoza was excellent and went really well with their gyoza sauce. I would recommend this place for a casual dinner out. read more

Alright if I'm paying nearly $70 worth of food, I'd hope to get it how I ordered it. I asked for 2 plain ramens and I had to come home to them being filled with the items I didn't want. The egg looked so messed up, like they scratched it out. I had to take the time to remove everything we didn't want from the ramen. I don't think it's fair that I'm paying so much just to get not even half of what I asked for. Very disappointing. The service is typically good and so is the food but tonight was terrible!!! I cannot drive back 30 mins to replace it. read more

best ramen in the valley flavor is amazing spice levels are a bit extreme i get a 3 and i can barely handle it but the broth is so good makes you want more ! i'd go with a 2 next time but overall great food and customer service . staff is always friendly and accommodating i love coming here (: prices are a bit extreme but well worth it pls stop raising your prices $18 for ramen is kinda crazy besides that its gr8 read more
